Data secure transmission intelligent prediction algorithm for mobile industrial IoT networks

Mobile Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)applications have achieved the explosive growth in recent years.The mobile IIoT has flourished and become the backbone of the industry,laying a solid foundation for the interconnection of all things.The variety of application scenarios has brought serious challenges to mobile IIoT networks,which face complex and changeable communication environments.Ensuring data secure transmission is critical for mobile IIoT networks.This paper investigates the data secure transmission performance prediction of mobile IIoT networks.To cut down computational complexity,we propose a data secure transmission scheme employing Transmit Antenna Selection(TAS).The novel secrecy performance expressions are first derived.Then,to realize real-time secrecy analysis,we design an improved Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)model,and propose an intelligent data secure transmission performance prediction algorithm.For mobile signals,the important features may be removed by the pooling layers.This will lead to negative effects on the secrecy performance prediction.A novel nine-layer improved CNN model is designed.Out of the input and output layers,it removes the pooling layer and contains six convolution layers.Elman,Back-Propagation(BP)and LeNet methods are employed to compare with the proposed algorithm.Through simulation analysis,good prediction accuracy is achieved by the CNN algorithm.The prediction accuracy obtains a 59%increase.

Molecular glues can specifically induce aggregation between two or more proteins to modulate biological functions.In recent years,molecular glues have been widely used as protein degraders.In addition,however,molecular glues play a variety of vital roles,such as complex stabilization,interactome modulation and transporter inhibition,enabling challenging therapeutic targets to be druggable and offering an exciting novel approach for drug discovery.Since most molecular glues are identified serendipitously,exploration of their systematic discovery and rational design are important.In this review,representative examples of molecular glues with various physiological functions are divided into those mediating homo-dimerization,homo-polymerization and hetero-dimerization according to their aggregation modes,and we attempt to elucidate their mechanisms of action.In particular,we aim to highlight some biochemical techniques typically exploited within these representative studies and classify them in terms of three stages of molecular glue development:starting point,optimization and identification.

The transcription factor NAC102 confers cadmium tolerance by regulating WAKL11 expression and cell wall pectin metabolism in Arabidopsis

Cadmium(Cd) toxicity severely limits plant growth and development. Moreover, Cd accumulation in vegetables, fruits, and food crops poses health risks to animals and humans. Although the root cell wall has been implicated in Cd stress in plants, whether Cd binding by cell wall polysaccharides contributes to tolerance remains controversial, and the mechanism underlying transcriptional regulation of cell wall polysaccharide biosynthesis in response to Cd stress is unknown. Here, we functionally characterized an Arabidopsis thaliana NAC-type transcription factor, NAC102, revealing its role in Cd stress responses. Cd stress rapidly induced accumulation of NAC102.1, the major transcript encoding functional NAC102, especially in the root apex. Compared to wild type(WT) plants, a nac102 mutant exhibited enhanced Cd sensitivity, whereas NAC102.1-overexpressing plants displayed the opposite phenotype. Furthermore, NAC102 localizes to the nucleus, binds directly to the promoter of WALL-ASSOCIATED KINASE-LIKE PROTEIN11(WAKL11), and induces transcription, thereby facilitating pectin degradation and decreasing Cd binding by pectin. Moreover, WAKL11 overexpression restored Cd tolerance in nac102mutants to the WT levels, which was correlated with a lower pectin content and lower levels of pectin-bound Cd. Taken together, our work shows that the NAC102-WAKL11 module regulates cell wall pectin metabolism and Cd binding, thus conferring Cd tolerance in Arabidopsis.

Origin of High Elastic Recovery of Hard-elastic Polypropylene Film at Room Temperature: the Mixed Contribution of Energy Elasticity and Entropy Elasticity

The crystalline and amorphous regions were alternately arranged in the hard elastic polypropylene(PP)films with row-nucleated lamellae.In this work,their structure evolution during stretching and recovery at room temperature was followed and the elastic recovery mechanism was discussed by twice cyclic tensile experiment.During the first stretching to 100%,the lamellae crystals are parallel separated and the intercrystallite crazing is formed at the first yield point.Many nano-cavities within the intercrystallite crazing appear when the strain reaches 20%.The strain-hardening process accompanies with the lamellae long period increasing and the intercrystallite crazing enlargement.After the secondary yield point,the lamellae cluster is further separated and more nano-cavities appear.The first and second recovery processes are complete overlap.During recovery,firstly,the energy elasticity provided by nano-cavities surface tension drives the shrinkage of material,and then the entropy elasticity related to amorphous chain relaxation plays a leading role when the strain is smaller than the secondary yield point.The elastic recovery process of hard elastic material is the co-contribution of energy elasticity and entropy elasticity.This work gives a clearer recognition about the source of hard elastic property and the role of amorphous region in material's deformation.

MicroR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 co-target Akt to regulate Lasioderma serricorne reproduction

High fecundity is a common characteristic of insect pests which increases the difficulty of population control.Serine/threonine kinase Akt is an indispensable component of the insulin signaling pathway.Silencing of LsAkt severely hinders reproduction in Lasioderma serricorne,a stored product insect pest.However,the post-transcriptional pathway of LsAkt in L.serricorne remains unknown.This study identified 2 binding sites of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 in the coding sequences of LsAkt.The expression profiles of 2 microRNAs(miRNAs)and LsAkt displayed an opposite pattern during the adult stages.Luciferase reporter assay showed that novel-mir50 and miR-9c-5p could downregulate the expression of LsAkt.Overexpression of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 by injection of mimics inhibited the expression of LsAkt and reduced oviposition,decreased egg hatchability,and blocked ovarian development.It also decreased the expression of genes involved in ovarian development(LsVg and LsVgR)and the nutritional signaling pathway(LsTOR,LsS6K,and Ls4EBP),and reduced the phosphorylation of Akt.Conversely,injection of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 inhibitors induced the expressions of LsAkt,LsVg,LsVgR,LsTOR,LsS6K,and Ls4EBP,enhanced Akt phosphorylation level,and accelerated ovarian development.Injection of bovine insulin downregulated the expression of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 and upregulated the LsAkt expression.It also rescued the reproductive development defects associated with miR-9c-5p/novel-mir50 overexpression,forming a positive regulatory loop of insulin signaling.These results indicate that miR-9c-5p/novel-mir50 regulates the female reproduction of L.serricorne by targeting Akt in response to insulin signaling.The data also demonstrate the effects of the insulin/miRNA/Akt regulatory axis in insect reproduction.

Analysis of temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of ammonium chloride smoke particles in confined spaces

In response to the demand for short-range detection of anti-smoke environment interference by laser fuzes,this study proposes a smoke environment simulation of non-uniform continuous point source diffusion and investigates an experimental laboratory smoke environment using an ammonium chloride smoke agent.The particle size distribution,composition,and mass flow distribution of the smoke were studied.Based on a discrete phase model and a kεturbulence model,a numerical simulation was developed to model the smoke generation and diffusion processes of the smoke agent in a confined space.The temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of the smoke mass concentration,velocity,and temperature in the space after smoke generation were analyzed,and the motion law governing the smoke diffusion throughout the entire space was summarized.Combined with the experimental verification of the smoke environment laboratory,the results showed that the smoke plume changed from fan-shaped to umbrella-shaped during smoke generation,and then continued to spread around.Meanwhile,the mass concentration of smoke in the space decreased from the middle outward;the changes in temperature and velocity were small and stable.In the diffusion stage(after 900 s),the mass concentration of smoke above 0.8 m was relatively uniform across an area of smoke that was 12 m thick.The concentration decreased over time,following a consistent decreasing trend,and the attenuation was negligible in a very short time.Therefore,this system was suitable for conducting experimental research on laser fuzes in a smoke environment.Owing to the stability of the equipment and facilities,the setup could reproduce the same experimental smoke environment by artificially controlling the smoke emission of the smoke agent.Overall,this work provides a theoretical reference for subsequent research efforts regarding the construction of uniform smoke environments and evaluating laser transmission characteristics in smoky environments.

背景:基质Gla蛋白(MGP)是一种分泌蛋白,被认为参与间充质干细胞的免疫调节。芯片分析发现在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中,细胞外基质基因MGP表达水平明显上调。但关于MGP在UC中的作用及其上游信号调控机制,目前知之甚少。本研究旨在明确MGP在UC中的表达情况及其上游调控机制。方法:收集UC患者及健康对照的结肠黏膜组织。采用基因芯片技术筛选与UC进展相关的基因。通过喂食含不同浓度葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)的水建立结肠炎小鼠模型。采用免疫组化、免疫印迹、实时PCR及染色质免疫沉淀等方法对结肠组织进行分析。通过生物信息分析来鉴定MGP基因启动子序列和转录起始位点。采用荧光素酶报告基因技术检测MGP基因表达的潜在转录因子。结果:无论是在UC患者还是DSS结肠炎模型小鼠中,MGP在结肠组织中的表达均显著上调,而且其表达水平与疾病严重程度呈现正相关。生物信息分析发现,在人MGP基因上游区域存在一个高度保守的转录因子Egr-1结合位点。UC患者Egr-1表达水平较健康对照明显上调。当与Egr-1表达质粒共转染后,MGP启动子荧光素酶活性增强;但当Egr-1表达质粒与Egr-1结合位点突变的MGP启动子共转染后,MGP启动子荧光素酶活性则受到抑制。结论:UC患者和DSS结肠炎小鼠的结肠组织中MGP表达均上调。MGP表达受Egr-1调控。

Sorafenib plus transarterial chemoembolization vs sorafenib alone for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma: A systematic review and meta-analysis

BACKGROUND Although the past decade has seen remarkable advances in treatment options for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the dismal overall prognosis still envelops HCC patients.Several comparative trials have been conducted to study whether transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)could improve clinical outcomes in patients receiving sorafenib for advanced HCC;however,the findings have been inconsistent.AIM To study the potential synergies and safety of sorafenib plus TACE vs sorafenib alone for treating advanced HCC,by performing a systematic review and metaanalysis.METHODS This study was conducted following the PRISMA statement.A systematic literature search was conducted using the Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,and Web of Science databases.Data included in the present work were collected from patients diagnosed with advanced HCC receiving sorafenib plus TACE or sorafenib alone.Data synthesis and meta-analysis were conducted using Review Manager software.RESULTS The present study included 2780 patients from five comparative clinical trials(1 was randomized control trial and 4 were retrospective studies).It was found that patients receiving sorafenib plus TACE had better prognoses in terms of overall survival(OS),with a combined hazard ratio(HR)of 0.65[95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.46–0.93,P=0.02,n=2780].Consistently,progression free survival(PFS)and time to progression(TTP)differed significantly between the sorafenib plus TACE arm and sorafenib arm(PFS:HR=0.62,95%CI:0.40–0.96,P=0.03,n=443;TTP:HR=0.73,95%CI:0.64-0.83,P<0.00001,n=2451).Disease control rate(DCR)was also significantly increased by combination therapy(risk ratio=1.36,95%CI:1.02-1.81,P=0.04,n=641).Regarding safety,the incidence of any adverse event(AE)was increased due to the addition of TACE;however,no significant difference was found in grade≥3 AEs.CONCLUSION The combination of sorafenib with TACE has superior efficacy to sorafenib monotherapy,as evidenced by prolonged OS,PFS,and TTP,as well as increased DCR.Additional high-quality trials are essenti

Ectopic seminal tract openi ng is a rare con genital malformation.Until rece ntly,there has been a lack of comprehensive reporting on the condition.The purpose of this retrospective study is to summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of this condition based on 28 clinical practice cases throughout the past 30 years.We conducted auxiliary examinations on such patients including routine tests,imaging examinations,and endoscopy.Among these 28 cases,there were ectopic opening of vas deferens into enlarged prostatic utricles(6 cases);ejaculatory ducts into enlarged prostatic utricles,Mullerian ducts cysts,and urethras(18 cases,2 cases,and 1 case,respectively);and ectopic opening of the unilateral vas deferens and the contralateral ejaculatory duct into enlarged prostatic utricle(1 case).The size of the enlarged prostatic utricle,the type of ectopic seminal tract opening,and the opening's location effectively assisted in the selection of clinical treatment methods,including transurethral fenestration of the utricle,transurethral cold-knife incision,open operation,laparoscopic operation,and conservative treatment.Satisfactory effect was achieved during follow-up.In conclusion,a definite diagnosis and personalized treatment are especially important for patients with ectopic seminal tract opening.
