The application of Mg alloys is always accompanied by various coating technology, but a reliable model predicting the service life of coatings on Mg alloys is lacking but urgent. In this work, a semi-mechanistic model was proposed to predict the service life of plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) coating/electrophoretic coatings on a VW63Z Mg alloy;the model was decomposed into three parts: a first part depicting the degradation time of organic coating (L_(1)) and the diffusion time of electrolyte in the inorganic coating (L_(2)), respectively;a second part interpreting the breakdown of coatings due to the corrosion process (L_(3));a final part establishing an algorithm converting the accelerated tests into the real service environment (α);the effect of structural stress and dissimilar metal joints on the service life of coatings was also considered. Based on the ongoing accelerated experiments, the semi-mechanistic model could be able to predict the service life of both PEO coatings and composite coatings on VW63Z Mg alloy with a satisfiable precision.

The phenotypic diversity resulting from artificial or natural selection of sheep has made a significant contribution to human *** sheep are a local sheep breed unique to China with high reproductive rates and rapid *** selection signatures have been widely used to investigate the genetic mechanisms underlying phenotypic variation in ***,we conduct whole-genome sequencing of 207 Hu sheep and compare them with the wild ancestors of domestic sheep(Asiatic mouflon)to investigate the genetic characteristics and selection signatures of Hu *** on six signatures of selection approaches,we detect genomic regions containing genes related to reproduction(BMPR1B,BMP2,PGFS,CYP19,CAMK4,GGT5,and GNAQ),vision(ALDH1A2,SAG,and PDE6B),nervous system(NAV1),and immune response(GPR35,SH2B2,PIK3R3,and HRAS).Association analysis with a population of 1299 Hu sheep reveals that those missense mutations in the GPR35(GPR35 g.952651 A>G;GPR35 g.952496 C>T)and NAV1(NAV1 g.84216190 C>T;NAV1 g.84227412 G>A)genes are significantly associated(P<0.05)with immune and growth traits in Hu sheep,*** research offers unique insights into the selection characteristics of Hu sheep and facilitates further genetic improvement and molecular investigations.

A Stable Isotope Approach to Determine Herbivorous Diets of Wintering Geese at Dongting Lake,China

The East Dongting Lake National Nature Reserve in China is listed as a Ramsar Wetlands due to its global significance for migratory waterbird conservation, especially for the geese. For example, more than 90% of East Asian population of the vulnerable Lesser White-fronted Goose(Anser erythropus), and large numbers of Bean Goose(Anser fabilis) and Greater White-fronted Goose(Anser albifrons) over winter here every year from October to the next March. However, the habitats and food quality of the wintering geese have been threatened by hydrological alternation due to the operation of the Three Gorges Dam. Understanding the diets of these geese is fundamental for their conservation. We used the stable isotopic ratios of the body tissues of three predominant goose species(i.e. Ans?er erythropus, Anser fabilis and Anser albifrons) and their potential diet items(6 grass species), and applied smooth transition autoregressive(SIAR) mixing models to quantify the contribution of different food items to their diets. The results showed that the δ13C values of the blood samples were significantly different from those of feather, and the difference was consistent for the three kinds of geese. These results indicated that clear dietary shifts from their breeding place at the Arctic to the wintering place at Dongting Lake. The δ13C values of the blood samples of the geese showed there were no significant difference(ANOVA, p=0.265) suggesting that they share the same food sources at Dongting Lake. Moreover, the multiple-source mixing models(i.e. SIAR model) indicated that no single plant had a contribution greater than 35% to the diet of geese at 0.95 confident levels(0.50 and 0.95 credibility intervals of the posterior distributions range from 0.24-0.25 and 0.32-0.34, respectively). The results indicated that the geese had no preference for a particular plant. The shear strength deterioration of bedding planes between different rock types induced by cyclic loading is vital to reasonably evaluate the stability of soft and hard interbedded bedding rock slopes under earthquake;however,rare work has been devoted to this subject due to lack of *** this study,experimental investigations on shear strength weakening of discontinuities with different joint wall material(DDJM)under cyclic loading were conducted by taking the interface between siltstone and mudstone in the Shaba slope of Yunnan Province,China as research objects.A total of 99 pairs of similar material samples of DDJM(81 pairs)and discontinuities with identical joint wall material(DIJM)(18 pairs)were fabricated by inserting plates,engraved with typical surface morphology obtained by performing three-dimensional laser scanning on natural DDJMs sampled from field,into mold *** shear tests were conducted on these samples to study their shear strength changes with the cyclic number considering the effects of normal stress,joint surface morphology,shear displacement amplitude and shear *** results indicate that the shear stress *** displacement curves under each shear cycle and the peak shear strength *** number curves of the studied DDJMs are between those of DIJMs with siltstone and mudstone,while closer to those of DIJMs with *** peak shear strengths of DDJMs exhibit an initial rapid decline followed by a gradual decrease with the cyclic number and the decrease rate varies from 6%to 55.9%for samples with varied surface morphology under different testing *** normal stress,joint surface morphology,shear displacement amplitude and shear rate collectively influence the shear strength deterioration of DDJM under cyclic shear loading,with the degree of influence being greater for larger normal stress,rougher surface morphology,larger shear displacement amplitude and faster shear rate.

作为中国当代剧场艺术较早的实践者,李凝的作品常常被定义为“肢体剧”。这一概念使观众的注意力集中于表演者的身体,试图从表演者的肢体运动中找到审美规则,却又往往因为表演者并不美好的身体失望。“肢体剧”是“physical theatre”的一个译法,而“physical”不仅意味着“身体的”,还意味着“物质的”,当代剧场艺术中身体与文本的对抗实际上是以真实性对抗传统戏剧中的虚构性。在李凝的作品中,物质与身体同等重要地强调着这种真实性,并以此抗拒着传统戏剧中的虚构叙事与当代社会生活中的拟像。

“肢体剧”、“身体剧场”、“形体戏剧”等标签时常出现在当代剧场作品的介绍中。对于五花八门的概念,观众往往有一种笼统的印象:打上这几种标签的作品都是取消传统剧本、以身体作为核心要素的新型剧场艺术,因而时常混用“肢体剧”、“身体剧场”、“形体戏剧”等名词。这些术语确实是同一概念“physicaltheatre”的不同译法,却在中国剧场实践中逐渐发展出了微妙的意义分歧,用以指代具有不同风格的舞台作品。面对当下剧场创作的现实情况,概念的混淆容易使创作与接受之间发生龃龉:观众对作品抱有不恰当的期待,误读作品,无法评估作品的价值。

西班牙剧场艺术家安杰丽卡·利德尔(Angélica Liddell)的作品往往使人们陷入巨大的分裂:有人为之着迷,有人愤然离场;面对同一部作品,观众可能在某些时刻惊叹于极富诗意的舞台意象,但很快又因为表演者毫无道德感的行为而感到恶心。利德尔的作品充斥着动物、内脏、体液、裸体和无法无天的行动,与20世纪60年代维也纳行动主义艺术家们的作品如出一辙。利德尔同时也是一位写作者,除了极端的视觉和行为艺术,她也热爱极端的文字。这位女艺术家常常占据整个舞台,面对观众说出她自己写作的漫长独白。

Clinical Application of Cataract Ultrasonic Emulsification Combined with Atrial Angle Segmentation in the Treatment of Primary Angle-Closure Glaucoma

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of cataract ultrasonic emulsification(PE)combined with atrial angle separation(CSS)for primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG).Methods:78 patients with PACG admitted to the hospital between October 2021 and October 2023 were selected and grouped by randomized numerical table;39 cases were counted in the observation group and selected PE combined with CSS surgery;39 cases were counted in the reference group and selected PE combined with trabeculectomy and the total effective rate,the state of the atrial angle,the clinical indexes,the degree of ocular symptoms,and the complication rate were ***:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the percentage of the wide atrial angle of the atrial angle status was higher than that of the reference group;3 months after the operation,the logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution(Log MAR)and intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the central anterior chamber depth(ACD)was greater than that of the reference group;the scores of the degree of ocular symptoms of the observation group were lower than that of the reference group,and the rate of complication was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PE combined with CSS surgical treatment for PACG patients can improve the efficacy of treatment,improve the state of the patients’atrial angles,and restore the ocular function *** can alleviate the ocular symptoms as soon as possible and has a high surgical safety.
