Epilepsy is a neurological disorder characterized by high morbidity,high recurrence,and drug *** signaling through the excitatory neurotransmitter glutamate is intricately associated with *** glutamate receptors(mGluRs)are G protein-coupled receptors activated by glutamate and are key regulators of neuronal and synaptic *** mGluR signaling has been associated with various neurological disorders,and numerous studies have shown a close relationship between mGluRs expression/activity and the development of *** this review,we first introduce the three groups of mGluRs and their associated signaling ***,we detail how these receptors influence epilepsy by describing the signaling cascades triggered by their activation and their neuroprotective or detrimental roles in *** addition,strategies for pharmacological manipulation of these receptors during the treatment of epilepsy in experimental studies is also *** hope that this review will provide a foundation for future studies on the development of mGluR-targeted antiepileptic drugs.

The phenomenon of an aging population is advancing at a precipitous ***'s disease(AD)and Parkinson's disease(PD)are two of the most common age-associated neurodegenerative diseases,both of which are primarily characterized by the accumulation of toxic proteins and the progressive demise of neuronal *** discoveries about the brain lymphatic drainage system have precipitated a growing body of investigations substantiating its novel roles,including the clearance of macromolecular waste and the trafficking of immune ***,aquaporin 4-mediated glymphatic transport,crucial for maintaining neural homeostasis,becomes disrupted during the aging process and is further compromised in the pathogenesis of AD and *** meningeal lymphatic vessels,which facilitate the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid into the deep cervical lymph nodes,are integral in bridging the central nervous system with peripheral immune *** in these meningeal lymphatic vessels exacerbates pathological trajectory of the age-related neurodegenerative *** review explores modulatory influence of the glymphatic system and meningeal lymphatic vessels on the aging brain and its associated neurodegenerative *** also encapsulates the insights of potential mechanisms and prospects of the targeted non-pharmacological interventions.

Previous studies have reported that non-human primates and rodents exposed to lead during brain development may become dependent on the deposition of pre-determined β-amyloid protein （Aβ）,and exhibit upregulation of β-site amyloid precursor protein expression in old ***,further evidence is required to elucidate the precise relationship and molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of early lead exposure on excessive Aβ production in adult *** present study investigated the effects of lead exposure on expression of β-amyloid precursor protein cleavage enzyme-1 （BACE-1） in the rat retina and the production of Aβ in early development,using the retina as a window for studying Alzheimer＇s *** rats were intraocularly injected with different doses of lead acetate （10μmol/L,100μmol/L,1 mmol/L,10 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L）.The results revealed that retinal lead concentration,BACE-1 and its cleavage products β-C-terminal fragment and retina Aβ1-40 were all significantly increased in almost all of the lead exposure groups 48 hours later in a dose-dependent *** only exception was the 10μmol/L *** distribution of BACE-1 in the retina did not exhibit obvious changes,and no distinctive increase in the activation of retinal microglia was ***,retinal synaptophysin expression did not exhibit any clear *** data suggest that lead exposure can result in the upregulation of retinal neuron BACE-1 expression in the early period of development and further increase the overproduction of Aβ1-40 in the *** results provided novel insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying environmentally-induced Alzheimer＇s disease.

计算思维是21世纪人才必须具备的一项关键问题解决技能。当前关于计算思维的认知本质尚不清楚,给教育实践带来一系列挑战,如缺乏统一的教学框架和明确的评估准则等。为此,研究从已有理论共识和观点出发,基于算法与问题解决的相关理论,深入分析了计算思维问题解决的层级加工特性。在此基础上,借鉴层级加工的相关认知理论,进一步提出计算思维层级加工的理论假说,其核心观点是,计算思维的认知本质在于对不同抽象层级的信息或子问题及其之间的关系进行加工。从认知与神经机制来看,计算思维层级加工需要卷入不同的认知控制模式来调控工作记忆对层级信息进行持续性维持和选择性更新,在神经机制上导致大脑认知控制脑区的持续性和瞬时性高激活。伴随这些信息加工活动对认知资源的消耗,将导致认知负荷,引起大脑默认网络脑区的抑制程度增强。这些理论观点将为计算思维的认知、教学与测评提供启示,并可在后续实证研究中采用交叉学科的研究范式进行检验。

Recent findings have indicated that SorCS2,a member of the vacuolar protein sorting 10 protein(VPS10P)family,has relevance to bipolar disorder,schizophrenia,and Alzheimer's disease(AD).We observed SorCS2 can accumulate as neurofibrillary tangles(NFTs)-like lesions in AD human brain *** we set to explore NFTs-like lesions from SorCS2 in aged and AD human cerebrum,and whether this pathological hallmark is unique to AD human *** characterized SorCS2 changes in postmortem human brains(n=10)from aged and AD subjects.

铅冷快堆(LFR)以具有良好的热物理特性和化学稳定性的液态铅或铅铋合金(LBE)作为冷却剂,但是高温下LBE与结构材料长期接触带来的腐蚀问题会导致材料失效并带来安全隐患。MAX相材料因其优异的力学性能、高温耐腐蚀性能和抗辐照性能,成为铅冷快堆的重要结构材料之一。Ti-Si-C、Ti-Al-C和Zr-Al-C是目前被用于进行LBE腐蚀研究的三种常见MAX相材料体系。近年来,有越来越多的研究者们在不同腐蚀条件下的LBE中开展了腐蚀实验,但是对于MAX相材料的LBE腐蚀机理的分析仍不够系统和深入,也少有提高耐腐蚀性能的改性方法被提出。本文在简要介绍MAX相材料的结构、化学组成和制备方法之后,归纳综述了MAX相材料在高温液态LBE中的腐蚀行为及腐蚀机理的研究进展,提到了温度、氧浓度、时间和流速等不同因素对腐蚀层结构的影响。最后,探讨将用于提升MAX相材料在其他高温介质中耐腐蚀性能的改性方法,引入到针对耐LBE腐蚀性能研究的可能性。
