The emergence of the"Ancient State"is considered an important stage in the discourse on human *** on its complex and hierarchical social structure,the Shuanghuaishu site of Henan Province is regarded as an"Ancient state",specifically the"Heluo Ancient State".The site is situated in the middle reaches of the Yellow River region and played a key role in prehistoric ***,the reasons behind its decline are ***,we conducted an integrated investigation of the archaeological excavations and archaeoseismic analyses at the Shuanghuaishu *** identified paleoseismic remains within paleo-artificial moats,which were formed owing to off-fault structures of soil liquefaction,hillslope landslides,and related ground fractures,along with shake-related wall disruption and building collapse in the residential *** dating was conducted to constrain the age for this earthquake event,which was determined to be approximately 5.0 cal kyr ***,based on the practical curve for earthquake-induced liquefaction,the preliminary estimate of the magnitude of this paleo seismic event is greater than M_(s)*** propose that the Shuanghuaishu site experienced a recession after the earthquake event,which may have influenced the continuous development of the"Heluo Ancient State"as a regional center settlement.

[目的]奶牛乳房炎是奶牛养殖过程中的高发疾病,本研究旨在对声波脉冲技术(acoustic pulse therapy, APT)治疗奶牛乳房炎的效果进行初步探究。[方法]根据致病菌和牛奶体细胞检测结果,选择江苏省某牧场临床乳房炎和亚临床乳房炎奶牛100头,其中临床乳房炎奶牛60头,分为APT治疗组20头、抗生素治疗组20头、APT和抗生素联合治疗组20头;亚临床乳房炎(隐性乳房炎)奶牛20头,采用APT治疗;20头健康奶牛作为阴性对照组。对比探究APT治疗奶牛乳房炎的效果。[结果]当奶牛罹患乳房炎后,生产性能指标牛奶中体细胞数显著升高(P0.05);白细胞数、中性粒细胞数和淋巴细胞数显著下降(P0.05);亚临床组炎症因子IL-1β含量显著下降(P<0.05),IL-6和IL-8含量显著降低(P<0.05),糖皮质激素含量显著下降(P<0.05)。[结论]APT作为一种新的奶牛乳房炎治疗技术,可以有效治愈奶牛乳房炎,且没有引起产奶量损失。

答案选择是问答领域的一个重要子任务,目标是根据问题从候选答案集合中选择最合适的答案.该任务的核心是问答语义匹配.近年来,随着深度神经网络和预训练语言模型的应用,许多端对端的问答匹配模型展现出优异的性能.但是,现有模型仍然存在语义信息提取不充分以及未有效利用外部知识信息等问题.针对上述问题,本文提出一种知识增强图卷积网络(A Knowledge-enhanced Graph Convolutional Network,KEGCN).首先,KEGCN提出一种基于图卷积神经网络的问题-答案结构信息提取机制,在利用BERT获得文本语义信息的基础上,KEGCN通过图卷积神经网络学习问答对之间的结构信息,增强语义信息.其次,KEGCN设计了一种基于自注意力门控网络的扩展知识语义构建机制,利用自注意力门控网络获取扩展知识实体之间的上下文语义关联并过滤知识噪声,增强模型的鲁棒性.最后,KEGCN利用多尺寸卷积神经网络提取多粒度的全局语义信息,以进一步提高答案选择推理的准确性.WikiQA和TrecQA数据集上的实验结果表明,与对比模型相比较,KEGCN的综合性能更加优异.

Lung-Targeted Transgene Expression of Nanocomplexed Ad5 Enhances Immune Response in the Presence of Preexisting Immunity

Recombinant adenovirus serotype 5(Ad5)vector has been widely applied in vaccine development targeting infectious diseases,such as Ebola virus disease and coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).However,the high prevalence of preexisting anti-vector immunity compromises the immunogenicity of Ad5-based ***,there is a substantial unmet need to minimize preexisting immunity while improving the insert-induced immunity of Ad5 ***,we address this need by utilizing biocompatible nanoparticles to modulate Ad5–host *** show that positively charged human serum albumin nanoparticles((+)HSAnp),which are capable of forming a complex with Ad5,significantly increase the transgene expression of Ad5 in both coxsackievirus–adenovirus receptor-positive and-negative ***,in charge-and dose-dependent manners,Ad5/(+)HSAnp complexes achieve robust(up to227-fold higher)and long-term(up to 60 days)transgene expression in the lungs of mice following intranasal ***,in the presence of preexisting anti-Ad5 immunity,complexed Ad5-based Ebola and COVID-19 vaccines significantly enhance antigen-specific humoral response and mucosal *** findings suggest that viral aggregation and charge modification could be leveraged to engineer enhanced viral vectors for vaccines and gene therapies.

Apatite Fission Track Thermochronology of Granite from the Xiazhuang Uranium Ore Field,South China:Implications for Exhumation History and Ore Preservation

Xiazhuang uranium ore field,located in the southern part of the Nanling Metallogenic Belt,is considered one of the largest granite-related U regions in South *** this paper,we contribute new apatite fission track data and thermal history modeling to constrain the exhumation history and evaluate preservation potential of the Xiazhuang Uranium ore *** Triassic outcrop granite samples collected from different locations of Xiazhuang Uranium ore field yield AFT ages ranging from 43 to 24 Ma with similar mean confined fission track lengths ranging from 11.8±2.0 to 12.9±1.9μm and Dpar values between 1.01 and 1.51μ*** robustness time-temperature reconstructions of samples from the hanging wall of Huangpi fault show that the Xiazhuang Uranium ore field experienced a time of monotonous and slow cooling starting from middle Paleocene to middle Miocene(~60-10 Ma),followed by relatively rapid exhumation in the late Miocene(~10-5 Ma)and nearly thermal stability in the Pliocene-Quaternary(~5-0 Ma).The amount of exhumation after U mineralization since the Middle Paleogene was estimated as~4.3±1.8 km according to the integrated thermal history *** studies indicate that the ore-forming ages of U deposits in the Xiazhuang ore field are mainly before Middle Paleocene and the mineralization depths are more than 4.4±1.2 ***,the exhumation history since middle Paleocene plays important roles in the preservation of the Xiazhuang Uranium ore field.

The treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is promising in recent years,but still facing critical *** first targeted therapy,sorafenib,prolonged the overall survival by ***,resistance often occurs,largely limits its *** was found to target the electron transport chain complexes,which results in the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).To maintain sorafenib resistance and further facilitate tumor progression,cancer cells develop strategies to overcome excessive ROS production and obtain resistance to oxidative stress-induced cell *** the present study,we investigated the roles of ROS in sorafenib resistance,and found suppressed ROS levels and reductive redox states in sorafenib-resistant HCC *** in sorafenib-resistant cells maintained greater functional and morphological integrity under the treatment of ***,cellular oxygen consumption rate and mitochondria DNA content analyses revealed fewer numbers of mitochondria in sorafenib-resistant *** investigation attributed this finding to decreased mitochondrial biogenesis,likely caused by the accelerated degradation of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor y coactivator ip(PGC1P).Mechanistic dissection showed that upregulated UBQLN1 induced PGCip degradation in a ubiquitination-independent manner to attenuate mitochondrial biogenesis and ROS production in sorafenib-resistant cells under sorafenib ***,clinical investigations further indicated that the patients with higher UBQLN1 levels experienced worse recurrence-free *** conclusion,we propose a novel mechanism involving mitochondrial biogenesis and ROS homeostasis in sorafenib resistance,which may offer new therapeutic targets and strategies for HCC patients.
