Antiferromagnets have been attracting tremendous interest in the spintronics community due to their intrinsic appealing properties,such as zero stray field and ultrafast spin ***,the electrical manipulation of bulk properties of antiferromagnets has been widely studied,but exploring the use of antiferromagnetic(AFM)interfacial properties to investigate some key issues in spintronic devices is urgently *** this study,the magnetic and spin transport properties mediated by interlayer exchange coupling(IEC)are examined through spin-orbit torque(SOT)-induced tunability of interfacial spins in heavy-metal/like-synthetic antiferromagnet/antiferromagnet heterostructure *** found that the exchange bias and coercivity and the critical current density for SOT switching can be modulated by IEC,associating with the oscillation of SOTinduced interfacial spins reorientation at zero field,which can be well understood with the modified Ruderman-Kittel-KasuyaYosida *** finding opens a new route for understanding and using the AFM interfacial spins in spintronics.

Current-induced multilevel magnetization switching in ferrimagnetic spintronic devices is highly pursued for the application in neuromorphic *** this work,we demonstrate the switching plasticity in Co/Gd ferrimagnetic multilayers where the binary states magnetization switching induced by spin–orbit toque can be tuned into a multistate one as decreasing the domain nucleation ***,the switching plasticity can be tuned by the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of the multilayers and the in-plane magnetic ***,we used the switching plasticity of Co/Gd multilayers for demonstrating spike timing-dependent plasticity and sigmoid-like activation *** work gives useful guidance to design multilevel spintronic devices which could be applied in high-performance neuromorphic computing.

Eukaryotic genomes are hierarchically packaged into cell nucleus,affecting gene *** genome is organized into multiscale structural units,including chromosome territories,compartments,topologically associating domains(TADs),and DNA *** identification of these hierarchical structures has benefited from the development of experimental approaches,such as 3C-based methods(Hi-C,ChIA-PET,etc.),imaging tools(2D-FISH,3D-FISH,Cryo-FISH,etc.)and ligation-free methods(GAM,SPRITE,etc.).In recent two decades,numerous studies have shown that the 3D organization of genome plays essential roles in multiple cellular processes via various mechanisms,such as regulating enhancer activity and promoter-enhancer ***,there are relatively few studies about the 3D genome in livestock ***,studies for exploring the function of 3D genomes in livestock are urgently needed to provide a more comprehensive understanding of potential relationships between the genome and production *** this review,we summarize the recent advances of 3D genomics and its biological functions in human and mouse studies,drawing inspiration to explore the 3D genomics of livestock *** then mainly focus on the biological functions of 3D genome organization in muscle development and its implications in animal breeding.

Background Sharply increased beef consumption is propelling the genetic improvement projects of beef cattle in ***-dimensional genome structure is confirmed to be an important layer of transcription *** genome-wide interaction data of several livestock species have already been produced,the genome structure states and its regulatory rules in cattle muscle are still *** Here we present the first 3D genome data in Longissimus dorsi muscle of fetal and adult cattle(Bos taurus).We showed that compartments,topologically associating domains(TADs),and loop undergo re-organization and the structure dynamics were consistent with transcriptomic divergence during muscle ***,we annotated cis-regulatory elements in cattle genome during myogenesis and demonstrated the enrichments of promoter and enhancer in selection *** further validated the regulatory function of one HMGA2 intronic enhancer near a strong sweep region on primary bovine myoblast *** Our data provide key insights of the regulatory function of high order chromatin structure and cattle myogenic biology,which will benefit the progress of genetic improvement of beef cattle.

组织10名色觉正常、生理和心理健康、年龄和教育背景相近的观察者进行心理物理实验.通过记录和分析观察者观察不同颜色、不同色差大小刺激的32个电极上的脑电波数据,探讨了CIELAB颜色空间中红、绿、蓝、灰四种颜色、大小分别为10和5的两组色差刺激产生的事件相关电位(ERP)的区别.实验结果表明,在注视色差刺激时,脑部右侧和枕区N1成分呈现明显的规律性,N1电位从脑前到脑后逐渐减小、振幅逐渐增大,且色差越大N1电位越大(振幅越小);而P3成分在脑部中线区域比其他区域较有规律,但其规律性比N1成分弱.
