Reservoir computing(RC)is a bio-inspired neural network structure which can be implemented in hardware with *** has been applied across various fields such as memristors,and electrochemical reactions,among which the microelectro-mechanical systems(MEMS)is supposed to be the closest to sensing and computing *** previous MEMS RCs have demonstrated their potential as reservoirs,the amplitude modulation mode was found to be inadequate for computing directly upon *** achieve this objective,this paper introduces a novel MEMS reservoir computing system based on stiffness modulation,where natural signals directly influence the system stiffness as *** this innovative concept,information can be processed locally without the need for advanced data collection and *** present an integrated RC system characterized by small volume and low power consumption,eliminating complicated setups in traditional MEMS RC for data discretization and *** simulation and experiment were conducted on our *** performed nonlinearity tuning for the resonator and optimized the post-processing algorithm by introducing a digital mask ***,our MEMS RC is capable of both classification and forecasting,surpassing the capabilities of our previous non-delay-based *** method successfully processed word classification,with a 99.8%accuracy,and chaos forecasting,with a 0.0305 normalized mean square error(NMSE),demonstrating its adaptability for multi-scene data *** work is essential as it presents a novel MEMS RC with stiffness modulation,offering a simplified,efficient approach to integrate sensing and *** approach has initiated edge computing,enabling emergent applications in MEMS for local computations.

In reinforcement learning(RL), training a policy from scratch with online experiences can be inefficient because of the difficulties in exploration. Recently, offline RL provides a promising solution by giving an initialized offline policy, which can be refined through online interactions. However, existing approaches primarily perform offline and online learning in the same task, without considering the task generalization problem in offline-to-online adaptation. In real-world applications, it is common that we only have an offline dataset from a specific task while aiming for fast online-adaptation for several tasks. To address this problem, our work builds upon the investigation of successor representations for task generalization in online RL and extends the framework to incorporate offline-to-online learning. We demonstrate that the conventional paradigm using successor features cannot effectively utilize offline data and improve the performance for the new task by online fine-tuning. To mitigate this, we introduce a novel methodology that leverages offline data to acquire an ensemble of successor representations and subsequently constructs ensemble Q functions. This approach enables robust representation learning from datasets with different coverage and facilitates fast adaption of Q functions towards new tasks during the online fine-tuning *** empirical evaluations provide compelling evidence showcasing the superior performance of our method in generalizing to diverse or even unseen tasks.

Given the depletion of high-quality magnesite deposits and the rising demand for high-end magnesium materials,the separation and utilization of high-calcium magnesite ores have become ***,the similar surface properties and solubility of semi-soluble salt-type minerals,pose significant challenges for the utilization of dolomite-rich magnesite *** this study,1-hydroxypropane-1,1-di phosphonic acid(HPDP)was identified for the first time as a high-performance depressant for *** tests,including contact angle measurements,ζ potential analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and atomic force microscopy,were conducted to elucidate the interfacial interaction mechanisms of HPDP on the surfaces of the two minerals at different ***,molecular modeling calculations were used to detail the spatial matching relationship between HPDP and the crystal faces of the two *** was emphasized that HPDP specifically adsorbed onto the dolomite surface by forming calcium phosphonate,ensuring that the dolomite surface remained hydrophilic and ***,it was found that the adsorption strength of HPDP on the mineral surfaces depended on the activity of the metal sites and their spatial *** findings provide a theoretical foundation for the molecular design of flotation reagents for high-calcium magnesite ores.

Porosity is a common phenomenon and can significantly hinder the quality of the ***,the pore formation mechanism and the characteristics of the single tracks of the W-C coating using directed energy deposition(DED)are systematically *** forming quality of the tracks,the distribution of the pores,and the elemental distribution near the pores are analyzed by the observations of the cross-sections of the *** temperature field of the melt pool is discussed comprehensively to reveal the pore formation *** results confirm that Ni and Co evaporated during the DED process due to the high temperature of the melt *** were continuously produced adjacent to the fusion line when the melt pool was about to solidify since the temperature at the solidification front was higher than the boiling point of *** vaporization area at the fusion line was proposed,where Ni could also evaporate at the time the melt pool started to *** relationship between the solidification rate,the size of the vaporization area and the DED parameters(laser power and scanning speed)was established to discuss the causes of severe pores above the fusion *** work contains a practical guide to reduce or eliminate the porosity in the coating preparation process on the surface of the tungsten alloy.

Prostate cancer(PCa)is a common malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality *** prostate cancer stem cell(PCSC)model provides novel insights into the pathogenesis of PCa and its therapeutic ***,the roles and molecular mechanisms of specific genes in mediating fate decisions of PCSCs and carcinogenesis of PCa remain to be *** this study,we have explored the expression,function,and mechanism of AZGP1P2,a pseudogene of AZGP1,in regulating the stemness and apoptosis of PCSCs and treatment resistance of docetaxel in castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC).We revealed that AZGP1P2 was downregulated in CRPC cell lines and PCSCs,while it was positively associated with progression-free *** of the AZGP1P2 enhanced the sensitivity of docetaxel treatment in CRPCs via inhibiting their *** pull-down associated with mass spectrometry analysis,co-immunoprecipitation assay,and RNA immunoprecipitation assay demonstrated that AZGP1P2 could bind to UBA1 and RBM15 as a“writer”of methyltransferase to form a ***1,an E1 ubiquitin-activating enzyme,contributed to RBM15 protein degradation via ubiquitination *** RNA immunoprecipitation assay displayed that RBM15 controlled the mRNA decay of TPM1 in m6A ***,a xenograft mouse model and patient-derived organoids showed that the therapeutic effect of docetaxel in CRPC was increased by AZGP1P2 in ***,these results imply that AZGP1P2 mediates the stemness and apoptosis of PCSCs and promotes docetaxel therapeutic effect by suppressing tumor growth and metastasis via UBA1/RBM15-mediated TPM1 mRNA decay in CRPC.

This paper presents a high-performance MEMS accelerometer with a DC/AC electrostatic stiffness tuning capability based on double-sided parallel plates(DSPPs).DC and AC electrostatic tuning enable the adjustment of the effective stiffness and the calibration of the geometric offset of the proof mass,respectively.A dynamical model of the proposed accelerometer was developed considering both DC/AC electrostatic tuning and the temperature *** on the dynamical model,a self-centering closed loop is proposed for pulling the reference position of the forceto-rebalance(FTR)to the geometric center of *** self-centering accelerometer operates at the optimal reference position by eliminating the temperature drift of the readout circuit and nulling the net electrostatic tuning *** stiffness closed-loop is also incorporated to prevent the pull-in instability of the tuned low-stiffness accelerometer under a dramatic temperature ***-time adjustments of the reference position and the DC tuning voltage are utilized to compensate for the residue temperature drift of the proposed *** a result,a novel controlling approach composed of a self-centering closed loop,stiffness-closed loop,and temperature drift compensation is achieved for the accelerometer,realizing a temperature drift coefficient(TDC)of approximately 7μg/℃ and an Allan bias instability of less than 1μg.
