Current and future research directions in cellular metabolism of colorectal cancer:A bibliometric analysis

The primary aim of this study was to analyze the evolving trends and key focal points in research on cellular metabolism of colorectal cancer(CRC).Relevant publications on cellular metabolism in CRC were sourced from the Science Citation Index Expanded within the Web of Science Core Collection *** analysis and visualization were conducted using VOSviewer(version 1.6.18)software and CiteSpace 6.1.R6(64-bit)Basic.A comprehensive compilation of 4722 English-language publications,covering the period from January 1,1991 to December 31,2022,was carefully identified and included in the *** the authors,“Ogino,Shuji”contributed the most publications in this field,while“Giovannucci,E”garnered the highest number of *** journal“Cancer Research”ranked first in both publication volume and ***,“Shanghai Jiao Tong University”emerged as the top contributor in terms of published articles,while“Harvard University”led in citation *** country-based analysis,the United States held the top position in both publication output and citations,closely followed by *** increasing recognition of the significance of cellular metabolism in CRC underscores its potential for novel therapeutic approaches aimed at improving CRC management and prognosis.

Central environmental protection inspection and carbon emission reduction: A tripartite evolutionary game model from the perspective of carbon neutrality

Since the carbon neutrality target was proposed,many countries have been facing severe challenges to carbon emission reduction *** study is conducted using a tripartite evolutionary game model to explore the impact of the central environmental protection inspection(CEPI)on driving carbon emission reduction,and to study what factors influence the strategic choices of each party and how they interact with each *** research results suggest that local governments and manufacturing enterprises would choose strategies that are beneficial to carbon reduction when CEPI *** the initial willingness of all parties increases 20%,50%—80%,the time spent for the whole system to achieve stability decreases from 100%,60%—30%.The evolutionary result of“thorough inspection,regulation implementation,low-carbon management”is the best strategy for the tripartite evolutionary ***,the smaller the cost and the larger the benefit,the greater the likelihood of the three-party game stability strategy *** study has important guiding significance for other developing countries to promote carbon emission reduction by environmental policy.

Evaluation of Risk Factors for Arytenoid Dislocation after Endotracheal Intubation: a Retrospective Case-control Study

Objective To investigate the risk factors for postoperative arytenoid dislocation. Methods From September 2003 to August 2013, the records of 16 patients with a history of postoperative arytenoid dislocation were reviewed. Patients matched in terms of date and type of procedures were chosen as the controls(n=16). Recorded data for all patients were demographics, smoking status, alcoholic status, preoperative physical status, airway evaluation, intubation procedures, preoperative laboratory test results, anesthetic consumption and intensive care unit stay. For arytenoid dislocation cases, we further analyzed the incidences of the left and right arytenoid dislocation, and the outcomes of surgical repair and conservative treatment. Categorical variables were presented as frequencies and percentages, and were compared using the chi-squared test. Continuous variables were expressed as means±SD and compared using the Student's unpaired t-test. To determine the predictors of arytenoid dislocation, a logistic regression model was used for multivariate analysis. Results Sixteen patients with postoperative arytenoid dislocation were enrolled, with a median age of 52 years. Most postoperative arytenoid dislocation patients(15/16, 93.75%) received surgical repair, except one patient who recovered after conservative treatment. None of the postoperative arytenoid dislocation patients were smokers. Red blood cell(P=0.044) and hemoglobin(P=0.031) levels were significantly lower among arytenoid dislocation cases compared with the controls. Conclusions Non-smoking and anemic patients may be susceptible to postoperative arytenoid dislocation. However, neither of them was independent risk factor for postoperative arytenoid dislocation.

Based on the dinuclear system model,the calculated evaporation residue cross sections matched well with the current experimental *** synthesis of superheavy elements Z=121 was systematically studied through combinations of stable projectiles with Z=21-30 and targets with half-lives exceeding 50 *** influence of mass asymmetry and isotopic dependence on the projectile and target nuclei was investigated in *** reactions^(254)Es(^(46)Ti,3n)^(297)121 and^(252)Es(^(46)Ti,3n)^(295)121 were found to be experimentally feasible for synthesizing superheavy element Z=121,with maximal evaporation residue cross sections of 6.619 and 4.123 fb at 219.9 and 223.9 MeV,respectively.

CHANGES OF INTERLEUKIN-6 AND RELATED FACTORS AS WELL AS GASTRIC INTRAMUCOSAL pH DURING COLORECTAL AND ORTHOPAEDIC SURGICAL PROCEDURES

Objective To investigate the changes of perioperative serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP), and cortisol, as well as gastric intramucosal pH (pHi) and plasma lactate, aiming to compare systemic changes and tissue perfusion during colorectal and orthopaedic surgical procedures. Methods Twenty patients were randomly assigned to two groups, 10 cases of operation on vertebral canal, 10 cases of colorectal radical *** blood was drawn at 1 day before operation, 2, 4, and 6 hours following skin incision, and 1 day after operation, in order to measure serum IL-6, CRP, and *** and plasma lactate were also measured at the same time *** Serum concentrations of IL-6 and cortisol increased gradually following operation, reaching the peak value at 6 hours from the beginning of *** was not detectable until the first day after *** concentration of IL-6 had positive relationship with *** variables changed more significantly in colorectal group than that in orthopaedic group (P<0.05).pHi decreased gradually, reaching the lowest level at 4 hours from the beginning of operation, and to more extent in colorectal group than that in orthopaedic group (P<0.05).Conclusion IL-6 may reflect tissue damage more sensitively than *** surgery might induce systemic disorder to more extent, in terms of immuno-endocrinal aspect as well as tissue perfusion, reflected with pHi.

Airway Management in a Child with Goldenhar Syndrome

Goldenhar syndrome, also known as oculo-auriculo-vertebral dysplasia, is characterized by a wide range of congenital anomalies, such as micrognathia, oral cavity malformations, and vertebral anomalies and always causes difficult airway. Awake intubation often cannot be used on children because of inadequate cooperation. In addition, children have higher rates of oxygen consumption, significantly shortening the period of apnea that can be safely tolerated. This study reported a successful orotracheal intubation using the McGrath？ video laryngoscope combined with a fiberoptic bronchoscope （FOB） in a pediatric patient with Goldenhar syndrome.

The design and synthesis of catalysts for the oxidation desulfurization and production of hydrogen are extremely important for solving environmental pollution and energy ***,a novel bifunctional [α-Mo_(8)O_(26)]^(4-)/[β-Mo_(8)O_(26)]^(4-)-based Cu-viologen complex H_(4)[Cu_(2)~ⅠCl_(2)(Hbcbpy)_(4)] [α-Mo_(8)O_(26)] [β-Mo8O_(26)]·H_(2)O(BHU-2,Hbcbpy=1-(4-carboxybenzyl)-4,4'-bipyridinium) was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared radiation spectra,powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) *** structural characteristic of BHU-2 is the presence of two types of octamolybdate clusters [α-Mo_(8)O_(26)]^(4-)/[β-Mo_(8)O_(26)]^(4-)and a new binuclear Cu~Ⅰ-Hbcbpy complex linked by Cl-bridges[Cu_(2)ⅠCl_(2)(Hbcbpy)_(4)]^(4+).BHU-2 as a heterogeneous catalyst exhibits excellent activities to the oxidation desulfurization and photocatalytic hydrogen *** room temperature,BHU-2 can catalyze 96% conversion of methyl phenyl sulfide with 98% selectivity,and the process obeys the pseudo-first-order reaction kinetic with the half-life of9.6 *** notorious 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide can achieve 99% conversion with 98% selectivity within only1 min at the presence of BHU-2,and the turnover frequency(TOF) is up to 7400 h^(-1).BHU-2 also exhibits high catalytic activity for the oxidation of other aromatic and aliphatic thioethers within short time at room ***,BHU-2 shows a high catalytic activity for visible-light-driven hydrogen evolution with an H_(2) evolution rate of 1677.85 μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1) within 10 ***,the catalytic activities do not decrease evidently after three cycles,revealing the prominent structural stability and recyclability.

The characteristics such as signal noise ratio（SNR） and sensitivity of the fluorescence detection system for micro-fluidic chip influence the performance of the whole system extremely. The confocal laser induced fluorescence detection system is presented. Based on the debugging of optical and circuit modules, the results of detecting the samples are given and analyzed theoretically, and the improved project is put forward.
