To address uncertainty as well as transient stability constraints simultaneously in the preventive control of windfarm systems, a novel three-stage optimization strategy is established in this paper. In the first stage, the probabilisticmulti-objective particle swarm optimization based on the point estimate method is employed to cope with thestochastic factors. The transient security region of the system is accurately ensured by the interior point methodin the second stage. Finally, the verification of the final optimal objectives and satisfied constraints are enforcedin the last stage. Furthermore, the proposed strategy is a general framework that can combine other optimizationalgorithms. The proposed methodology is tested on the modified WSCC 9-bus system and the New England 39-bussystem. The results verify the feasibility of the method.

We disclose the development of the Rh-catalyzed amine-directed remote 5,6-carboamination protocol of pyridines via dual Csp^(2)-H functionalizations.A variety of readily available 2-aminopyridines and 1,2,3-triazoles are allowed for coupling cyclization to access polyfunctionalized azaindoles.Mechanistic studies including DFT calculations unveil that relay carbenoidelectrophilic addition to pyridines and the sequential pyridyl Csp^(2)-H amination are involved in this transformation.The postsynthetic utility of this methodology is showcased by versatile and site-selective modification of azaindoles.

Ultraviolet(UV)photodetectors are extensively adopted in the fields of the Internet of Things,optical communications and imaging.Nowadays,with broadening the application scope of UV photodetectors,developing integrated devices with more functionalities rather than basic photo-detecting ability are highly required and have been triggered ever-growing interest in scientific and industrial communities.Ferroelectric thin films have become a potential candidate in the field of UV detection due to their wide bandgap and unique photovoltaic characteristics.Additionally,ferroelectric thin films perform excellent dielectric,piezoelectric,pyroelectric,acousto-optic effects,etc.,which can satisfy the demand for the diversified development of UV detectors.In this review,according to the different roles of ferroelectric thin films in the device,the UV photodetectors based on ferroelectric films are classified into ferroelectric depolarization field driven type,ferroelectric depolarization field and built-in electric field co-driven type,and ferroelectric field enhanced type.These three types of ferroelectric UV photodetectors have great potential and are expected to promote the development of a new generation of UV detection technology.At the end of the paper,the advantages and challenges of three types of ferroelectric UV photodetectors are summarized,and the possible development direction in the future is proposed.

A large-scale algal bloom,caused by Aureococcus anophagefferens,has plagued the coastal embayment of Qinhuangdao,China since 2009.The bay scallop agriculture industry in this area has been adversely affected.Researchers claimed that the poor nutritional value of brown tide cells might be responsible for the detrimental effects on bivalve mollusks.To verify whether brown tide cells are nutritionally inadequate food sources,the biochemical composition(total extractable lipids,amino acids,fatty acids,and monomeric carbohydrates)of the Chinese strain A.anophagefferens was determined during the late logarithmic growth phase when culturing in different nitrogen sources(nitrate,urea and nitrate-urea mixture).Cells cultured in nitrate contained 39.12%protein,21.99%total extractable lipid,10.25% total carbohydrates,and a relatively high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)(51.98%,percentage of total fatty acids),including eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)(4.81%)and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)(14.56%).The gross biochemical composition and PUFA content in A.anophagefferens in nitrate cultivation are comparable with values found in the literature of frequently used species in bivalve feeding.Nine monomeric carbohydrates were significantly reduced when cultivated in urea and nitrate-urea mixture(P<0.05).The DHA,EPA,and PUFA contents significantly decreased when cultivated in urea(P<0.05).Although the nutritional value of A.anophagefferens dropped when cultured in urea,it is still comparable with certain favorably used algal species in bivalve feeding(i.e.,Skeletonema costatum),indicating that A.anophagefferens is not a nutritionally inadequate food source.

Recognition of big mammal species in airborne thermal imaging based on YOLO V5 algorithm

Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology,artiﬁcial intelligence,and the relevant hardware can be used for monitoring wild animals.However,existing methods have several limitations.Therefore,this study explored the monitoring and protection of Amur tigers and their main prey species using images from UAVs by optimizing the algorithm models with respect to accuracy,model size,recognition speed,and elimination of environmental inter-ference.Thermal imaging data were collected from 2000 pictures with a thermal imaging lens on a DJI M300RTK UAV at the Hanma National Nature Reserve in the Greater Khingan Mountains in Inner Mongolia,Wangqing National Nature Reserve in Jilin Province,and Siberian Tiger Park in Heilongjiang Province.The YOLO V5s al-gorithm was applied to recognize the animals in the pictures.The accuracy rate was 94.1%,and the size of the model weight(total weight of each model layer trained with the training set)was 14.8 MB.The authors improved the structures and parameters of the YOLO V5s algorithm.As a result,the recognition accuracy rate became 96%,and the model weight was 9.3 MB.The accuracy rate increased by 1.9%,the model weight decreased by 37.2%from 14.8 MB to 9.3 MB,and the recognition time of a single picture was shortened by 34.4%from 0.032 to 0.021 s.This not only increases the recognition accuracy but also effectively lowers the hardware requirements that the algorithm relies on,which provides a lightweight fast recognition method for UAV-based edge computing and online investigation of wild animals.

A composite PEO electrolyte with amide-based polymer matrix for suppressing lithium dendrite growth in all-solid-state lithium battery

The lithium dendrite growth is still a serious challenge and impeding the realistic applications of all-solid-state lithium batteries.In view of the amide containing sediment layer can be stable on lithium/cathodes,a composite polymer electrolyte with amide-based matrix is in-situ built on porous electrodes.With the introduction of amide,the polymer electrolyte presents excellent ability to inhibit lithium dendrite growth and makes the Li/Li symmetric battery stably work for 500 h with a good ionic conductivity of 4.25×10^(-5)S/cm at 40℃.The solid electrolyte also shows a wide electrochemical stable window and good interface contact with the porous cathode.Utilizing this composite polymer electrolyte,the all-solid-state Li/LiFePO_(4) battery shows an initial discharge capacity of 146.5 mA h/g at 0.1 C under 40℃ and remains 81.4%in 100 cycles.The polymer electrolyte also can present better properties after modification.These results demonstrate that the presented PA-based composite polymer electrolyte could be served as a good electrolyte candidate for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries.

Alkenes and alkynes are typical substrates used in atom transfer radical addition(ATRA)reactions,resulting in the formation of vicinal disubstituted products.In this report,vinyldiazoacetates were first developed as the radical acceptors in an ATRA reaction of RfI,leading to 1,3-difunctional adducts.The reaction is driven by visible light,without the need for external photocatalysts and additives.A series of control experiments and density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicate the 1,3-addition proceeds via a radical-chain process and the initial Rf radical was generated by homolytic dissociation of a radical pair complex of triplet free vinylcarbene and perfluoroalkyl iodide.After postreaction isomerization,various 1-iodo-3-perfluoroalkyl-alkenes were obtained in good yields with high Z selectivity.The synthetic utility of the ATRA 1,3-adduct was demonstrated by cross-coupling reactions and defluorination of perfluoroalkyl groups.

A chiral dirhodium complex is an effective and robust catalyst for asymmetric carbene transformations.However,dirhodiumcatalyzed asymmetric ylide interception processes are rare,mainly because of the dissociation of the metal catalyst before the stereo-determining step.Herein,we report a chiral dirhodium(Ⅱ)-catalyzed asymmetric annulation of vinyl diazoesters withα-hydroxyl ketones,which provides an efficient way to form chiral 2,3-dihydropyrans in good yields with excellent diastereoselectivities and enantioselectivities.This article is the first example of the chiral dirhodium complex–controlled asymmetric aldol-type interception of an in situ–formed oxonium ylide.The origin of the high stereoselectivity is well expounded via experimental and computational studies.These generated chiral products exhibit potent antiproliferation activity in three tested cancer cell lines,namely HCT116(colon cancer),A549(lung adenocarcinoma),and SJSA-1(osteosarcoma cancer).

Chemical-NIR dual-powered CuS/Pt nanomotors for tumor hypoxia modulation,deep tumor penetration and augmented synergistic phototherapy

The complex tumor microenvironment(TME)with the characteristics of severe hypoxia,enriched hydro-gen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and dense nature significantly restricted the therapeutic efficacy of nanomedicine in cancer treatment.Synthetic micro/nanomotors have shown multiple versatility in modulating the abnor-mal TME and overcoming the limited penetration in solid tumor.Herein,we constructed a chemical-NIR dual-propelled nanomotor based on CuS/Pt Janus nanoparticles with IR820 encapsulation for hypoxia alle-viation,deep tumor penetration and augmented synergistic photodynamic(PDT)and photothermal ther-apy(PTT).The deposited Pt effectively catalyzed tumor endogenous H_(2)O_(2) into oxygen,which extremely relieved the tumor hypoxia state and allowed the chemical propulsion of nanomotors.Under NIR irra-diation,the Janus nanomotors exhibited more obvious movement via efficient photothermal conversion.Such autonomous motion significantly improved the tumoral accumulation of nanomotors and facilitated much deeper penetration inside tumor in vivo.In addition,enriched oxygen also promoted the genera-tion of reactive oxygen species(ROS)for augment of PDT,which achieved satisfied antitumor effect in combination with the PTT treatment.Therefore,this strategy based on CuS/Pt Janus nanomotors would provide an innovative dimension for considerable applications in effective cancer management.
