The large-scale green tide caused by Ulva has occurred successively in the Yellow Sea since 2007,and new events of green tide also continued to appear in nearby sea areas,indicating an undergoing rapid development of occurrence patterns for harmful macroalgal blooms(HMBs)along coastal *** August 2021,a green tide occurred for the first time in Bayuquan sea area of Yingkou city,liaoning Province in the Bohai *** this study,morphological and molecular approaches were used to identify the causative species as ***,an alien subtropical alga previously found to dominate green tides in the South China *** to the hydrological data of Bayuquan in summer 2021,combined with morphological and developmental observations for this alga,we hypothesized that the disturbance caused by the typhoon In-Fa might have detached the local *** from substrates,especially for those thalli with poorly developed holdfasts,and the ensuing wave-free period with unusually high temperature,which fell in the reported optimum growth temperature for ***,might have provided the favorable conditions for the final bloom of the floating *** is the first report on the bloom of subtropical *** in the north temperate sea zone,indicating that the ecological risk of causing green tides in the future by this rapidly spreading species deserves high attention.

Correlation between liquid structure and glass forming ability in glassy Ag-based binary alloys

The atomic structures of liquid Ag-based binary alloys have been investigated in the solidification process by means of X-ray diffraction. The results of liquid structure show that there is a break point in the mean nearest neighbor distance r1 and the coordination number Nmin for glass-forming liquid, while the correlation radius rc and the coordination number Nmin display a monotone variational trend above the break point. It means glass-forming liquids have a steady changing in structure above liquidus and more inhomogeneous state at liquidus. We conclude that there is a strong correlation between liquid structure and glass forming ability in Ag-based binary alloys.

Abiotic aerobic oxidation pathways of stibnite revealed by oxygen and sulfur isotope systematics of sulfate

The environmental threat posed by stibnite is an important geoenvironmental issue of current *** better understand stibnite oxidation pathways,aerobic abiotic batch experiments were conducted in aqueous solution with varyingδ^(18)O_(H_(2)O) value at initial neutral pH for different lengths of time(15-300 days).The sulfate oxygen and sulfur isotope compositions as well as concentrations of sulfur and antimony species were *** sulfur isotope fractionation factor(△^(34)S_(SO4-stibnite))values decreased from 0.8‰to-2.1‰during the first 90 days,and increased to 2.6‰at the 180 days,indicating the dominated intermediate sulfur species such as S_(2)O_(3)^(2-),S0,and H_(2)S(g)involved in Sb2S3 oxidation *** incorporation of O into sulfate derived from O_(2)(~100%)indicated that the dissociated O_(2)was only directly adsorbed on the stibnite-S sites in the initial stage(0-90 days).The proportion of O incorporation into sulfate from water(27%-52%)increased in the late stage(90-300 days),which suggested the oxidation mechanism changed to hydroxyl attack on stibnite-S sites promoted by nearby adsorbed O_(2)on stibnite-Sb *** exchange of oxygen between sulfite and water may also contributed to the increase of water derived O into SO42-.The new insight of stibnite oxidation pathway contributes to the understanding of sulfide oxidation mechanism and helps to interpret field data.

The relationship between viscosity and glass forming ability of Al-(Ni)-Yb alloy systems

The dynamic viscosity of Al-Yb and Al-Ni-Yb superheated melts was measured using a torsional oscillation viscometer. The results show that the temperature dependence of viscosity fits the Arrhenius law well and the fitting factors are calculated. The amorphous ribbons of these alloys were produced by the melt spinning technique and the thermal properties were characterized by using a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). E (the activation energy for viscous flow), which reflects the change rate of viscosity, has a good negative relation with the GFA in both Al-Yb and Al-Ni-Yb systems. However, there is no direct relation between liquidus viscosity (ηl) and GFA. The superheated fragility M can predict GFA in Al-Yb or Al-Ni-Yb alloy system.

为获得噬菌体qdsa001的内溶素,本实验首先利用多种在线软件对内溶素lys56(Gen Bank:ARQ95812.1)的理化性质、信号肽、跨膜域和结构域等特性进行分析,然后选择克隆表达法制备目的蛋白。将合成的目的基因插入原核表达载体pET-30a中,构建重组质粒pET-30a-lys56,转化至大肠杆菌Rosetta(DE3)中,获得表达稳定的基因工程菌,经异丙基硫代-β-D-半乳糖苷(isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside,IPTG)诱导表达,利用镍琼脂糖亲和层析纯化表达产物。经在线软件预测结果显示,该蛋白分子质量为35.1 k Da,无信号肽和跨膜域,仅含有一个Ami_2结构域。十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析显示重组蛋白表达成功,且以可溶性蛋白的形式存在于细胞破碎上清液,分子质量约35 k Da,与预期蛋白大小一致。重组蛋白最佳表达条件为:IPTG浓度0.5 mmol/l,20℃过夜诱导。

4-Nitrophenol(4-NP),as a toxic and refractory pollutant,has generated significant concern due to its adverse ***,the potential toxic effects andmechanism remained *** this study,the reproduction,development,locomotion and reactive oxygen species(ROS)production of Caenorhabditis elegans were investigated to evaluate the 4-NP *** used metabolomics to assess the potential damage *** role of metabolites in mediating the relationship between 4-NP and phenotypes was examined by correlation and mediation analysis.4-NP(8 ng/l and 8μg/l)caused significant reduction of brood size,ovulation rate,total germ cells numbers,head thrashes and body bends,and an increase in ***,the oosperm numbers in uterus,body length and body width were decreased in 8μg/***,36 differential metabolites were enriched in the significant metabolic pathways,including lysine biosynthesis,β-alanine metabolism,tryptophan metabolism,pentose phosphate pathway,pentose and glucuronate interconversions,amino sugar and nucleotide sugar metabolism,starch and sucrose metabolism,galactose metabolism,propanoate metabolism,glycerolipid metabolism,and estrogen signaling *** mechanism of 4-NP toxicity was that oxidative stress caused by the perturbation of amino acid,which had effects on energy metabolism through disturbing carbohydrate and lipid metabolism,and finally affected the estrogen signaling pathway to exert toxic ***,correlation and mediation analysis showed glycerol-3P,glucosamine-6P,glucosamine-1P,UDP-galactose,l-aspartic acid,and uracilwere potential markers for the reproduction and glucose-1,6P2 for developmental *** results provided insight into the pathways involved in the toxic effects caused by 4-NP and developed potential biomarkers to evaluate 4-NP toxicity.

城市攀缘植物具有吸附颗粒物及累积重金属的作用,能够有效改善城市生态环境。通过对6种攀缘植物叶片单位面积吸附不同粒径颗粒物、叶面颗粒物及叶片中重金属含量进行研究得出:五叶地锦(Parthenocissus quinquefolia)单位面积吸附总颗粒物量最大(12.56mg/cm2),七姊妹(Rose multiflora)和金银花(lonicera japonica)较小。凌霄(Campsis grandiflora)吸附大颗粒物能力最强,木通(Akebia quinata)吸附粗颗粒物和细颗粒物能力最强。植物叶面颗粒物及叶片中重金属含量具有显著差异,地锦(Parthenocissus tricuspidata)叶面颗粒物中Cr含量最大,木通叶面颗粒物中Cu含量最大,五叶地锦叶面颗粒物中Pb,Zn和Cd含量最大。地锦叶片对Cr和Pb的富集能力最强,五叶地锦叶片对Zn和Cd的富集能力最强,凌霄叶片对Cu的富集能力最强。通过计算相关系数表明,除Cu之外,叶面颗粒物中4种重金属均与不同粒径颗粒物表现出正相关关系,其中Cr、Pb和Zn与细颗粒物的相关系数分别为0.760,0.759和0.813。植物叶片中重金属Cr与细颗粒物呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.787。叶片中各重金属含量受到叶面颗粒物中各重金属含量的显著影响,叶面颗粒物中Cu-Pb、Pb-Zn、Cd-Cr呈极显著正相关,叶片中Zn-Pb、Cd-Cr、Cd-Pb、Cd-Zn呈极显著正相关,表明大部分重金属具有同源性。

多数恶性入侵水生植物都是克隆植物,阐明克隆整合属性对其潜在入侵性的影响对了解其入侵机制具有重要意义.以喜旱莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)为研究对象,研究其克隆整合(匍匐茎连接)对入侵本地黄花水龙(ludwigia peploides)种群时的光合性能、生长、竞争力和资源分配的影响,探讨克隆整合对该植物入侵性的贡献.结果表明,竞争显著降低了喜旱莲子草的光系统Ⅱ最大量子产量、总生物量、分株数和总匍匐茎长;但克隆整合却显著促进了竞争环境中喜旱莲子草的生长,提高了其光合特性、根冠比以及对本地物种的竞争力,因而有利于其入侵性的增强.

典型铁氧化物对Hg(Ⅱ)吸附及其机制的比较研究

以自然环境中广泛存在的水铁矿、赤铁矿、针铁矿3种典型铁氧化物为研究对象,比较了不同实验条件下(pH、黄腐酸、共存离子、离子强度)3种铁氧化物对Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附过程及其机制.结果表明:水铁矿(37.49 mg·g^(-1))和针铁矿(35.60 mg·g^(-1))对汞的吸附量相当,赤铁矿对汞的吸附量(15.92 mg·g^(-1))较低;吸附过程符合准二级动力学和langmuir模型;吸附热力学研究发现,水铁矿、赤铁矿吸附汞的△H为正值,表明温度升高有利于吸附,而针铁矿与之相反;溶液pH值从3升至9时,水铁矿、赤铁矿、针铁矿对汞的吸附量分别提高了53.10%、37.73%、50.53%;添加黄腐酸可提高铁氧化物对汞的吸附;离子强度增加,针铁矿对汞的吸附量下降,而水铁矿和赤铁矿与之相反;不同阴离子共存时,水铁矿受P_(2)O_(7)^(4-)的影响最为显著.结合X射线光电子能谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析结果,水铁矿主要吸附机理是吸附剂表面-OH中的H^(+)被Hg^(2+)替换形成了内表面络合物,针铁矿主要依靠静电引力形成了外表面络合物,而赤铁矿依靠Fe-O键的断裂和表面络合反应的协同作用吸附Hg(Ⅱ).研究表明,针铁矿是处理低浓度含汞废水(l^(-1))的最佳吸附材料,而赤铁矿在含有复杂共存离子的废水中(特别是含有P_(2)O_(7)^(4-)的废水)将是理想的吸附剂.
