Development of biomaterial based flexible electronics has got intensive attention owing to the potential applications in the wearable and epidermal devices.Silk fibroin,as a natural textile material with excellent performance,has been widely concerned by industry and academy.However,the property of electrical insulation limits his development in the field of flexible electronics.In this paper,a regenerated silk fibroin/carbon nanotube(RSF/CNT)conductive film has been successfully fabricated and applied in flexible capacitive-type pressure sensor and wearable triboelectric nanogenerator by a facile method.The electrical conductivity and mechanical property of RSF/CNT film was optimized by investigating with different composite ratio from 10 to 90%(W_(RSF)/W_(CNT)).The RSF/CNT film has a good photothermal response and electric heating performance.We furtherly demonstrated that the RSF/CNT based sensor can be used as epidermal self-powered sensor for multifunction human motion monitoring and Morse code compilation.The observed research results have shown that the RSF/CNT film has a wide range of potential application prospects in the wearable electronics field.

Biochemical composition of the brown tide causative species Aureococcus anophagef ferens cultivated in dif ferent nitrogen sources

A large-scale algal bloom,caused by Aureococcus anophagefferens,has plagued the coastal embayment of Qinhuangdao,China since 2009.The bay scallop agriculture industry in this area has been adversely affected.Researchers claimed that the poor nutritional value of brown tide cells might be responsible for the detrimental effects on bivalve mollusks.To verify whether brown tide cells are nutritionally inadequate food sources,the biochemical composition(total extractable lipids,amino acids,fatty acids,and monomeric carbohydrates)of the Chinese strain A.anophagefferens was determined during the late logarithmic growth phase when culturing in different nitrogen sources(nitrate,urea and nitrate-urea mixture).Cells cultured in nitrate contained 39.12%protein,21.99%total extractable lipid,10.25% total carbohydrates,and a relatively high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)(51.98%,percentage of total fatty acids),including eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)(4.81%)and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)(14.56%).The gross biochemical composition and PUFA content in A.anophagefferens in nitrate cultivation are comparable with values found in the literature of frequently used species in bivalve feeding.Nine monomeric carbohydrates were significantly reduced when cultivated in urea and nitrate-urea mixture(P<0.05).The DHA,EPA,and PUFA contents significantly decreased when cultivated in urea(P<0.05).Although the nutritional value of A.anophagefferens dropped when cultured in urea,it is still comparable with certain favorably used algal species in bivalve feeding(i.e.,Skeletonema costatum),indicating that A.anophagefferens is not a nutritionally inadequate food source.

With the rapid development of China’s tertiary industry, especially the service industry, more and more people engaged in the service industry. Service personal contact with the customer directly, so service personal`s emotion will affect the customer experience directly. Therefore, Emotional labor is increasingly valued by managers. Emotional labor is a process which staff interact with customer in accordance with certain organizational rules. The study shows that emotional labor has a significant effect on a series of outcome variables in organizational context, both positive and negative, and its target audience includes the actor, the trader, and the rule maker. Through 7-ELEVEn case investigation, the paper finds emotional labor problems that exist in the current service industry and find propose solutions.

A new sintering approach to ceramics at low temperature from Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3 nanoparticles doped by ZnO

The sintering temperature decreases theoretically with the grain size of the ceramic powders, but it is not always right for fine grain sized nanopowders due to the inevitable agglomerations, and thus pores are hard to eliminate thoroughly during sintering. To overcome this difficulty, a new approach is designed to sintering ceramics at low temperature from nanoparticles. In this scheme, excessive dopants, such as ZnO, are synthesized into the nanoparticles, and they would be liberated again on the surfaces of the grains at high temperature as sintering aids homogenously to promote densification. Here, we compared the ceramic sintering of ZnO-doped barium zirconate titanate (BaZr x Ti1-xO3, BZT) nanoparticles with BZT nanoparticles using ZnO as additive at 1150 °C. Both kinds of nanoparticles were directly synthesized by the same process at room temperature and yielded the same initial grain size of ~10 nm. The dense BZT ceramic with relative density of 99% was fabricated from the 2 mol% ZnO-doped nanoparticles. On the other hand, the porous BZT ceramic with density of 78% was obtained from nanoparticles with 2 mol% ZnO as additive. Therefore, our strategy to ceramic sintering at low temperature from nanoparticles was confirmed.

The realization of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutralization”highly depends on the efficient utilization of renewable energy sources.Exploring reliable and low-cost electrochemical energy storage systems is an ever-growing demand for renewable energy integration.Among available candidates,aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)receive extensive researchers'attention because of their material abundance,high capacity,high safety,and environmental friendliness.However,the irreversible issues of Zn anode in terms of notorious dendric Zn growth,Zn corrosion/hydrogen evolution,and passivation significantly impede the commercialization of high-performance AZIBs.Carbon materials have advantages of large specific surface area,low cost,high electrical conductivity,controllable structure,and good stability.Their application provides remedies for improving the comprehensive performance of Zn anodes.In this review,the fundamentals and issues of Zn anodes,and the research progress with functional carbon materials for Zn anodes in recent years are presented.Three major strategies are described in detail,including the use of carbon materials(carbon nanotubes,graphene,carbon fiber,metal-organic framework(MOF)derived host,etc.)as Zn plating/stripping substrates,as protective coating layers on Zn,and as electrolyte additives.Finally,the remaining challenges and perspectives of carbon materials in high-performance AZIBs are outlined.

Innate and adaptive immune abnormalities underlying autoimmune diseases:the genetic connections

With the exception of an extremely small number of cases caused by single gene mutations,most autoimmune diseases result from the complex interplay between environmental and genetic factors.In a nutshell,etiology of the common autoimmune disorders is unknown in spite of progress elucidating certain effector cells and molecules responsible for pathologies associated with inflammatory and tissue damage.In recent years,population genetics approaches have greatly enriched our knowledge regarding genetic susceptibility of autoimmunity,providing us with a window of opportunities to comprehensively re-examine autoimmunity-associated genes and possible pathways.In this review,we aim to discuss etiology and pathogenesis of common autoimmune disorders from the perspective of human genetics.An overview of the genetic basis of autoimmunity is followed by3 chapters detailing susceptibility genes involved in innate immunity,adaptive immunity and inflammatory cell death processes respectively.With such attempts,we hope to expand the scope of thinking and bring attention to lesser appreciated molecules and pathways as important contributors of autoimmunity beyond the‘usual suspects’of a limited subset of validated therapeutic targets.

Species’ geographical range, environmental range and traits lead to specimen collection preference of dominant plant species of grasslands in Northern China

Many different factors,such as species traits,socio-economic factors,geographical and environmental factors,can lead to specimen collection preference.This study aims to determine whether grassland specimen collection in China is preferred by species traits(i.e.,plant height,flowering and fruiting period),environmental range(i.e.,the temperature and precipitation range)and geographical range(i.e.,distribution range and altitudinal range).Ordinary least squares models and phylogenetic generalized linear mixed models were used to analyze the relationships between specimen number and the explanatory variables.Random Forest models were then used to find the most parsimonious multivariate model.The results showed that interannual variation in specimen number between 1900 and 2020 was considerable.Specimen number of these species in southeast China was notably lower than that in northwest China.Environmental range and geographical range of species had significant positive correlations with specimen number.In addition,there were relatively weak but significant associations between specimen number and species trait(i.e.,plant height and flowering and fruiting period).Random Forest models indicated that distribution range was the most important variable,followed by flowering and fruiting period,and altitudinal range.These findings suggest that future floristic surveys should pay more attention to species with small geographical range,narrow environmental range,short plant height,and short flowering and fruiting period.The correction of specimen collection preference will also make the results of species distribution model,species evolution and other works based on specimen data more accurate.

以酿酒酵母电压门控钙通道膜蛋白(Cch1p)、牵张敏感性钙通道膜蛋白(Mid1p)和瞬时受体电位钙通道膜蛋白(Yvc1p)为研究材料,制备其单克隆抗体。采用生物信息学方法确定3种膜蛋白抗原表位,根据分析结果克隆抗原基因,并进行原核表达和表达产物分析鉴定,通过Ni2+-NTA树脂亲和层析技术获得重组抗原蛋白,免疫小鼠后细胞融合技术制备单克隆抗体,酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测抗体效价,免疫印迹技术检测单克隆抗体对重组纯化抗原和天然酿酒酵母钙通道膜蛋白的反应性和特异性。生物信息学分析结果表明,Cch1p、Mid1p和Yvc1p抗原表位可能分别位于1~300位氨基酸残基、359~548位氨基酸残基、1~236位氨基酸残基;克隆目的基因条带大小分别为926bp、570bp和708bp,与预期结果一致;原核表达抗原蛋白分子量分别为60000、25000和30000,Western blot检测条带正确;重组纯化抗原免疫BALB/c小鼠,细胞融合技术制备单克隆抗体,ELISA检测显示单克隆抗体效价分别高达1∶256000、1∶128000和1∶64000,Western blot检测到3种重组纯化抗原和天然酿酒酵母钙通道膜蛋白Cch1p、Mid1p和Yvc1p。这些结果说明本文制备的单克隆抗体可以成功用于检测酿酒酵母钙通道膜蛋白Cch1p、Mid1p和Yvc1p表达的相关研究。

The transmembrane 6 superfamily member 2(TM6SF2)gene E167K variant(rs58542926)was identified by exome-wide as-sociation study as a nonsynonymous single nucleotide poly-morphism associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.The TM6SF2 E167K variant features a C-to-T substitution at nucleotide 499,encoding a glutamate with lysine change at codon 167(E167K).TM6SF2 is markedly expressed in the liver,small intestine and kidney,and has been proposed as an im-portant risk factor for diseases associated with lipid metabo-lism.Subsequently,multifunctional studies of the TM6SF2 E167K variant have been carried out in a spectrum of liver dis-eases,such as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,fibrosis,cirrhosis,and viral hepatitis.This re-view summarizes the research status of the TM6SF2 E167K variant in different liver diseases and specific populations,and discusses the potential mechanisms of the TM6SF2 E167K var-iant's role in the progression of various liver diseases.
