T cell-redirecting bispecific antibodies are specifically designed to bind to tumor-associated antigens,thereby engaging with CD3 on the T cell *** linkage between tumor cells and T cells actively triggers T cell activation and initiates targeted killing of the identified tumor *** antibodies have emerged as one of the most promising avenues within tumor ***,despite success in treating hematological malignancies,significant advancements in solid tumors have yet to be *** this review,we aim to address the critical challenges associated with T cellredirecting bispecific antibodies and explore novel strategies to overcome these obstacles,with the ultimate goal of expanding the application of this therapy to include solid tumors.

The electrical properties of high-entropy ceramics(HECs)have been extensively studied in recent years due to their unique structural characteristics and fascinating functional properties induced by entropy *** high-entropy(Sm_(0.2.Eu_(0.2.Gd_(0.2.Ho_(0.2.Yb_(0.2.)CrO_(3)(HE-RECrO_(3))nanofibers were prepared by electro *** work demonstrates that HE-RECrO_(3)nanofibe rs were successfully synthesized at a low temperature(800℃),which is approximately 400℃lower than the temperatures at which chromate ceramics were synthesized via the sol-gel method and the solid-state reaction *** resistivity of HE-RECrO_(3)nanofibers decreases exponentially with increasing temperature from 2. to600℃.The logarithm of the resistivity is linearly related to the inverse of the temperature,confirming the negative temperature coefficient property of HE-RECrO_(3)*** B_(2./50)value of the HERECrO_(3)nanofibers reaches 4072.*** conclusion,HE-RECrO_(3)nanofibers are expected to be potential candidates for negative-temperature-coefficient(NTC)thermistors.

Despite continuous improvements in machine elements over the past few decades,lubrication issues have impeded human exploration of the universe because single solid or liquid lubrication systems have been unable to satisfy the ever-increasing performance requirements of space *** this study,we present an overview of the development of carbon-based films as protective coatings,with reference to their high hardness,low friction,and chemical inertness,and with a particular focus on diamond-like carbon(DLC)*** also discuss the design of carbon-based solid-liquid synergy lubricating coatings with regards to their physicochemical properties and tribological ***-liquid composite coatings are fabricated via spinning liquid lubricants on solid lubricating *** duplex lubricating coatings are considered the most ideal lubrication choice for moving mechanical systems in space as they can overcome the drawback of adhesion and cold-welding associated with solid films under harsh space conditions and can minimize the crosslinking or chain scission of liquid lubricants under space *** of the art carbon-based solid-liquid synergy lubricating systems therefore holds great promise for space applications due to solid/liquid synergies resulting in superior qualities including excellent friction reduction and anti-wear properties as well as strong anti-irradiation capacities,thereby meeting the requirements of high reliability,high precision,high efficiency,and long lifetime for space drive mechanisms.

Pesticide adjuvants,as crop protection products,have been widely used to reduce drift loss and improve utilization efficiency by regulating droplet ***,the coordinated regulation mechanisms of adjuvants and nozzles on droplet spectrum remain ***,we established the relationship between droplet spectrum evolution and liquid atomization by investigating the typical characteristics of droplet diameter distribution near the *** on this,the regulation mechanisms of distinctive pesticide adjuvants on droplet spectrum were clarified,and the corresponding drift reduction performances were quantitively evaluated by wind tunnel *** shows that the droplet diameter firstly shifts to the smaller due to the liquid sheet breakup and then prefers to increase caused by droplet *** the surface tension of sprayed liquid facilitates the uniform liquid breakup and increasing the viscosity inhibits the liquid deformation,which prolong the atomization process and effectively improve the droplet *** a result,the drift losses of flat-fan and hollow cone nozzles are reduced by about 50%after adding organosilicon and vegetable oil *** contrast,the air induction nozzle shows a superior anti-drift ability,regardless of distinctive *** findings provide insights into rational adjuvant design and nozzle selection in the field application.

Trifluoroacetic acid(TFA)catalyzed condensation reaction between tetraaminooxacalix[4]arene and N-alkylcarbazole-3,6-dicarbaldehyde in CH_(2.Cl2.fforded a single product in 87%–89%***-defined yet undissolvable1H NMR spectra suggested formation of robust and discrete structures in solution.X-ray single crystal analysis further revealed a giant twisted double-layer chiral macrocycle in the solid state,which was formed from[4+8]condensation of the two reactants via 16 imine *** calculations discovered that only the[4+8]twisted product is thermodynamically favorable,which accounts for its highly selective and efficient formation out of a library of many other combinations.

Spinel MnCo_(2.O_(4) is a promising energy storage candidate as anode materials in lithium-ion batteries owing to synergistic effects of two intrinsic solid-state redox ***,low conductivity,poor rate capacity and rapid capacity fading have seriously impaired its practical *** overcome the inferiorities,urchin-like MnCo_(2.O_(4)@C core–shell nanowire arrays have been fabricated directly within a porous copper current collector via a facile hydrothermal method followed by a {2. vapor deposition carbonization *** a typical nanowire,the core is composed of interconnected MnCo_(2.O_(4)nanoparticles and the shell shows as a thin amorphous carbon *** integrated MnCo_(2.O_(4)@C/Cu structure could act as working anodes without using additives or polymer *** MnCo_(2.O_(4)@C/Cu possesses slightly longer Li-ion insertion/desertion pathway than that of MnCo_(2.O_(4)/Cu,the carbon shell could effectively prevent the pulverization of MnCo_(2.O_(4) and lower down charge transfer resistance and actively participate in Li-ion *** rearrangement of carbon atoms during lithiation/delithiation cycling could inhibit the formation of passive solid electrolyte interphase *** a result,the MnCo_(2.O_(4)@C/Cu electrode presents superior rate capacity(600 mAh·g^(−1) at 1 A·g^(−1)) and better stability(797 mAh·g^(−1) after 2.0 cycles at 100 mA·g^(−1)).The excellent reversible Li ion storage capacity,cycling stability and rate capacity endow MnCo_(2.O_(4)@C/Cu great potential as stable and high output integrated anode materials in Li-ion batteries.

A practical method for the construction of difluoromethylene-containing 1,4-thiazine moieties using readily available diethyl bromodifluoromethanephosphonate(BrCF_(2.PO(OEt)_(2.)as difluorocarbene precusor has been *** transformation features the efficient capture of difluorocarbene by pyridinium 1,4-zwitterionic thiolates.A series of structurally novel and functionalized difluoromethylene-containing 1,4-thiazine derivatives were thus synthesized in good yields.
