Objective This study aimed to investigate the potential relationship between urinary metals copper(Cu),arsenic(As),strontium(Sr),barium(Ba),iron(Fe),lead(Pb)and manganese(Mn)and grip *** We used linear regression models,quantile g-computation and Bayesian kernel machine regression(BKMR)to assess the relationship between metals and grip *** In the multimetal linear regression,Cu(β=−2.119),As(β=−1.318),Sr(β=−2.480),Ba(β=0.781),Fe(β=1.130)and Mn(β=−0.404)were significantly correlated with grip strength(P<0.05).The results of the quantile g-computation showed that the risk of occurrence of grip strength reduction was−1.007(95%confidence interval:−1.362,−0.652;P<0.001)when each quartile of the mixture of the seven metals was *** kernel function regression model analysis showed that mixtures of the seven metals had a negative overall effect on grip strength,with Cu,As and Sr being negatively associated with grip strength *** the total population,potential interactions were observed between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn(P_(interactions) of 0.003 and 0.018,respectively).Conclusion In summary,this study suggests that combined exposure to metal mixtures is negatively associated with grip ***,Sr and As were negatively correlated with grip strength levels,and there were potential interactions between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn.

Broadband bidirectional Brillouin–Raman random fiber laser with ultra-narrow linewidth

We present a Brillouin–Raman random fiber laser(BRRFL)with full-open linear cavity structure to generate broadband Brillouin frequency comb(BFC)with double Brillouin-frequency-shift *** incorporation of a regeneration portion consisting of an erbium-doped fiber and a single-mode fiber enables the generation of broadband *** dynamics of broadband BFC generation changing with the pump power(EDF and Raman)and Brillouin pump(BP)wavelength are investigated in detail,*** suitable conditions,the bidirectional BRRFL proposed can produce a flatamplitude BFC with 40.7-nm bandwidth ranging from 1531 nm to 1571.7 nm,and built-in 242-order Brillouin Stokes lines(BSLs)with double Brillouin-frequency-shift ***,the linewidth of single BSL is experimentally measured to be about 2.5 *** broadband bidirectional narrow-linewidth BRRFL has great potential applications in optical communication,optical sensing,spectral measurement,and so on.

基于任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)方法,利用动网格技术和重叠网格技术数值模拟研究了不同Reynolds数、截面形状以及长径比下的肋柱-软尾结构在通道中的双向流固耦合换热问题。模拟工况为:Reynolds数Re=200,275,351;肋柱截面形状:圆形和方形;长径比k=2,3,4。研究表明:Re=275时圆形截面肋柱-软尾结构的流动换热综合能力优于方形截面结构,k=3时圆形截面肋柱-软尾结构的流动换热综合能力最佳,肋柱周围的局部换热能力方形截面结构好于圆形截面结构;k=3时,随着Reynolds数的增大,不同截面形状的肋柱-软尾结构的流动换热综合能力逐渐升高,并且高Reynolds数、高长径比的圆形截面综合流动换热能力最佳;与不加软尾肋柱结构的流动换热能力进行对比发现,对于圆形截面形状的肋柱结构,增加软尾后综合换热能力增大了19.46%。

基于红外光谱与聚类分析法的宁夏产地枸杞子品种鉴别研究

宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)为宁夏传统道地中药材,因其良好的药食两用价值,已引种至甘肃、新疆、青海等省区。因长期引种和改良,宁夏枸杞品种繁多,是影响其质量的重要因素之一。本研究采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对宁夏中宁产地的宁杞1号、4号、5号、7号、0909号、10号共6个品种的枸杞子进行测定,一维红外光谱及二阶导数光谱范围均为4000~650cm^(-1),得到图谱后进行图谱解析;采用谱带较密集的指纹区(1800~650cm^(-1))计算红外光谱图的相似系数;然后结合SMICA聚类分析法对不同品种枸杞子的红外指纹图谱进行聚类比较。结果表明,不同品种枸杞子样品的一维红外光谱图较为相似,峰的位置、峰高和峰形都较为接近,其共同吸收峰较多,仅在3282~3288、1239~1242和1143~1147 cm^(-1)附近的吸收峰强度、峰位置、峰形状有所不同,说明不同品种枸杞子中多糖类、苷类、蛋白质类、脂类和黄酮类等成分的种类和含量有所差异。二阶导数光谱中,宁杞1号、4号、7号在2880 cm^(-1)处吸收峰不明显,0909号在969 cm^(-1)处吸收峰不明显。不同品种枸杞子的相似度范围在0.9489~0.9928之间,说明不同品种枸杞子存在一定差异,其中,宁杞7号与其他品种的平均相似度系数最小,为0.9640,说明其成分特异性最高。0909号与宁杞10号相似系数为0.9928,相似度最高。采用Assure ID软件以各药材吸收波数为变量进行聚类分析,宁杞1号与其他品种的差异均较小,类间距在2.17~2.97范围内;0909号与其他品种间的差异最大,类间距在2.97~8.06范围内。聚类模型中,不同品种枸杞子的识别率均为100%,仅宁杞1号的拒绝率较低,为66%,易与其他品种枸杞子混淆,0909号的拒绝率和识别率均为100%,最易区分。类模型图中,0909号与宁杞5号、0909号与宁杞7号两两分开,可以明显鉴别出不同品种的样品。采用已知品种的枸杞子对聚类分析模型进行验证,其识别率和拒绝率与聚类分析模型相同。不同品种枸杞子类模型图与一维红外光谱、二阶导数图谱、相似度、类间距、识别率和拒绝率结果相互印证,佐证了宁杞1号为大多数宁杞系列品种的来源品种,而09系列品种0909号与其他品种有较大差异。因此,红外光谱与聚类分析法相结合可以快速、无损地鉴别不同品种枸杞子,对枸杞子药材生产和新品种选育具有一定的指导作用。

锂硫电池(lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries)具有远高于锂离子电池的理论比容量.然而,硫的导电性差,充放电过程中体积变化剧烈,其放电中间产物易溶于电解液并穿过隔膜,造成穿梭效应,导致锂硫电池的实测比容量低、循环寿命短.本文设计构筑了中空多壳层结构氮化钛(TiNHoMS),作为锂硫电池隔膜修饰材料,有效解决了上述难题.氮化钛具有优异的导电性,能够催化硫和多硫化锂的氧化还原转化.HoMS具有多个壳层和多层内部空腔,能提供多重空间阻隔和丰富的多硫化锂吸附位点,从而有效抑制穿梭效应,并且能够缩短电子/离子传输路径.得益于此,采用三壳层TiNHoMS修饰隔膜的锂硫电池性能显著提高,远优于采用未修饰隔膜电池的性能.测试结果表明,在1 C电流下,初始比容量由642 mAh/g提高到1134 mAh/g,而且300次循环后比容量仍保持在792 mAh/g.通过一系列电化学表征分析发现,TiNHoMS提高了隔膜对电解液的浸润性,催化了硫正极的氧化还原反应,抑制了多硫化锂的穿梭效应,从而有效地提高了锂硫电池的比容量和循环稳定性.

To meet the demands of laser-ion acceleration at a high repetition rate, we have developed a comprehensive diagnostic system for real-time and in situ monitoring of liquid sheet targets (LSTs). The spatially resolved rapid characterizations of an LST’s thickness, flatness, tilt angle and position are fulfilled by different subsystems with high accuracy. With the help of the diagnostic system, we reveal the dependence of thickness distribution on collision parameters and report the238-nm liquid sheet generated by the collision of two liquid jets. Control methods for the flatness and tilt angle of LSTs have also been provided, which are essential for applications of laser-driven ion acceleration and others.

Clinical effects of detailed nursing management interventions on medication adherence and disease perception in patients with drugresistant tuberculosis

BACKGROUND Tuberculosis(TB)is a chronic respiratory infectious disease that considerably jeopardizes human health,and there is no effective vaccine suitable for its prevention in the entire *** To investigate the promotion of medication adherence and disease cognition in patients with drug-resistant(DR-)TB using detailed nursing *** In total,114 patients with DR-TB who were diagnosed and treated at our hospital between January 2019 and January 2023 were included in this *** in the control group(n=57)were managed with conventional nursing care,while those in the observation group(n=57)were managed with detailed nursing *** adherence,disease awareness scores,medication safety,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after the *** The post-intervention medication compliance rate was 91.23%in the observation group and 75.44%in the control group,with the former being 15.79%higher than the latter(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the disease awareness scores between the two groups before the intervention;the disease awareness scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,joint swelling and pain,hearing loss,electrolyte disorders,and liver and kidney function abnormalities were lower in the observation group than those in the control *** total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Implementation of detailed nursing management for patients with DR-TB can effectively improve medication adherence,enhance awareness of the disease,ensure safety of medication,and improve satisfaction with nursing care.
