The rhesus macaque(Macaca mulatta)is a crucial experimental animal that shares many genetic,brain organizational,and behavioral characteristics with humans.A macaque brain atlas is fundamental to biomedical and evolutionary ***,even though connectivity is vital for understanding brain functions,a connectivity-based whole-brain atlas of the macaque has not previously been *** this study,we created a new whole-brain map,the Macaque Brainnetome Atlas(MacBNA),based on the anatomical connectivity profiles provided by high angular and spatial resolution ex vivo diffusion MRI *** new atlas consists of 248 cortical and 56 subcortical regions as well as their structural and functional *** parcellation and the diffusion-based tractography were evaluated with invasive neuronal-tracing and Nissl-stained *** a demonstrative application,the structural connectivity divergence between macaque and human brains was mapped using the Brainnetome atlases of those two species to uncover the genetic underpinnings of the evolutionary changes in brain *** resulting resource includes:(1)the thoroughly delineated Macaque Brainnetome Atlas(MacBNA),(2)regional connectivity profiles,(3)the postmortem high-resolution macaque diffusion and T2-weighted MRI dataset(Brainnetome-8),and(4)multi-contrast MRI,neuronal-tracing,and histological images collected from a single *** can serve as a common reference frame for mapping multifaceted features across modalities and spatial scales and for integrative investigation and characterization of brain organization and ***,it will enrich the collaborative resource platform for nonhuman primates and facilitate translational and comparative neuroscience research.

目的考察曲克芦丁对大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型中脑损伤的作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法采用♂SD大鼠建立脑缺血再灌注模型,分别设置低、高剂量曲克芦丁组（25、50 mg·kg^（-1））、模型组、假手术组进行试验。观察曲克芦丁对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠行为学评分的影响;对血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）、谷胱甘肽-S转移酶（GSH-S-transferase）、一氧化氮（NO）、一氧化氮合酶（NOS）、黄嘌呤氧化酶（XOD）等指标及对脑梗死百分比的影响。结果与模型组相比,低、高剂量的曲克芦丁能明显减少行为学评分、降低血清中MDA、SOD的含量,降低大鼠脑梗死百分比,且有剂量依赖性;高剂量的曲克芦丁能降低XOD,低剂量则无显著影响;低、高剂量的曲克芦丁对GSH、NO和NOS均无影响。结论预先给予曲克芦丁对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

In recent years, the rapid innovation and development of financial industry has made financial enterprises have a lot of information. However, the large amount of information is tampered with and fragmented, which cannot be shared. With the constant innovation of science and technology, it is the most effective way to solve the information lag and asymmetry of financial products. This article aims to start from the problem of asymmetric information of financial products, the analysis of the emerging block chain technology applied in the financial sector, and with the development of asset securitization information known as the typical scenario for the first time, a concrete analysis information game process, and discuss about the application of chain blocks in securitization feasibility.

腹膜透析置管术围手术期应用抗凝或抗血小板药物对出血及心脑血管事件的影响

目的分析腹膜透析(腹透)置管术围手术期使用抗凝或抗血小板药物对患者发生出血和心脑血管事件的影响。方法回顾性收集和分析2010年7月1日至2020年12月31日在北京大学第三医院接受腹透置管术患者手术前后的临床资料。根据患者术前是否停用抗凝或抗血小板药物分为停药组和未停药组,比较两组患者基线临床资料、术后出血和心脑血管事件的差异。采用多因素Logistic回归分析法分析腹透置管术围手术期发生出血和心脑血管事件的影响因素。结果共57例患者被纳入本研究,男性34例,女性23例,年龄(67.37±13.93)岁(范围27~97岁)。停药组37例,未停药组20例。未停药组患者术前3个月内(10/20比3/37,χ^(2)=10.671,P=0.001)及术前6个月内(11/20比3/37,χ^(2)=12.980,P<0.001)发生急性心肌梗死事件的比例显著高于停药组。停药组术前中位停药时间为5.0(2.0,14.0)d(范围1~30 d),术后中位恢复用药时间为4.0(3.0,7.0)d(范围1~14 d)。停药组与未停药组患者术后2周内发生出血(10/37比8/20,χ^(2)=1.011,P=0.315)及心脑血管事件(4/37比0/20,校正后χ^(2)=0.964,P=0.326)的差异均无统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,术前停用抗凝或抗血小板药物不是术后发生出血事件的独立影响因素(OR=0.656,95%CI 0.195~2.206,P=0.496),而术前服用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷为术后出血事件的独立影响因素(OR=4.038,95%CI 1.044~15.626,P=0.043)。术后4例心脑血管事件均发生在停药组,术前6个月内有不稳定心绞痛病史(OR=9.764,95%CI 0.928~102.682,P=0.058)、血钙升高(OR=1.491,95%CI 0.976~2.278,P=0.065)者术后发生心脑血管事件风险有增加趋势。结论腹透置管术前是否停用抗凝或抗血小板药物不是患者术后发生出血事件的影响因素,但需关注术前应用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷患者的术后出血风险。术前6个月内有不稳定心绞痛发作及高血钙的患者停药后发生心脑血管事件风险有增加趋势。

The immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME)of cancer strongly hinders the anti-tumor immune responses,thereby resulting in disappointing responses to *** and promotive traits of chemokines exerted on leukocytes have garnered interest in improving the efficiency of immunotherapy by increasing the infiltration of immune cells in the *** this study,a folic acid(FA)-modified gene delivery system based on the self-assembly of DOTAP,MPEG-PCL-MPEG,and FA-PEG-PCL-PEG-FA,namely F-PPPD,was developed to deliver plasmids encoding the immunostimulating chemokine *** delivery of plasmid CKb11(pCKb11)by F-PPPD nanoparticles resulted in the high secretion of CKb11 from tumor cells,which successfully activated T cells,suppressed the M2 polarization of macrophages,promoted the maturation of dendritic cells(DCs),facilitated the infiltration of natural killer(NK)cells and inhibited the infiltration of immunosuppressive cells in tumor *** of F-PPPD/pCKb11 also significantly suppressed the cancer *** study demonstrated a nanotechnology-enabled delivery of pCKb11,that remodeled the immunosuppressive TME,for cancer treatment.

从高温氧化动力学、组织的微观进化及高温氧化机理3部分对Al4SiC4陶瓷在1200℃-1700℃的高温氧化行为进行了系统的研究。研究结果表明，Al4SiC4陶瓷具有优异的高温抗氧化性能。氧化动力学符合抛物线规律，其氧化活化能经计算为220kJ／mol。XRD及SEM研究结果表明：Al4SiC4陶瓷在1200～1500℃的氧化表面物相为Al2O3和铝硅酸盐玻璃；而高温氧化表面（1600℃～1700℃）的物相由Al2O3，莫来石和铝硅酸盐玻璃构成。由氧化试样横截面观察得知氧化层按其特征的不同分为3个部分：具有较多细小尺寸孔洞的反应层；具有较大尺寸孔洞的中间层和致密的外氧化层。在高温抗氧化机理部分中首先从热力学上计算了氧化过程中各反应的生成焓和吉布斯自由能；然后对高温氧化过程进行了推理和分析；最后根据上述试验及推理结果建立了Al4SiC4陶瓷的高温抗氧化模型。

目的:分析低促性腺激素性性功能不全(HH)患者体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的治疗方法及疗效分析。方法:回顾性分析了接受IVF-ET治疗的40例HH患者共60个IVF-ET周期,收集同期因输卵管因素和/或男方因素接受IVF-ET治疗的134例患者共140个周期的病历资料作为对照组。对这两组患者进行回顾性分析,对治疗方法、临床结局进行分析总结。将HH患者分成妊娠组与未妊娠组,比较各组间差异。结果:经控制性超促排卵(COH)治疗后,发现卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)的使用量及使用天数HH组都明显高于对照组(FSH:55.0±2.5支vs 36.9±1.0支;LH:28.3±1.7支vs 5.9±0.2支;治疗天数:13.8±0.4dvs 10.4±0.1d;P均<0.05)。治疗后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)、孕酮(P)的水平无统计学差异。获卵数、优胚数及冻胚数等无统计学差异,妊娠结局在两组间也无统计学差异(妊娠率:42.1%vs 53.6%;流产率:16.7%vs 26.7%)。HH患者中比较妊娠与未妊娠后发现在年龄、体重指数和药物使用剂量及天数方面无明显差异,而妊娠组获卵数(6.6±0.5个vs 8.8±0.7个)、成熟卵母细胞(MII)数(5.5±0.5个vs 7.3±0.7个)及受精率(4.9±0.5%vs 6.7±0.7%)妊娠组低于未妊娠组,有统计学差异。结论:HH患者处于长时间促性腺激素缺乏状态,IVF-ET的治疗过程中药物使用剂量更多、时间更长,但妊娠结局与正常女性相似。

Bright anti-Stokes fluorescence(ASF)in the first near-infrared spectral region(NIR-I,800 nm–900 nm)under the excitation of a 915 nm continuous wave(CW)laser,is observed in Indocyanine Green(ICG),a dye approved by the Food and Drug Administration for clinical *** dependence of fluorescence intensity on excitation light power and temperature,together with fluorescence lifetime measurement,establish this ASF to be originated from absorption from a thermally excited vibrational level(hot-band absorption),as shown in our experiments,which is stronger than the upconversion fluorescence from widely-used rare-earth ion doped *** test the utility of this ASF NIR-I probe for advanced bioimaging,we successively apply it for biothermal sensing,cerebral blood vessel tomography and blood stream ***,in combination with L1057 nanoparticles,which absorb the ASF of ICG and emit beyond 1100 nm,these two probes generate multi-mode images in two fluorescent channels under the excitation of a single 915 nm CW *** channel is used to monitor two overlapping organs,urinary system&blood vessel of a live mouse,while the other shows urinary system *** in intraoperative real-time monitoring,such multi-mode imaging method can be beneficial for visual guiding in anatomy of the urinary system to avoid any accidental injury to the surrounding blood vessels during surgery.

为了获得天然气的预混湍流燃烧特性,在湍流燃烧弹中对天然气在当量比范围为0.7~1.4、初始压力范围为0.1~0.3 MPa、初始温度范围为300~400 K、湍流强度范围为1.0~2.7 m/s条件下的预混湍流燃烧火焰发展特性进行了试验测试,并分析了当量比、湍流强度、初始温度、初始压力对天然气湍流火焰传播速度、火焰褶皱比以及湍流燃烧速度的影响。结果表明:湍流火焰传播速度随着当量比的升高先增加再降低,在当量比为1.1时达到最大,并且随湍流强度与初始温度的升高而升高,但随初始压力的升高变化不明显。火焰褶皱程度随湍流强度与初始压力的升高或当量比与初始温度的降低而逐渐增强。湍流燃烧速度随当量比的升高先升高后下降,在当量比为1.1时达到最大,并且随湍流强度、初始温度与初始压力的升高而逐渐升高。

基于1979~2022年NCEP/DOE逐月再分析资料和NOAA海面温度资料,通过合成、相关分析等统计方法,以海面温度(Sea Surface Temperature,SST)异常影响为切入点,对比分析了2022年与La Niña年强迫作用下的我国夏季季节内环流差异,并在此基础上进一步探讨了异常高温与同期热带SST之间存在的可能联系。结果表明:1)2022年夏季,我国中东部高温区具有明显空间变化特征,6月位于华中地区、7月位于西南地区、8月影响整个长江流域。2)西太平洋副热带高压和南亚高压的同时异常加强,以及两者重叠打通并形成少见的北半球副热带高压带,是造成2022年夏季我国中东部异常高温过程的直接原因。3)在持续2年的较强La Niña背景下,2022年东亚夏季环流并未完全表现出对La Niña冷SST的响应,南海及菲律宾以东对流异常偏弱、东亚—太平洋遥相关型不显著均与La Niña年环流典型特征有较大出入。夏季同期热带SST异常对高温过程的形成具有一定贡献,热带西印度洋和热带中太平洋的冷SST异常分别有利于我国长江流域和华中地区出现高温酷暑,其中热带中太平洋冷SST异常可能是西太平洋副热带高压加强的重要原因,而热带西印度洋冷SST对南亚高压的增强有贡献作用。
