Humic acids(HAs) are widely used as filtrate and viscosity reducers in drilling fluids. However, their practical utility is limited due to poor stability in salt resistance and high-temperature resistance. Hightemperature coal pitch(CP) is a by-product from coal pyrolysis above 650.C. The substance's molecular structure is characterized by a dense arrangement of aromatic hydrocarbon and alkyl substituents. This unique structure gives it unique chemical properties and excellent drilling performance, surpassing traditional humic acids in drilling operations. Potassium humate is prepared from CP(CP-HA-K) by thermal catalysis. A new type of high-quality humic acid temperature-resistant viscosity-reducer(Graft CP-HA-K polymer) is synthesized with CP-HA-K, hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile sodium salt(Na-HPAN),urea, formaldehyde, phenol and acrylamide(AAM) as raw materials. The experimental results demonstrate that the most favorable conditions for the catalytic preparation of CP-HA-K are 1 wt% catalyst dosage, 30 wt% KOH dosage, a reaction temperature of 250.C, and a reaction time of 2 h, resulting in a maximum yield of CP-HA-K of 39.58%. The temperature resistance of the Graft CP-HA-K polymer is measured to be 177.39.C, which is 55.39.C higher than that of commercial HA-K. This is due to the abundant presence of amide, hydroxyl, and amine functional groups in the Graft CP-HA-K polymer,which increase the length of the carbon chains, enhance the electrostatic repulsion on the surface of solid particles. After being aged to 120.C for a specified duration, the Graft CP-HA-K polymer demonstrates significantly higher viscosity reduction(42.12%) compared to commercial HA-K(C-HA-K). Furthermore,the Graft CP-HA-K polymer can tolerate a high salt concentration of 8000 mg.L-1, measured after the addition of optimum amount of 3 wt% Graft CP-HA-K polymer. Central environmental protection inspection and carbon emission reduction: A tripartite evolutionary game model from the perspective of carbon neutrality

Since the carbon neutrality target was proposed,many countries have been facing severe challenges to carbon emission reduction *** study is conducted using a tripartite evolutionary game model to explore the impact of the central environmental protection inspection(CEPI)on driving carbon emission reduction,and to study what factors influence the strategic choices of each party and how they interact with each *** research results suggest that local governments and manufacturing enterprises would choose strategies that are beneficial to carbon reduction when CEPI *** the initial willingness of all parties increases 20%,50%—80%,the time spent for the whole system to achieve stability decreases from 100%,60%—30%.The evolutionary result of“thorough inspection,regulation implementation,low-carbon management”is the best strategy for the tripartite evolutionary ***,the smaller the cost and the larger the benefit,the greater the likelihood of the three-party game stability strategy *** study has important guiding significance for other developing countries to promote carbon emission reduction by environmental policy.

An overview and perspective of identifying lunar craters

The spatiotemporal evolution of lunar impact craters is crucial for investigating lunar interior structure,internal and external dynamic processes,and interplanetary impact *** in lunar crater identification are reviewed based on topography and gravity data,and the features and mechanisms of topographic or buried craters are analyzed regarding morphology,gravity anomalies,gravity gradients,and the underlying crust-mantle interface *** on the compiled crater catalog,the early lunar impact flux and thermal evolution are further discussed according to the basin ages and their interior *** some ancient impact basins,the crater size-frequency distribution measurements revealed age discrepancies from previous studies,suggesting that the lunar late heavy bombardment event started at~3.95 *** degraded bulge structures of the crust-mantle interface beneath mare basins reveal that these basins formed on the lunar crust surface under high-temperature conditions and underwent prolonged relaxation compared to highland ***,we reveal that the up-to-date identification of lunar buried craters remains inaccurate and incomplete,preventing us from accurately reconstructing lunar and interplanetary impact ***,we propose that a gravity model constructed using localized orthogonal basis functions can be useful for identifying lunar craters.

目的基于网络药理学和分子对接技术,研究天然植物红柳治疗小鼠酒精性肝损伤(ALI)的作用机制。方法使用TCMSP平台,以口服利用度≥30%和类药性≥0.18分别作为预设条件,对红柳活性化学成分进行筛选;使用GeneCards、DrugBank等数据库,筛选ALI相关靶点;通过VennDiagram软件获得交集靶点(红柳和ALI);根据疾病-活性成分-交集靶点网络数据,最终遴选出主要活性成分和致病的关键靶点进行分子对接。动物实验采用慢性酒精喂养加急性灌胃法建立C57BL/6J小鼠ALI模型。通过丙二醛(MDA)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肝脏指数、HE染色、NF-κB p65蛋白表达水平等指标验证红柳对ALI的作用机制。结果通过网络药理学从红柳中筛选获得活性成分12个,与ALI交集靶点共151个。推测红柳的主要活性成分为槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素等,通过RELA/NF-κB p65、JUN、MAPK1、AKT1等关键靶点调节脂质-动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病并发症AGE-RAGE以及流体剪切应力-动脉粥样硬化等信号通路来发挥抗ALI作用。分子对接显示红柳主要活性成分与通路关键靶点蛋白结合能量均≤-28.8696 kJ·mol^(-1)。动物实验结果显示,与模型组相比,红柳组肝脏指数、MDA、ALT、AST和NF-κB p65水平均有所下降,HE染色显示肝组织变性情况减轻。结论本研究初步揭示了红柳可通过多化学成分、多靶点、多通路对ALI起一定的保护作用,为天然药用植物的开发和利用提供了理论参考。

In this paper,we consider the clustering of bivariate functional data where each random surface consists of a set of curves recorded repeatedly for each *** k-centres surface clustering method based on marginal functional principal component analysis is proposed for the bivariate functional data,and a novel clustering criterion is presented where both the random surface and its partial derivative function in two directions are *** addition,we also consider two other clustering methods,k-centres surface clustering methods based on product functional principal component analysis or double functional principal component *** results indicate that the proposed methods have a nice performance in terms of both the correct classification rate and the adjusted rand *** approaches are further illustrated through empirical analysis of human mortality data.

Large porewater exchange reshapes saltmarsh carbon and greenhouse gas budgets on local and global scales

Saltmarshes are carbon-rich ecosystems that play a role in climate regulation by efficiently sequestrating atmospheric CO_(2).Climate change is a major threat to saltmarshes and will impact saltmarsh carbon ***,porewater-derived carbon outwelling emerges as a crucial pathway for carbon sequestration,but it has been largely overlooked in ***,we assessed the drivers of dissolved carbon exports and greenhouse gas emissions in a saltmarsh and placed those observations into a global *** our study site,porewater exchange(PEX)was the major process controlling dissolved carbon and greenhouse gas *** our results with 33 other studies in saltmarshes worldwide,porewater-derived carbon fluxes were equivalent to~48% of average global saltmarsh primary productivity and 2.2 times greater than global organic carbon ***,our local observations and global upscaling demonstrate the major role played by PEX in saltmarsh carbon *** part of dissolved inorganic carbon returns to the atmosphere as CO_(2),the remaining bicarbonate fraction is stored in the ocean over long time *** findings strengthen global blue carbon assessments and build arguments for the use of saltmarshes as nature-based solutions for global climate change.

NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction links gut microbiota dysbiosis to tau pathology in chronic sleep deprivation

Emerging evidence indicates that sleep deprivation(SD)can lead to Alzheimer’s disease(AD)-related pathological changes and cognitive ***,the underlying mechanisms remain *** the present study,we identified the existence of a microbiota-gut-brain axis in cognitive deficits resulting from chronic SD and revealed a potential pathway by which gut microbiota affects cognitive functioning in chronic *** findings demonstrated that chronic SD in mice not only led to cognitive decline but also induced gut microbiota dysbiosis,elevated NLRP3 inflammasome expression,GSK-3βactivation,autophagy dysfunction,and tau hyperphosphorylation in the *** with the“SD microbiota”replicated the pathological and behavioral abnormalities observed in chronic sleep-deprived ***,both the deletion of NLRP3 in NLRP3-/-mice and specific knockdown of NLRP3 in the hippocampus restored autophagic flux,suppressed tau hyperphosphorylation,and ameliorated cognitive deficits induced by chronic SD,while GSK-3βactivity was not regulated by the NLRP3 inflammasome in chronic ***,deletion of NLRP3 reversed NLRP3 inflammasome activation,autophagy deficits,and tau hyperphosphorylation induced by GSK-3βactivation in primary hippocampal neurons,suggesting that GSK-3β,as a regulator of NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction,plays a significant role in promoting tau ***,gut microbiota dysbiosis was identified as a contributor to chronic SD-induced tau pathology via NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction,ultimately leading to cognitive ***,these findings highlight GSK-3βas a regulator of NLRP3-mediated autophagy dysfunction,playing a critical role in promoting tau hyperphosphorylation.

Effect of male HBV infection on the outcomes of IVF/ICSI cycles:a retrospective cohort study based on propensity score matching

This study aimed to investigate the effects of male hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection on male fertility,embryonic development,and in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection(IVF/ICSI)*** performed a retrospective cohort study that included 3965 infertile couples who received fresh embryo transfer cycles for the first time at the Fujian Maternity and Child Health Hospital(Fuzhou,China)from January 2018 to January *** couples were categorized based on their HBV infection status into the HBV group(HBV-positive men and HBV-negative women)and the control group(HBV-negative couples).A 1:1 propensity score matching was performed with relatively balanced *** characteristics,semen parameters,laboratory outcomes,clinical outcomes,and obstetric and neonatal outcomes were compared between *** propensity score matching,821 couples were included in each *** groups had similar semen parameters and obstetric and neonatal *** HBV group showed a significantly lower live birth rate than the control group(P<0.05).The HBV group had a significantly higher abortion rate than the control group(P<0.05).The rates of high-quality embryos and blastocyst formation were significantly lower in the HBV group than those in the control group(both P<0.05).In conclusion,in couples who undergo IVF/ICSI,male HBV infection reduces the live birth rate and increases the risk of ***,the incidence of low birth weight in women with IVF/ICSI does not increase with male HBV infection.
