生物滴滤池在处理重油裂解制气废水中的应用

用多孔填料填充废水处理系统缺氧/好氧(A/O)工艺中的缺氧滴滤池,微生物挂摸之后构成三维的生物膜,处理可生化性差的重油裂解制气废水,不但能显著提高废水的可生物降解性,BOD5/COD从进水O.16～0.25提高到出水时的0.24～0.45,而且降低废水中的COD和氨氮分别为4.76％～44.21％和1.93％～44.20％,同时能增强缺氧池的抗冲击能力和减毒作用,有利于后续的活性污泥好氧处理。

深水湖泊冬季热力分层消亡,水体上下混合,水动力过程改变营养盐的分布格局,可能影响湖泊生态系统中浮游植物群落的演替。本研究在2022年11月2023年4月高原深水湖泊抚仙湖的热力分层消亡期、混合期和分层形成期,开展水体垂直剖面的理化环境因子及浮游植物群落高频观测,探究浮游植物群落时空变化特征及其对热力学混合过程的响应。结果表明:水体混合过程引起湖泊理化环境因子显著的时空变化,与分层消亡期和形成期相比,混合期水体总磷(TP)、溶解性有机磷(DOP)、正磷酸盐(PO 3-4-P)和叶绿素a(Chl.a)浓度显著增加,总氮(TN)、溶解氮(DN)、颗粒氮(PN)、氨氮(NH 3-N)和硝态氮(NO-3-N)浓度显著降低。浮游植物群落中,绿藻门的转板藻属(Mougeotia)和小球藻属(Chlorella)在整个观测期密度较高,蓝藻门的长孢藻属(Dolichospermum)和拟柱孢藻属(Cylindrospermopsis)在分层消亡期密度较高,硅藻门的直链藻属(Melosira)和隐藻门隐藻属(Cryptomonas)在混合期密度高,绿藻门的栅藻属(Scenedesmus)在分层形成期密度较高。冗余分析发现,NH 3-N、PO 3-4-P和碱性磷酸酶活性的动态变化显著影响浮游植物群落组成;而且,浮游植物不同种类对氮、磷营养盐的敏感性各不相同,其中长孢藻属和转板藻属的密度与氮营养盐呈正相关、与磷营养盐呈负相关;而其他浮游植物密度则呈现相反规律,分别与氮营养盐呈负相关,与磷营养盐呈正相关。通过结构方程模型分析水体混合期间浮游植物群落动态变化的驱动机制,发现一方面水温对浮游植物群落结构有直接影响;另一方面,水温通过调节不同形态的氮(NO-3-N、NH 3-N)、磷(PO 3-4-P和DOP)营养盐浓度,从而间接地驱动浮游植物群落结构变化。这些直接和间接的影响共同作用,最终引起水体中Chl.a浓度变化。本研究有助于认识深水湖泊热力分层变化对生态系统结构和功能的影响。在全球变化背景下,加强对湖库热力分层的作用机制及其生态环境效应研究,有助于深水湖泊生态系统的保护和管理。

Failure strain determination of polymer-supported thin films is a key for the design of the flexible devices.A theoretical model R/R0=(L/L0)2(R,L are the electrical resistance and the length of the stretched film,respectively.R0,L0 are the corresponding initial values.)has been widely used to determine the fracture strain of thin films on flexible ***,this equation loses its function in some special ***,a simple and universal theoretical model was proposed to determine the fracture strain of metal thin films on flexible substrates in more generally *** this model,we investigated the thicknessdependent failure strains of Cu-5 at.%Al films with thickness of 10 nm,200 nm,1000 nm,and Ti films with thickness of 50 nm,100 nm,300 *** model was also employed to study the published data *** results showed that the new model provided a fairly good prediction of the failure strains of different films.

Fourfold benzocyclobutene-functionalized perylene bisimide（PBI 4） has been synthesized and its structure was characterized by FTIR,MS and *** 4 can react either with itself,or the appropriate dienophiles to form the corresponding products under appropriate *** polymer film obtained from the reaction of PBI 4 with methyl vinyl silicone rubber possessed excellent film forming properties including *** optical properties of PBI 4 and polymer film obtained from the reaction of PBI 4 and methyl vinyl silicone rubber have been determined by UV/vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.

In a milling operation, there must be processes of a cutter entering and exiting the workpiece boundary. The cutter exit is usually in the feed direction and the dynamic response is different from that in the normal cutting process. This paper presents a new time-domain modeling of mechanics and dynamics of the cutter exit process for the slot milling process. The cutter is assumed to exit the workpiece for the first time with one tooth right in the feed direction. The dynamic chip thickness is summed up along the feed direction and compared with the remaining workpiece length in the feed direction to judge whether the cutter is ready to exit the workpiece or not. The developed model is then used for analyzing the cutting force and machining vibration in the cutter exit *** developed mathematical model is experimentally validated by comparing the simulated forces and vibrations against the measured data collected from real slotting milling tests. The study shows that stable cutting parameters cannot guarantee stable cutting in a cutter exit process and further study can be performed to control the vibration amplitude in this specific process.

Currently, there are a lot of man-made biomolecular computing systems. However, it is rare to see man-made biomolecular intelligence system. Learning ability is one of the basic abilities of intelligence. Many organisms have learning ability naturally. In this paper, we have successfully designed, constructed, and tested a genetic conditional learning system in the bacterium Escherichia coli. The system can recognize ‘bad guy’ signal with the help of ‘study’ signal. The function was realized by combining biomolecular AND gate and memory inverter. The AND gate used riboswitch as computation tool, and the memory inverter used Cre *** cytometry was used to verify the function of the system. This study is an attempt of constructing manmade biomolecular intelligence system. The system may lead to new applications for biomolecular computing,artificial intelligence, and biotherapy.

Carbon emissions associated with buildings are a major source of urban emissions. To put forward the methods and strategies to curb carbon emissions from urban building stock, it is not only necessary to establish a carbon emission calculation method for fine statistical analysis, but also to evaluate carbon emissions of urban planning schemes with applicable indexes. Currently,researches mainly focus on carbon emissions of individual buildings. When expanded to urban building stock, the calculation faces the lack of basic data, inadequate spatial analysis and unspecific carbon reduction indexes. Therefore, this study proposes a bottom-up calculation method for urban building stock, conducts spatial analysis based on carbon balance of urban grids, reveals the coupling mechanism between urban carbon reduction indexes and grid carbon emissions, and systematically establishes a carbon-reduction-oriented urban planning method that comprises calculation, analysis and evaluation, which is applied to Xi'an,China. This study provides a theoretical reference for cities to formulate carbon reduction targets and implement planning strategies by evaluating and predicting carbon emissions from urban building stock.
