As the proportion of renewable energy(RE)increases,the inertia and the primary frequency regulation(FR)capability of the power system ***,ensuring frequency security in the scheduling model has become a new technical requirement in power systems with a high share of *** to a shortage of conventional synchronous generators,the frequency support of multi-source converters has become an indispensable part of the system frequency resources,especially variable-speed wind turbine generation(WTG)and battery energy storage(BES).Quantitative expression of the FR capability of multi-source converters is necessary to construct frequency-constrained scheduling ***,the frequency support performance of these converter-interfaced devices is related to their working states,operation modes,and parameters,and the complex coupling of these factors has not been fully exploited in existing *** this study,we propose an integrated frequency-constrained scheduling model considering the coordination of FR capabilities from multi-source *** FR control strategies and variable FR parameters for WTG with or without reserved power are modeled,and multi-target allocation of BES capacity between tracking dispatch instruction and emergency FR is ***,the variable FR capabilities of WTG and BES are embedded into the integrated frequency-constrained scheduling *** nonlinear constraints for frequency security are precisely linearized through an improved iteration-based *** effectiveness of the proposed model is verified in a modified IEEE 24-bus standard *** results suggest that the coordinated participation of BES and WTG in FR can effectively reduce the cost of the scheduling model while meeting frequency security constraints.

Background:Insomnia is a high-incidence complication in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Auricular therapy can effectively improve sleep with few adverse *** selection affects the impact of auricular ***,there is currently a lack of analysis on the standards of acupoint *** study used data mining technology to investigate the acupoint selection principles and characteristics of auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related ***:The objective of the study is to explore the standards of acupoint selection in auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia through data mining *** and Methods:We searched three English(PubMed,WOS,and Embase)and four Chinese(CNKI,VIP,Wangfang,and CBM)databases for studies on auricular therapy for MHD-related insomnia from self-establishment to November 14,***:Eighty-one publications were involved,which included 33 *** most common auricular points in patients with MHD-related insomnia were the Shenmen,heart,and kidney *** applications involved the visceral,nervous system,and specific *** effective clusters and two clusters were obtained through cluster analysis,including specific auricular points for insomnia,such as the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,deep sleep point,and anterior ear *** network analysis showed that the core auricular acupoint combinations for the intervention of MHD-related insomnia were Shenmen with kidney,Shenmen with heart,heart with kidney,heart with Shenmen,and heart and Shenmen with ***:The selection of auricular points for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia was guided by the heart theory of traditional Chinese *** treatment attaches importance to the use of the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,and other acupoints.

The study of nuclide production and its properties in the N=126 neutron-rich region is prevalent in nuclear physics and astrophysics *** upcoming High-energy FRagment Separator(HFRS)at the High-Intensity heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF),an in-flight separator at relativistic energies,is characterized by high beam intensity,large ion-optical acceptance,high magnetic rigidity,and high momentum resolution *** provides an opportunity to study the production and properties of neutron-rich nuclei around N=*** this paper,an experimental scheme is proposed to produce neutron-rich nuclei around N=126 and simultaneously measure their mass and lifetime based on the HFRS separator;the feasibility of this scheme is evaluated through *** results show that under the high-resolution optical mode,many new neutron-rich nuclei approaching the r-process abundance peak around A=195 can be produced for the first time,and many nuclei with unknown masses and lifetimes can be produced with high *** the time-of-flight corrected by the measured dispersive position and energy loss information,the cocktails produced from 208 Pb fragmentation can be unambiguously ***,the masses of some neutron-rich nuclei near N=126 can be measured with high precision using the time-of-flight magnetic rigidity *** indicates that the HIAF-HFRS facility has the potential for the production and property research of neutron-rich nuclei around N=126,which is of great significance for expanding the chart of nuclides,developing nuclear theories,and understanding the origin of heavy elements in the universe.

Background:L-dopa(Levodopa)is well known for managing PD(Parkinson’s disease);however,its prolonged use caused dyskinesia(LID).Due to the varied presentation of LID,effective treatment options are *** reported their neuroprotective activity by ameliorating acetylcholinesterase,monoamine oxidase,and neuroinﬂ*** is anotherﬂavonoid bearing these ***:To evaluate neuroprotective activity of kaempferol in dyskinetic ***:PD was developed in Sprague-Dawley rats by injecting combination of L-ascorbic acid(10µL)+6-OHDA(12µg)in medial forebrain bundle to induce neuronal damage in substantial nigra(SNr).LID was induced by administrating combination of L-dopa(20 mg/kg)+benserazide HCl(5 mg/kg)for 42 *** were concomitantly treated with amantadine(40 mg/kg)or kaempferol(25,50,and 100 mg/kg,p.o.).Results:Kaempferol(50 and 100 mg/kg)markedly(pmal involuntary movements(AIMs)and alternation in motor *** administration considerably(p<0.05)inhibited reduced mitochondrial complex activities,serotonin and dopamine levels,Bcl-2,and Tyrosine hydroxylase protein expressions in ***,kaempferol considerably(p<0.05)attenuated increased cFOS,FosB,Parkin,and Pdyn mRNAs expressions,Bax,cleaved caspase-3,caspase-3,and pJNK proteins levels;DOPAC and 5-HIAA levels in SNr.A positive correlation was reported between cFOS,FosB,Parkin,Pdyn,apoptosis,and TH with ***:Kaempferol effectively attenuated L-dopa-induced AIMs and dyskinesia via amelioration of alterations in cFOS,FosB,Parkin,Pdyn,Tyrosine hydroxylase,and apoptosis in the brain SNr.

Currently,the microwave absorbers usually suffer dreadful electromagnetic wave absorption(EMWA)performance damping at elevated temperature due to impedance mismatching induced by increased conduction ***,the development of high-performance EMWA materials with good impedance matching and strong loss ability in wide temperature spectrum has emerged as a top ***,due to the high melting point,good electrical conductivity,excellent environmental stability,EM coupling effect,and abundant interfaces of titanium nitride(TiN)nanotubes,they were designed based on the controlling kinetic diffusion procedure and Ostwald ripening *** from boosted heterogeneous interfaces between TiN nanotubes and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),enhanced polarization loss relaxations were created,which could not only improve the depletion efficiency of EMWA,but also contribute to the optimized impedance matching at elevated ***,the TiN nanotubes/PDMS composite showed excellent EMWA performances at varied temperature(298-573 K),while achieved an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)value of 3.23 GHz and a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)value of−44.15 dB at 423 *** study not only clarifies the relationship between dielectric loss capacity(conduction loss and polarization loss)and temperature,but also breaks new ground for EM absorbers in wide temperature spectrum based on interface engineering.

The present study was to explore the Ile requirement of piglets fed 18% crude protein(CP) diets. Two hundred and fifty 28-day-old Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire piglets(8.37 ± 1.92 kg) were randomly divided into 5 dietary treatments(10 piglets per replicate, 5 barrows and 5 gilts per replicate) with 45%,50%, 55%, 60%, 65% standardized ileal digestible(SID) Ile-to-Lys ratios, and the SID Lys was formulated to1.19%. The experimental design consisted of two phases(d 1 to 14 and d 15 to 28). Results showed that average daily gain(ADG) had a tendency to quadratically increase as the SID Ile-to-Lys ratio increased(P = 0.09), and the optimum SID Ile-to-Lys ratios required to maximize ADG were 48.33% and 54.63% for broken-line linear model and quadratic polynomial model, respectively. Different SID Ile-to-Lys ratios had no significant effects on average daily feed intake and gain-to-feed ratio. Dry matter(P matter(P < 0.01) digestibility increased quadratically. Serum total cholesterol levels decreased linearly(P = 0.01) and quadratically(P < 0.01); aspartate aminotransferase(P < 0.01), interleukin-1β(P = 0.01), and tumor necrosis factor-a(P < 0.01) levels decreased quadratically; immunoglobulin G(P = 0.03) and immunoglobulin M(P = 0.01)concentrations increased quadratically. Serum Ser levels decreased linearly(P < 0.01) and quadratically(P = 0.01); Glu(P = 0.02), Arg(P = 0.05), and Thr(P = 0.03) levels decreased quadratically; Gly(P < 0.01)and Leu(P = 0.01) levels decreased linearly; Ile(P < 0.01) concentration increased linearly. Duodenal villus height(P < 0.01) and villus height to crypt depth ratio(P < 0.01) increased quadratically. The deficiency or excess of Ile decreased short chain fatty acid-producing bacteria abundance and increased pathogenic bacteria abundance. Diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)is a significant complication that poses continuous threat to the bone health of patients with diabetes;however,currently,there are no effective treatment *** patients with diabetes,the increased levels of ferroptosis affect the osteogenic commitment and differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs),leading to significant skeletal *** address this issue,we aimed to target ferroptosis and propose a novel therapeutic approach for the treatment of *** synthesized ferroptosis-suppressing nanoparticles,which could deliver curcumin,a natural compound,to the bone marrow using tetrahedral framework nucleic acid(tFNA).This delivery system demonstrated excellent curcumin bioavailability and stability,as well as synergistic properties with *** in vitro and in vivo experiments revealed that nanoparticles could enhance mitochondrial function by activating the nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(NRF2)/glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)pathway,inhibiting ferroptosis,promoting the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs in the diabetic microenvironment,reducing trabecular loss,and increasing bone *** findings suggest that curcumin-containing DNA tetrahedron-based ferroptosissuppressing nanoparticles have a promising potential for the treatment of DOP and other ferroptosis-related diseases.
