Mechanical Behavior and Failure Mechanism of an As-Extruded Mg-11wt%Y Alloy at Elevated Temperature

Through carrying out the high-temperature tensile experiments on an as-extruded Mg-11wt%Y alloy at 350℃,400℃,450℃,500℃and 550℃,the mechanical behavior and fracture mechanisms at elevated temperatures are investigated and *** results show that with the increase of temperature,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the alloy increase at first and then decrease,while that the elongation ratio decreases firstly and then *** the sample being tested at 350℃,the values of yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and the elongation ratio are 188 MPa,266 MPa and 11%,*** 400℃,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength reach the maximum values of,respectively,198 MPa and 277 MPa,but the elongation ratio is the lowest and its value is only 8%.When the applied temperature is increased to 550℃,the values of yield strength and ultimate tensile strength,respectively,decrease to 140 MPa and 192 MPa and the elongation ratio increases to 38%.Failure analysis demonstrates that the fracture surfaces of different samples are mainly composed of plastic dimples and exhibit the typical characteristic of ductile *** observation to the fracture side surfaces indicates that at the temperatures of 350℃and 400℃,microcracks mainly initiate in the interior of Mg_(24)Y_(5)*** the temperatures are 450℃,500℃and 550℃,the cracks preferentially initiate at the Mg_(24)Y_(5)/α-Mg interfaces.

In this work， a highly sensitive electrochemical sensor based on Zn-doped copper gallium oxide@ordered mesoporous carbon (Zn-CuGaO2@CMK-3) for signal amplification was successfully developed for the simultaneous detection of sunset yellow （SY） and tartrazine （TZ） in foods. Compared with CuGaO2@CMK-3， Zn-CuGaO2@CMK-3 offered enhanced conductivity and catalytic properties owing to the improved carrier density， which was beneficial to the electrooxidation of SY and TZ. Under the optimal testing conditions， the constructed Zn-CuGaO2@CMK-3/GCE sensor offered a wide linear concentration range （0.25 to 100.00 μmol/L） for the detection of both SY and TZ. The limits of detection for SY and TZ were 0.044 μmol/L and 0.059 μmol/L， respectively. Recovery experiments were performed in milk， white vinegar and biscuit samples， yielding satisfactory recoveries （82.70%-114.80%）. Furthermore， the sensor was successfully applied to the determination of the SY and TZ residues in two kinds of carbonated drinks， and the results were nearly consistent with those detected by the high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method （P＞0.05）.

Influence of topography on the fine structures of stratospheric gravity waves:An analysis using COSMIC-2 temperature data

We derive the potential energy of gravity waves(GWs)in the upper troposphere and stratosphere at 45°S-45°n from December 2019 to november 2022 by using temperature profiles retrieved from the Constellation Observing System for Meteorology,Ionosphere,and Climate-2(COSMIC-2)*** to the dense sampling of COSMIC-2,in addition to the strong peaks of gravity wave potential energy(GWPE)above the Andes and Tibetan Plateau,we found weak peaks above the Rocky,Atlas,Caucasus,and Tianshan *** land-sea contrast is responsible for the longitudinal variations of the GWPE in the lower and upper *** 40°n/S,the peaks were mainly above the topographic regions during the *** 20°n/S,the peaks were a slight distance away from the topographic regions and might be the combined effect of nontopographic GWs and mountain *** the Equator,the peaks were mainly above the regions with the lowest sea level altitude and may have resulted from *** results indicate that even above the local regions with lower sea level altitudes compared with the Andes and Tibetan Plateau,the GWPE also exhibits fine structures in geographic *** found that dissipation layers above the tropopause jet provide the body force to generate secondary waves in the upper stratosphere,especially during the winter months of each hemisphere and at latitudes of greater than 20°n/S.

Al-containing Ge-rich IWV:rapid synthesis via interzeolite transformation and application in Baeyer-Villiger oxidation

Ge-containing Lewis acidic zeolites are typically synthesized using a conventional hydrothermal strategy from amorphous silica sources,through a long time-and energy-consuming approach limiting their wide *** study reports a rapid synthesis strategy for a series of IWV aluminogermanosilicate zeolites(T-x-Al)with a wide range of Si/Ge molar ratios(5–15)by interzeolite transformation of dealuminated FAU(DA-FAU).notably,Ge-rich IWV could be obtained with crystallization time as short as one day by the equimolecular Si/Ge ratio *** effect of synthetic parameters was investigated and the obtained T-x-Al samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS,ICP,^(29)Si and^(27)Al MAS nMR,FTIR,and n_(2)physisorption *** with a previously reported IWV germanosilicate(H-3),T-x-Al displayed a better catalytic activity in Baeyer-Villiger(BV)oxidation,attributed to the presence of the active framework Ge sites with the assistance of the extraframework Al *** cyclic catalysis tests revealed that the presence of framework Al species contributed to the stability of the ***,T-x-Al,with 14-membered ring(MR)supercages,outperformed the typical 12-MR Sn-beta catalyst in the BV oxidation of large ketone-like 2-admantanone,indicating a promising potential application in the macromolecular catalytic process.

Effects of Poria cocos polysaccharide on growth performance,physiological parameters,and lipid metabolism of spotted sea bass Lateolabrax maculatus

The aquaculture industry has developed significantly over the past few decades and has had a substantial impact on the global food supply and marine fisheries ***,some problems arise behind the scenes due to excessive intensive farming,such as slow animal growth,frequent disease,and lipid metabolism *** problems have limited the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry,and a continuable solution is *** use of fungal polysaccharide appears to provide a solution to these ***,different supplemented levels of Poria cocos polysaccharide(PCP)(0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,and 2.0 g/kg,respectively)were fed to spotted sea bass(Lateolabrax maculatus)in similar size(30.28±0.18 g)in current *** effects of PCP on growth,physiological parameters,and lipid metabolism of spotted sea bass were investigated after a 4-week rearing *** showed,fish with PCP intake presented a significantly higher weight gain,specific growth rate,and a significantly lower feed conversion *** higher trypsin activity in liver and intestine were observed in fish with PCP *** superoxide dismutase activity in serum and liver of fish with PCP intake were significantly improved,while significantly higher serum total antioxidant capacity and hepatic catalase activity were also ***,no significant differences in lysozyme and alkaline phosphatase activity were evident among *** with PCP intake showed a significantly lower total cholesterol,but no noteworthy change in triglyceride and lipid-metabolismrelated genes expression were observed among *** indicated that intake of PCP has a positive effect on growth and antioxidant capacity of spotted sea bass,but seems to have a limited effect on the non-specific immunity and lipid metabolism of spotted sea *** on the regression analysis results,1.4 g/kg of PCP is the optimal dose for spotted sea bass in size(30.28±0.18 g).

Research on the Relationship Between Environmental and Economic Coupling Systems in Bohai Bay Area Based on a Vector Autoregression(VAR)Model

This study analyzed the impact of land-based contaminants and tertiary industrial structure on economic development in the selected Bohai Bay area,*** on panel data spanning 2011-2020,a vector autoregressive(VAR)model is used to analyze and forecast the short-run and long-run relationships between three industrial structures,pollutant discharge,and economic *** results showed that the environmental index had a long-term cointegration relationship with the industrial structure economic *** capital chemical oxygen demand(PCOD)and per capita ammonia nitrogen(PnH_(3)n)had a positive impact on delta per capita GDP(dPGDP),while per capita solid waste(PSW),the secondary industry rate(SIR)and delta tertiary industry(dTIR)had a negative impact on *** VAR model under this coupling system had stability and *** impulse response results showed that the short-term effect of the coupling system on dPGDP was basically consistent with the Granger causality test *** addition,variance decomposition was used in this study to predict the long-term impact of the coupling system in the next ten periods(i.e.,ten years).It was found that dTIR had a great impact on dPGDP,with a contribution rate as high as 74.35%in the tenth period,followed by the contribution rate of PCOD up to 3.94%,while the long-term contribution rates of PSW,SIR and PnH3n were all less than 1%.The results show that the government should support the development of the tertiary industry to maintain the vitality of economic development and prevent environmental deterioration.

The autotetraploid Carassius auratus(4nRR,4n=200,RRRR)is derived from whole-genome duplication of Carassius auratus red var.(RCC,2n=100,RR).In the current study,we demonstrated that chromatophores and pigment changes directly caused the coloration and variation of 4nRR skin(red in RCC,brownish-yellow in4nRR).To further explore the molecular mechanisms underlying coloration formation and variation in 4nRR,we performed transcriptome profiling and molecular functional verification in RCC and *** revealed that scarb1,associated with carotenoid metabolism,underwent significant down-regulation in *** editing of this candidate pigment gene provided clear evidence of its significant role in RCC ***,we identified four divergent scarb1 homeologs in 4nRR:two original scarb1 homeologs from RCC and two duplicated ***,three of these homeologs possessed two highly conserved alleles,exhibiting biased and allelespecific expression in the ***,after precise editing of both the original and duplicated scarb1homeologs and/or alleles,4nRR individuals,whether singly or multiply mutated,displayed a transition from brownishyellow skin to a cyan-gray ***,the proportional areas of the cyan-gray regions displayed a gene-dose *** findings illustrate the subfunctionalization of duplicated scarb1,with all scarb1genes synergistically and equally contributing to the pigmentation of *** is the first report concerning the functional differentiation of duplicated homeologs in an autopolyploidfish,substantiallyenrichingour understanding of coloration formation and change within this group of organisms.

Reducing Subspaces of Toeplitz Operators Induced by a Class of non-analytic Monomials over the Unit Ball

In this paper,we describe the minimal reducing subspaces of Toeplitz operators induced by non-analytic monomials on the weighted Bergman spaces and Dirichlet spaces over the unit ball B_(2).It is proved that each minimal reducing subspace M is finite dimensional,and if dim M≥3,then M is induced by a ***,the structure of commutant algebra v(T_(w)n_(z)n):={M^(*)_(w)nM_(z)n,M^(*)_(z)nM_(w)n}′is determined by n and the two dimensional minimal reducing subspaces of(T_(w)n_(z)*** also give some interesting examples.
