In this paper,we investigate the secrecy outage performance for the two-way integrated satellite unmanned aerial vehicle relay networks with hardware impairments.Particularly,the closed-form expression for the secrecy outage probability is obtained.Moreover,to get more information on the secrecy outage probability in a high signalto-noise regime,the asymptotic analysis along with the secrecy diversity order and secrecy coding gain for the secrecy outage probability are also further obtained,which presents a fast method to evaluate the impact of system parameters and hardware impairments on the considered network.Finally,Monte Carlo simulation results are provided to show the efficiency of the theoretical analysis.

Due to its extremely low electrostatic sensitivity,copper azide primary explosive is greatly limited in practical applications.In this study,a composite film with Cu-MOF in-situ growth on carbon nanofilm was prepared by electrospinning and solvothermal methods,and CNF@Cu-N3film with electrostatic safety was obtained by carbonization and azide later.Its electrostatic sensitivity(E50)was greatly increased from 0.05 mJ of raw materials to 4.06 mJ,and still maintained a good detonation performance which could successfully detonate the CL-20 secondary explosive.This is mainly due to the synergistic effect of the carbon film and the MOF structure,which greatly improves the conductivity of the entire system and the uniform distribution of copper particles,providing a new preparation strategy for metal azide film that is suitable for the micro-initiator device.

There has been increasing interest in research and development of nanocrystals for the delivery of poorly water-soluble drugs that can be directly produced from solution. Compared with traditional carrier-based or encapsulation designs, drug nanocrystals circumvent possible side-effects due to carrier polymers and poor stability issues associated with encapsulation. The production of carrier-free nanocrystals requires careful control of nucleation and thus a thorough understanding of the relevant solution's metastable zone. A solution may stay supersaturated without forming any nuclei and become metastable. The maximal degree of supersaturation is known as the metastable zone width. When nucleation is triggered directly from the metastable zone, it helps to produce homogeneous nuclei leading to uniform nanocrystals. Herein, we report a study in which the solubility and metastable limit of paclitaxel(PTX) in ethanol aqueous solution were measured at 40 °C. A wide range of metastable compositions were studied to prepare carrier-free PTX nanocrystals with particle size smaller than250 nm and PDI less than 0.25. Compared with the raw material, dissolution rate of PTX nanocrystals was significantly increased. The study enables production of high-quality drug nanocrystals for treating patients.

The ultrafine 1,3,5-triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene （TATB） has been prepared by using solvent and non-solvent method, and the influencing factors in close relationship with the grain size and crystal morphology control such as categories and dosage of surfactants, volume ratio of solvent to non-solvent have also been considered in this paper. It showed that these factors had remarkable effect on the crystal morphology, particle size and agglomeration during the crystallization process. By using 0.095% （mass percentage） ionic surfactant （S） as the additive and using spray-drops feeding device as the dropping equipment, 1.06 g TATB raw materials have been refined into free-running ellipsoid and spherical TATB grains with the grain size from 30 to 50 nm. By using 0.014% （mass percentage） non-ionic surfactant （P） as the additive, spherical TATB grains with the particle diameter of 50 nm and with narrow particle-size distribution have also been obtained. It was shown by the characterizations that the ultrafine particle of TATB had better heat resisting evenness and its 5 seconds ignition point is advanced by 7.5 K.

Transcriptional regulation plays a key role in the control of seed dormancy,and many transcription factors(TFs)have been documented.However,the mechanisms underlying the interactions between different TFs within a transcriptional complex regulating seed dormancy remain largely unknown.Here,we showed that TF PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTOR4(PIF4)physically interacted with the abscisic acid(ABA)signaling responsive TF ABSCISIC ACID INSENSITIVE4(ABI4)to act as a transcriptional complex to promote ABA biosynthesis and signaling,finally deepening primary seed dormancy.Both pif4 and abi4 single mutants exhibited a decreased primary seed dormancy phenotype,with a synergistic effect in the pif4/abi4 double mutant.PIF4 binds to ABI4 to form a heterodimer,and ABI4 stabilizes PIF4 at the protein level,whereas PIF4 does not affect the protein stabilization of ABI4.Subsequently,both TFs independently and synergistically promoted the expression of ABI4 and NCED6,a key gene for ABA anabolism.The genetic evidence is also consistent with the phenotypic,physiological and biochemical analysis results.Altogether,this study revealed a transcriptional regulatory cascade in which the PIF4–ABI4 transcriptional activator complex synergistically enhanced seed dormancy by facilitating ABA biosynthesis and signaling.

In 2022,The MOE Key Laboratory of Macromolecular Synthesis and Functionalization in Zhejiang University had achieved several important results.First,a series of well-defined dinuclear organoboron catalysts were developed to precisely control the enchainment of ether and carbonate segments during the copolymerization of CO_(2)and epoxides.Second,polyester had been synthesized through cationic copolymerization of cyclic anhydride.Third,ring-opening polymerization of carbon dioxide based valerolactone had been achieved,revealing the prospect of 3-ethylidene-6-vinyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-one(EVL)in utilizing CO_(2)and synthesizing functional polymers.Fourth,machine learning methods have been applied to biomaterial research,enabling high-throughput screening of functional biomaterial surfaces for implantable devices,and searching for potent antimicrobial peptides in whole combinatorial peptide libraries.Fifth,methods of characterization of biomacromolecule RNA transcription and manipulation of nucleoside modification were developed.Sixth,artificial enzymes-armed Bifidobacterium Longum probiotics were established to tune down gut inflammation.Seventh,three-dimensional(3D)printing technologies were used to engineer tough supramolecular hydrogels.Eighth,hydroplastic foaming graphene frameworks for acoustic and conductive polymer composites were provided for application.Ninth,aggregate photophysics about the nature of through-space interactions(TSIs)and manipulating their strength in small molecules with non-conjugated structure had been elucidated.Tenth,the forming mechanism of a newfound nested texture in poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)spherulitic films had been revealed.Finally,the isotropically dyeing mechanism of KDP single crystals grown from hydrogels have been explored.The related works are reviewed in this paper.

目的分析超声引导下腰方肌阻滞(quadratus lumbois block,QLB)和竖脊肌平面阻滞(erector spinoid plane block,ESPB)在老年腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者中的临床效果。方法选取并按随机数字表法将2021年8月至2022年3月在温州市中心医院择期行腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术的75例老年患者分为Q组(n=25)、E组(n=25)和C组(n=25)。Q组给予QLB复合全身麻醉,E组给予ESPB复合全身麻醉,C组给予气管插管全凭静脉全身麻醉。比较3组围手术期麻醉及镇痛药用量、术后苏醒质量、静息及咳嗽视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)。结果与C组比较,Q组和E组术中自控静脉镇痛有效按压次数、舒芬太尼用量及镇痛补救率明显降低(P0.05)。结论超声引导下QLB和ESPB用于腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术均能提高老年患者苏醒质量、获得满意的镇痛效果。

目的检测早幼粒细胞白血病锌指结构(promyelocytic leukemia zinc fi nger,PLZF)在哮喘(asthma)患者外周血中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取上海市第五人民医院2021年5月至2021年10月诊治的稳定期Asthma患者外周血标本为研究对象(n=40),以及健康体检者为对照组(Control组,n=40),采用酶联免疫吸附测定(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测血清中细胞因子的含量,实时荧光定量PCR(quantitative real-time PCR,qPCR)检测血浆中PLZF的mRNA表达。分离外周血的单个核淋巴细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC),并使用流式细胞术检测PBMC中PLZF+细胞的水平和分布。采用SPSS 26.0及Graphpad Prism 7.0软件进行独立样本t检验、Mann-Whitney U检验、χ2检验、ROC曲线及Logistic回归等统计学分析。以P1,AUC=0.87,P<0.05)。结论哮喘患者外周血中PLZF增加,可能在哮喘疾病发展中起到重要作用,结果尚需更大样本实验数据进一步证实。

高能量密度的六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20)、氧平衡优异的高氯酸铵(AP)和二硝酰胺铵(ADN)等,用作氧化剂可提高固体推进剂能量、氧平衡等性能,具有良好的应用潜力。由于CL-20存在机械感度高和低氧平衡等问题,AP和ADN存在易吸湿和低能量等缺点,针对CL-20、AP、ADN等氧化剂进行共晶改性成为提升固体推进剂能量、安全等性能的重要途径。根据固体推进剂对氧化剂的性能要求,分析了各种氧化剂应用在推进剂配方中存在的性能优势和不足。综述了近年来CL-20、ADN等氧化剂在机械感度、吸湿性、氧平衡等方面的共晶改性情况,总结了当前已报道的共晶氧化剂相比原材料出现的性能优缺点和在制备与应用过程中存在的问题,展望了未来固体推进剂用氧化剂共晶改性的发展方向与应用前景。
