Surveillance is an essential work on infectious diseases prevention and control. When the pandemic occurred, the inadequacy of traditional surveillance was exposed, but it also provided a valuable opportunity to explore new surveillance methods. This study aimed to estimate the transmission dynamics and epidemic curve of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2) Omicron BF.7 in Beijing under the emergent situation using Baidu index and influenza-like illness(ILI) surveillance. 当前对于洪涝灾害条件下的配电网安全风险评估方法主要采用云模型计算,该方法易受到系统电压越限的影响,使得评估准确率较低。沃茨。提出洪涝灾害下新型配电网安全风险评估方法设计。从洪涝灾害前、灾中和灾后三个角度选取能够表征电网系统运行状态的风险评估指标,建立评估指标体系,在静态与动态两个维度计算各指标的隶属度函数,根据评判集与指标集确定指标综合权重,以此为依据,结合指标可信度原理,计算系统电压越限概率,进而求取配电网风险值,明确安全风险等级。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法对于洪涝灾害下的配电网安全风险评估具有更高的评估准确率。

Extreme high reversible capacity with over 8.0 wt% and excellent hydrogen storage properties of MgH2 combined with LiBH4 and Li3AlH6

Magnesium hydride has attracted great attention because of its high theoretical capacity and outstanding reversibility, nevertheless, its practical applications have been restricted by the disadvantages of the sluggish kinetics and high thermodynamic stability. In this work, an unexpected high reversible hydrogen capacity over 8.0 wt% has been achieved from MgH2 metal hydride composited with small amounts of LiBH4 and Li3AlH6 complex hydrides, which begins to release hydrogen at 276 ℃ and then completely dehydrogenates at 360 ℃. The dehydrogenated MgH2+LiBH4/Li3AlH6 composite can fully reabsorb hydrogen below 300 ℃ with an excellent cycling stability. The composite exhibits a significant reduction of dehydrogenation activation energy from 279.7 kJ/mol(primitive MgH2) to 139.3 kJ/mol(MgH2+LiBH4/Li3AlH6),as well as a remarkable reduction of dehydrogenation enthalpy change from 75.1 k J/mol H2(primitive MgH2) to 62.8 kJ/mol H2(MgH2+LiBH4/Li3AlH6). The additives of LiBH4 and Li3AlH6 not only enhance the cycling hydrogen capacity, but also simultaneously improve the reversible de/rehydrogenation kinetics, as well as the dehydrogenation thermodynamics. This notable improvement on the hydrogen absorption/desorption behaviors of the MgH2+LiBH4/Li3AlH6 composite could be attributed to the dehydrogenated products including Li3Mg7, Mg17Al12 and MgAlB4, which play a key role on reducing the dehydrogenation activation energy and increasing diffusion rate of hydrogen. Meanwhile, the LiBH4 and Li3AlH6 effectively destabilize MgH2 with a remarkable reduction on dehydrogenation enthalpy change in terms of thermodynamics. In particular, the Li3Mg7, Mg17Al12 and MgAlB4 phases can reversibly transform into MgH2, Li3AlH6 and LiBH4 after rehydrogenation, which contribute to maintain a high cycling *** constructing strategy can further promote the development of high reversible capacity Mg-based materials with suitable de/rehydrogenation properties.

对创新文化特征与创业型企业绩效之间的关系进行分析时,受核心竞争力中介变量作用的影响,使得对创业型企业创新价值观、激励制度和行为模式的实证分析结果存在偏差。因此,将核心竞争力看作中介变量,进行创新文化特征与创业型企业绩效的关系实证研究。基于创业型企业发展现状的分析结果,界定创业型企业、创新文化特征和企业绩效的概念,将其作为实证研究的理论支持。将企业核心竞争力看作中介变量,构建包含中介变量的关系实证分析模型。以辽宁省第一批创业型企业数据为实证分析数据来源,通过相关分析和回归分析方法进行实证分析。结果表明,所提出的三条假设均是正确的,并最终确定创新文化特征对创业型企业绩效具有正向促进作用的结论。

目的:探究外周血淋巴细胞亚群在淋巴瘤EB病毒(EBV)感染不同状态患者中的预后价值。方法:回顾性队列研究。选取2012年11月至2023年8月在徐州医科大学附属医院初诊确诊的333例淋巴瘤患者,其中弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)组185例,NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(NKTCL)组100例,霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL)组48例。收集患者一般临床资料及实验室指标检测结果,采用流式细胞术检测淋巴细胞亚群比例、实时定量聚合酶链法检测EBV-DNA。通过查阅病例和电话随访,记录患者生存情况。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,比较各组生存情况,Cox比例风险模型进行淋巴瘤生存时间相关因素分析。结果:NKTCL组中EBV-DNA阳性患者占73.0%(73/100),高于DLBCL组的43.8%(81/185)和HL组的35.4%(17/48)(P均<0.001)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线显示,DLBCL组CD19+B细胞和CD16+CD56+NK细胞水平异常(高于或低于正常参考范围)患者、DLBCL组EBV-DNA阴性的IgA和CD19+B细胞水平异常患者、DLBCL组EBV-DNA阳性的CD16+CD56+NK细胞水平异常患者的总体生存率均低于其正常水平患者(P均<0.05)。多因素Cox回归分析结果表明,CD19+B细胞水平异常是DLBCL组患者独立不良预后的影响因素(HR=2.098,95%CI 1.181~3.727,P=0.011),EBV-DNA阳性(HR=17.623,95%CI 2.397~129.565,P=0.048)和Ann Arbor分期(Ⅲ/Ⅳ期)(HR=2.770,95%CI 1.335~5.750,P=0.006)是NKTCL患者不良预后的影响因素。结论:外周血淋巴细胞亚群在淋巴瘤不同EBV感染状态患者中存在差异,且CD19+B细胞水平可作为DLBCL患者独立预后的影响因素。
