Novel high-voltage cathode for aqueous zinc ion batteries:Porous K_(0.5)VOPO_(4)·1.5H_(2)O with reversible solid-solution intercalation and conversion storage mechanism

Cathode materials that possess high output voltage,as well as those that can be mass-produced using facile techniques,are crucial for the advancement of aqueous zinc-ion battery(ZIBs)applications,Herein,we present for the first time a new porous K_(0.5)VOPO_(4)·1.5H_(2)O polyanionic cathode(P-KIVP)with high output voltage(above 1.2 V)that can be manufactured at room temperature using straightforward coprecipitation and etching techniques.The P-KVP cathode experiences anisotropic crystal plane expansion via a sequential solid-solution intercalation and phase co nversion pathway throughout the Zn^(2+)storage process,as confirmed by in-situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction and ex-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Similar to other layered vanadium-based polyanionic materials,the P-KVP cathode experiences a progressive decline in voltage during the cycle,which is demonstrated to be caused by the irreversible conversion into amorphous VO_(x).By introducing a new electrolyte containing Zn(OTF)_(2) to a mixed triethyl phosphate and water solution,it is possible to impede this irreversible conversion and obtain a high output voltage and longer cycle life by forming a P-rich cathode electrolyte interface layer.As a proof-of-concept,the flexible fiber-shaped ZIBs based on modified electrolyte woven into a fabric watch band can power an electronic watch,highlighting the application potential of P-KVP cathode.

As a kind of promising drug carriers,smart polymers have attracted much attention due to the effective and controlled drug release in target cells.Herein,a reactive oxygen species(ROS)-responsive thioether-containing amphiphilic hyperbranched polymer prepared from MTPA and TMPTGE(HBPMT)is synthesized from 3-(methylthio)propylamine(MTPA)and trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether(TMPTGE)by the amine-epoxy click reaction via A2+B3 onepot approach.Benefiting from its inherent amphiphilic nature,HBPMT can selfassemble into stable micelles in water.Triggered by H_(2)O_(2),these micelles can be dissociated rapidly because hydrophobic thioether segments in their cores are oxidized into hydrophilic sulfoxide or sulfone groups.Additionally,the ROS produced by photosensitizer under light irradiation can also play the same role of H_(2)O_(2).Such HBPMT micelles can be utilized to encapsulate anticancer drug paclitaxel(PTX)and photosensitizer chlorin e6(Ce6)simultaneously for drug delivery and control release.The methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay toward MCF-7 tumor cells(a human breast adenocarcinoma cell line)indicates that these micelles encapsulated with PTX and Ce6 exhibit a significant combinational efficacy of cell proliferation inhibition,which means the promising potential for synergistic chemo-photodynamic cancer therapy.Such a novel nanocarrier based on amphiphilic to hydrophilic transition would provide a candidate for controlled drug release and cancer combination therapy.

The combination of chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy(PDT)based on nanoparticles(NPs)has been extensively developed to improve the therapeutic effect and decrease the systemic toxicity of current treatments.However,overexpressed glutathione(GSH)in tumor cells efficiently scavenges singlet oxygens(^(1)O_(2))generated from photosensitizers and results in the unsatisfactory efficacy of PDT.To address this obstacle,here we design H_(2)O_(2)-responsive polymer prodrug NPs with GSH-scavenger(Ce6@P(EG-a-CPBE)NPs)for chemo-photodynamic synergistic cancer therapy.They are constructed by the co-self-assembly of photosensitizer chlorin e6(Ce6)and amphiphilic polymer prodrug P(EG-a-CPBE),which is synthesized from a hydrophilic alternating copolymer P(EG-a-PD)by conjugating hydrophobic anticancer drug chlorambucil(CB)via an H_(2)O_(2)-cleavable linker 4-(hydroxymethyl)phenylboronic acid(PBA).Ce6@P(EG-a-CPBE)NPs can efficiently prevent premature drug leakage in blood circulation because of the high stability of the PBA linker under the physiological environment and facilitate the delivery of Ce6 and CB to the tumor site after intravenous injection.Upon internalization of Ce6@P(EG-a-CPBE)NPs by tumor cells,PBA is cleaved rapidly triggered by endogenous H_(2)O_(2)to release CB and Ce6.Ce6 can effectively generate abundant^(1)O_(2)under 660 nm light irradiation to synergistically kill cancer cells with CB.Concurrently,PBA can be transformed into a GSH-scavenger(quinine methide,QM)under intracellular H_(2)O_(2)and prevent the depletion of^(1)O_(2),which induces the cooperatively strong oxidative stress and enhanced cancer cell apoptosis.Collectively,such H_(2)O_(2)-responsive polymer prodrug NPs loaded with photosensitizer provide a feasible approach to enhance chemo-photodynamic synergistic cancer treatment.

We put forward an n-ZnO/p-Si heterojunction solar cell model based on AFORS-HET simulations and provide experimental support in this article.ZnO：B（B-doped ZnO） thin films deposited by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition（MOCVD） are planned to act as electrical emitter layer on p-type c-Si substrate for photovoltaic applications.We investigate the effects of thickness,buffer layer,ZnO：B affinity and work function of electrodes on performances of solar cells through computer simulations using AFORS-HET software package.The energy conversion efficiency of the ZnO：B（n）/ZnO/c-Si（p） solar cell can achieve 17.16%（V（oc）：675.8 mV,J（sc）：30.24 mA/cm^2,FF：83.96%） via simulation.On a basis of optimized conditions in simulation,we carry out some experiments,which testify that the ZnO buffer layer of 20 nm contributes to improving performances of solar cells.The influences of growth temperature,thickness and diborane（B2H6） flow rates are also discussed.We achieve an appropriate condition for the fabrication of the solar cells using the MOCVD technique.The obtained conversion efficiency reaches2.82%（V（oc）：294.4 mV,J（sc）：26.108 mA/cm^2,FF：36.66%）.

A phase-derived velocity measurement method is proposed in a wideband coherent system,based on a precise echo model considering the inner pulse Doppler effect caused by fast moving targets.The Cramer-Rao low band of velocity measurement precision is deduced,demonstrating the high precision of the proposed method.Simulations and out-field experiments further validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in high-precision measurement and micro-motion extraction for targets with weak reflection intensity.Compared with the long-time integration approaches for velocity measurement,the phase-derived method is easy to implement and meets the requirement for high data rate,which makes it suitable for micro-motion feature extraction in wideband systems.

准确预测变压器油纸绝缘寿命对于保障电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要意义。根据微观介电响应机制剖析界面极化与油纸绝缘老化的内在机理联系,并基于混合极化模型——一种在扩展德拜模型基础上引入界面极化支路的等效电路拓扑,探究界面电荷极化特性在油纸绝缘寿命预测中的应用。首先,分析温升过程中频谱特性变化背后蕴含的普适弛豫极化规律,基于混合极化模型重构回复电压极化谱。结合温度对主时间常数和模型参数的影响规律,提出一种单一温度测试下的油纸绝缘活化能计算方法,通过界面极化电容构建出频温平移因子。其次,剖析介质损耗因数随老化加深的变化规律,探究损耗峰偏移现象与界面极化弛豫时间的内在联系,凝练全新表征油纸绝缘聚合度含量的频域特征参量——界面极化支路极点Ph2。最后,联合界面极化支路极点Ph2、频温平移因子和损失累积动力学方程构建油纸绝缘寿命预测模型,并将不同运行年限变压器现场实测数据代入模型验证实效性,为油纸绝缘寿命预测提供了一种新思路。

Al doped ZnO（AZO） films deposited on glass substrates through the atomic layer deposition（ALD）technique are investigated with various temperatures from 100 to 250 °C and different Zn ： Al cycle ratios from20 ： 0 to 20 ： 3. Surface morphology, structure, optical and electrical properties of obtained AZO films are studied in detail. The Al composition of the AZO films is varied by controlling the ratio of Zn ： Al. We achieve an excellent AZO thin film with a resistivity of 2.14 × 10^（-3）Ω·cm and high optical transmittance deposited at 150 °C with20 ： 2 Zn ： Al cycle ratio. This kind of AZO thin films exhibit great potential for optoelectronics device application.

Earth’s diffuse aurora(structureless auroras,5-15 s pulsations and microbursts)occurs over a broad latitude range,which arises from the collision of energetic charged particles with atoms in the upper atmosphere[1].Diffuse aurora exists for most of the time,and intensifies during geo magnetically active periods[2].Although generally not visible to the naked eyes,it is the major source of energy input into the Earth’s nightside upper atmosphere[3].During magnetospheric substorms,~100 eV to 1 keV plasmasheet particles are injected into the midnight sector magnetosphere.Due to the conservation of the particles’first two adiabatic invariants,the particles are energized to~10-100 keV energies.A mechanism that violates the first adiabatic invariant of electrons is required to scatter them to enter the atmospheric loss cone(a small cone of angle~3°wide at the equator)[4].

自卫式干扰机发射的瞄准干扰使多种基于信号处理的被动干扰抑制方法失效,对现代雷达产生了严重威胁,频率捷变作为一种主动对抗方式为对抗瞄准干扰提供了可能。针对传统随机跳频抗干扰性能不稳定、频点选取自由度有限、策略学习所需时间长等问题,该文面向频率捷变雷达,提出了一种快速自适应跳频策略学习方法。首先设计了一种频点可重复选取的频率捷变波形,为最优解提供了更多选择。在此基础上,通过利用雷达与干扰机持续对抗收集到的数据,基于深度强化学习的探索与反馈机制,不断优化频点选取策略。具体来说,通过将上一时刻雷达频点及当前时刻感知到的干扰频点作为强化学习输入,神经网络智能选取当前时刻各子脉冲频点,并根据目标检测结果以及信干噪比两方面评价抗干扰效能,从而优化策略直至最优。从提高最优策略收敛速度出发,设计的输入状态不依赖历史时间步、引入贪婪策略平衡搜索-利用机制、配合信干噪比提高奖励差异。多组仿真实验结果表明,所提方法能够收敛到最优策略且具备较高的收敛效率。
