Since the advent of fluorescent probes,they have been widely used in the field of life *** probes can not only light up the cells,tissues and organs,but also be used to explore the bio-distribution of specific types of disease ***,the development of new fluorescent probes capable of recognition of bio-markers is extremely important for the diagnosis of the related ***,we focus on our recent works experienced the evolution from the beginning of simply fluorescent probes to the construction of theranostics *** have developed a series of new fluorescent probes for the detecting and imaging of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and specific enzymes in vitro and in living *** the shift of the fluorescence signal from visible to near-infrared region,we expanded the application of the fluorescent probes from in vitro to in *** recently,we further constructed theranostics platforms to combine the diagnosis immediately with the corresponding treatment.

In the pathogenesis of major depressive disorder, chronic stress-related neuroinflammation hinders favorable prognosis and antidepressant response. Mitochondrial DNA may be an inflammatory trigger, after its release from stress-induced dysfunctional central nervous system mitochondria into peripheral circulation. This evidence supports the potential use of peripheral mitochondrial DNA as a neuroinflammatory biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of major depressive disorder. Herein, we critically review the neuroinflammation theory in major depressive disorder, providing compelling evidence that mitochondrial DNA release acts as a critical biological substrate, and that it constitutes the neuroinflammatory disease pathway. After its release, mitochondrial DNA can be carried in the exosomes and transported to extracellular spaces in the central nervous system and peripheral circulation. Detectable exosomes render encaged mitochondrial DNA relatively stable. This mitochondrial DNA in peripheral circulation can thus be directly detected in clinical practice. These characteristics illustrate the potential for mitochondrial DNA to serve as an innovative clinical biomarker and molecular treatment target for major depressive disorder. This review also highlights the future potential value of clinical applications combining mitochondrial DNA with a panel of other biomarkers, to improve diagnostic precision in major depressive disorder.

The linear angular dispersion of a self-diffraction(SD) pulse, from a femtosecond laser pulse cleaning device, is compensated for by the use of a single prism. More than 500 μJ first-order SD pulse has a contrast of 1012, which is about five orders of magnitude improvement from the input fundamental pulse. The wings of the distribution away from the main pulse in ±1 ps are cleaned with a contrast improvement of about 107, which verifies the pulse cleaning ability of the SD process.

Sequential Filtering for Surface Wind Speed Estimation from Ambient Noise Measurement

Many research results show that ocean ambient noise and wind speed are highly relevant, and the surface wind speed can be effectively inverted using ocean noise data. In most deep-sea cases, the ambient noise of medium frequency is mainly determined by the surface wind, and there is a conventional relationship between them. This paper gives an equation which shows this relationship firstly, and then a surface-wind inversion method is proposed. An efficient particle filter is used to estimate the speed distribution, and the results exhibit more focused close to the actual wind speed. The method is verified by the measured noise data, and analysis results showed that this approach can accurately give the trend of sea surface wind speed.

Characterization of hot deformation behavior of wear-resistant steel BTWl using processing maps and constitutive equations

In order to predict flow instability of wear-resistant steel BTW1, the hot compressions of wear-resistant steel BTW1 were firstly performed at the temperature of 900-1150 ℃ and at the strain rate of 0.05-15 s-1. Then, the constitutive relation was established based on Arrhenius-type hyperbolic sine equation. The results demonstrated that the flow stress depended on the deformation temperature and strain rate. When the deformation temperature kept constant, the flow stress increased as the strain rate increased. When the strain rate remained constant, the flow stress decreased as the temperature increased. The flow stresses calculated by constitutive equations were in a good agreement with experimental results. The apparent activation energy for deformation in the above processing region was estimated to be 369 kJ tool-1. A processing map could be obtained by the superimposition of an instability map on a power dissipation map. Based on the analysis of processing map and the microstructures, the theological instability regimes of strain rate and temperature for hot deformation of wear-resistant steel BTWl had been identified.

Designing highly active and stable electrocatalysts of oxygen evolution reaction （OER） is one of the crucial *** this study,a novel OER electrocatalyst,NiFe-MIL-53 modified with ultra-low rhodium（Rh@NiFe-MIL-53）,is successfully prepared via the hydrothermal ***-situ Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy reveal that the doped Rh accelerates the phase transformation of NiFe-MIL-53 and the in-situ formed Rh@NiFeOOH is the actual active *** importantly,the enhanced reversibility of electrochemical reconstruction between NiFeOOH and NiFe（OH）2after doping Rh is beneficial for improving the electrochemical stability of the catalyst.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectra show the strong electronic interaction between single-atom Rh and Ni/Fe in Rh@***,theoretical calculations confirm that the integration of single-atom Rh into the NiFeOOH successfully reduces the band gap,regulates the d-band center （εd）,accelerates the charge transfer,and optimizes the adsorption behavior of oxygen-containing intermediates,thereby lowering the energy barrier of rate-determining ***,the optimized Rh@NiFe-MIL-53 exhibits excellent OER activity （240 mV） with a small Tafel slope of 48.2 mV dec-1and long-term durability (over1270 h at 10 m A cm-2and 110 h at 200 mA cm-2).This work presents a new perspective on designing highly efficient OER electrocatalysts.

A sequential diagnosis method is proposed based on a fuzzy neural network realized by ＂the partially-linearized neural network （PNN）＂, by which the fault types of rotating machinery can be precisely and effectively distinguished at an early stage on the basis of the possibilities of symptom parameters. The non-dimensional symptom parameters in time domain are defined for reflecting the features of time signals measured for the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery. The synthetic detection index is also proposed to evaluate the sensitivity of non-dimensional symptom parameters for detecting faults. The practical example of condition diagnosis for detecting and distinguishing fault states of a centrifugal pump system, such as cavitation, impeller eccentricity which often occur in a centrifugal pump system, are shown to verify the efficiency of the method proposed in this paper.

In this paper, we investigate the approximation of completely resonant nonlinear wave systems via deter- ministic learning. The plants are distributed parameter systems （DPS） describing homogeneous and isotropic elastic vibrat- ing strings with fixed endpoints. The purpose of the paper is to approximate the infinite-dimensional dynamics, rather than the parameters of the wave systems. To solve the problem, the wave systems are first transformed into finite-dimensional dynamical systems described by ordinary differential equation （ODE）. The properties of the finite-dimensional systems, including the convergence of the solution, as well as the dominance of partial system dynamics according to point-wise measurements, are analyzed. Based on the properties, second, by using the deterministic learning algorithm, an approxi- mately accurate neural network （NN） approximation of the the finite-dimensional system dynamics is achieved in a local region along the recurrent trajectories. Simulation studies are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

To understand the effect of abrasives on increasing friction in Cu-based metallic pads under different braking speeds,pad materials with two typical abrasives,titanium carbide(TiC)and alumina(Al_(2)O_(3)),were produced and tested using a scale dynamometer under various initial braking speeds(IBS).The results showed that at IBS lower than 250 km/h,both TiC and Al_(2)O_(3) particles acted as hard points and exhibited similar friction-increasing behavior,where the increase in friction was not only enhanced as IBS increased,but also enhanced by increasing the volume fraction of the ***,at higher IBS,the friction increase was limited by the bonding behavior between the matrix and *** these conditions,the composite containing TiC showed a better friction-increasing effect and wear resistance than the composite containing Al_(2)O_(3) because of its superior particle-matrix bonding and coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)*** of the poor interface bonding between the matrix and Al_(2)O_(3),a transition phenomenon exists in the Al_(2)O_(3)-reinforced composite,in which the friction-increasing effect diminished when IBS exceeded a certain value.
