A new prenylated indole alkaloid 11,17-epi-mangrovamide A(1),a new natural occurring product,1,7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-8-hydroxymethyl-xanthone(2),two known alkaloids,mangrovamide A(3)and mangrovamide G(4),and four known polyketide derivatives(5–8)were isolated and identified from the cold-seep sediment derived fungal strain Talaromyces funiculosus SD-523.Their structures were elucidated by combination of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),high resolution electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy(HRESIMS),quantum chemical electronic circular dichroism(ECD),and DP4+probability analysis as well as by comparison of the data with literature reports.All isolated compounds were tested for antibacterial activities.

Using unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)to collect data in wireless sensor networks(WSNs)has advantages of controllable mobility and flexible deployment.However,there are potential challenges of energy limitation and data security which may limit such applications.To cope with these challenges,a complicated and intractable optimization problem is formulated,which maximizes the performance metric of secrecy energy efficiency(EE)subject to the constraints of secrecy rate,maximum power,and trajectory.Then,an energy-efficient and secure solution is developed to improve the secrecy EE of the UAV-enabled data collection in the WSNs by joint optimizing the UAV’s trajectory and velocity along with the sensors’power.The proposed solution is an iterative algorithm based on the optimization approaches of alternating optimization,successive convex approximation,and fractional programming.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed solution scheme is effective for improving the secrecy EE while guaranteeing the data security.

link prediction has attracted wide attention among interdisciplinaryresearchers as an important issue in complex network. It aims to predict the missing links in current networks and new links that will appear in future networks.Despite the presence of missing links in the target network of link prediction studies, the network it processes remains macroscopically as a large connectedgraph. However, the complexity of the real world makes the complex networksabstracted from real systems often contain many isolated nodes. This phenomenon leads to existing link prediction methods not to efficiently implement the prediction of missing edges on isolated nodes. Therefore, the cold-start linkprediction is favored as one of the most valuable subproblems of traditional linkprediction. However, due to the loss of many links in the observation network, thetopological information available for completing the link prediction task is extremely scarce. This presents a severe challenge for the study of cold-start link prediction. Therefore, how to mine and fuse more available non-topologicalinformation from observed network becomes the key point to solve the problemof cold-start link prediction. In this paper, we propose a framework for solving thecold-start link prediction problem, a joint-weighted symmetric nonnegative matrixfactorization model fusing graph regularization information, based on low-rankapproximation algorithms in the field of machine learning. First, the nonlinear features in high-dimensional space of node attributes are captured by the designedgraph regularization term. Second, using a weighted matrix, we associate the attribute similarity and first order structure information of nodes and constrain eachother. Finally, a unified framework for implementing cold-start link prediction isconstructed by using a symmetric nonnegative matrix factorization model to integrate the multiple information extracted together. A green environmental protection and enhanced leaching process was proposed to recover all elements from spent lithium iron phosphate(liFePO_(4))lithium batteries.In order to reduce the influence of Al impurity in the recovery process,NaOH was used to remove impurity.After impurity removal,the spent liFePO_(4)cathode material was used as raw material under the H2SO4 system,and the pressure oxidation leaching process was adopted to achieve the preferential leaching of lithium.The E-pH diagram of the Fe ePeAleH_(2)O system can determine the stable region of each element in the recovery process of spent liFePO_(4)li-batteries.Under the optimal conditions(500 r·min^(-1),15 h,363.15 K,0.4 MPa,the liquidesolid ratio was 4:1 ml·g^(-1)and the acidematerial ratio was 0.29),the leaching rate of li was 99.24%,Fe,Al,and Ti were 0.10%,2.07%,and 0.03%,respectively.The Fe and P were precipitated and recovered as FePO_(4)·2H_(2)O.The kinetic analysis shows that the process of high-pressure acid leaching of spent liFePO_(4)materials depends on the surface chemical reaction.Through the life cycle assessment(LCA)of the spent liFePO_(4)whole recovery process,eight midpoint impact categories were selected to assess the impact of recovery process.The results can provide basic environmental information on production process for recycling industry.

Study on Late Cretaceous-Cenozoic exhumation of the Yanji area,NE China: insights from low-temperature thermochronology

The Yanji area,northeastern China,a part of the orogenic collage between the North China Block in the south and the Jiamusi-Khanka Massifs in the northeast,is the most likely location where the Pacific Plate subduction・related magmatic activities and subsequent exhumation processes occurred.Here,we report new low-temperature thermochronology of apatite and zircon data from the granitoid samples in the Yanji area.The exhumation rates of Tianfozhishan,Yanji area,were〜0.049 and〜0.073 mm/year,interpreted from the elevations and apatite and zircon fission track ages,respectively.The exhumation,integrated with the geological setting,suggested that the paleogeothermal gradient of the Tianfozhishan,even extending to the Yanji area,was possibly to be greater than 35℃/km in the Late Cretaceous.The thermal history modeling of the data indicates a basically similar pattern,but the various timing for different samples between the Oligocene-Early Miocene and the Middle Miocene in the Yanji area.We hence conclude that a fourstages of cooling,from〜6.7℃/Ma(during the Late Cretaceous),to〜0.8℃/Ma(during the Late Cretaceous to the Oligocene-Early Miocene),then to〜2-3℃/Ma with varied styles(between the Oligocene-Early Miocene and the Middle Miocene),and finally to3 km under a reasonable paleogeothermal gradient(>35℃/km),speculated from the possible exhumation rate of Tianfozhishan.Combined with the tectonic setting,this exhumation,including two stages of pronounced tectonic uplift and denudation and two stages of weak exhumation driven by the low regional erosion rate,is possibly related to the subduction of the Pacific Plate beneath the Eurasian Plate since the Late Cretaceous.This study used more robust evidence to propose higher paleogeothermal gradient(>35℃/km),reflecting exhumation of>3 km in the Yanji area since the Late Cretaceous.

The hurdle technology for food preservation effectively addresses the limitations of individual antimicrobial technologies by integrating their strengths. It can not only prolong the storage time of food but also maintains its high quality. In this study， three antimicrobial and bactericidal technologies， namely soluble gas stabilization (SGS)， modified atmosphere packaging (MAP)， and cold plasma (CP)， were applied to chilled chicken breasts. The packaging， total viable count， and physicochemical properties of chilled chicken breasts after treatments and storage at 4℃ were monitored. The microbial diversity at the initial and end points of the storage time of each group was also analyzed. The results indicated that a (3-5) h SGS treatment can effectively increase the proportion of carbon dioxide in the MAP during the storage process of chilled chicken breasts， thereby alleviating the packaging collapse problem. Simultaneously， the effect of SGS， MAP， and CP combinational treatments significantly extended the storage time of chilled chicken breasts while maintaining the physicochemical qualities of samples. Compared to the control group， the total viable count (TVC) of chicken breast treated with SGS， MAP， and CP treatments decreased by 0.58 log CFU/g at 0 d. The shelf life was extended by 5 days. After 8 d， the total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) was 26.67 vs 19.50 mg/100g， thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) was 0.99 vs 0.72 mg MDA/kg， and TVC was 8.22 vs 6.52 log CFU/g. High-throughput sequencing results showed that SGS and MAP treatments significantly reduce the proportion of Pseudomonas and Psychrobacter， which are sensitive to carbon dioxide， in the total bacterial genera. This study underscores the potential of integrating multiple antimicrobial technologies for effective food preservation.

Powdery mildew(PM),caused by Blumeria graminis f.***.tritici(Bgt),is one of the destructive wheat diseases worldwide.Wild emmer wheat(Triticum turgidum ssp.dicoccoides,WEW),a tetraploid progenitor of common wheat,is a valuable genetic resource for wheat disease resistance breeding programs.We developed three hexaploid pre-breeding lines with PM resistance genes derived from three WEW accessions.These resistant pre-breeding lines were crossed with susceptible common wheat accessions.Segregations in the F2populations were 3 resistant:1 susceptible,suggesting a single dominant allele in each resistant parent.Mapping of the resistance gene in each line indicated a single locus on the long arm of chromosome 7A,at the approximate location of previously cloned Pm60 from T.urartu.Sanger sequencing revealed three different Pm60 haplotypes(Hap 3,Hap 5,and Hap 6).Co-segregating diagnostic markers were developed for identification and selection of each haplotype.The resistance function of each haplotype was verified by the virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS).Common wheat lines carrying each of these Pm60 haplotypes were resistant to most Bgt isolates and differences in the response arrays suggested allelic variation in response.

卵巢肝样腺癌(hepatoid carcinoma of the ovary,HCO)是一种罕见的原发于卵巢的具有肝样分化特征的特殊类型腺癌。绝经后妇女较为多见,常伴有血清甲胎蛋白水平显著增高,病理形态特征类似于肝细胞癌,免疫组织化学甲胎蛋白、HepPar-1、Glypican3的表达对诊断有帮助。目前多数人认为HCO起源于卵巢表面上皮,多处取材有时可见混杂浆液性癌等其他腺癌成分。鉴别诊断包括肝样卵黄囊瘤、转移性肝细胞癌、支持间质肿瘤等。本例报道HCO中检测到CTNNB1基因突变(p.D32Y),TERT突变(启动子区C228T突变);其对HCO来源和潜在治疗靶点选择的作用,有待进一步研究。

Facet-induced coordination competition for highly ordered CsPbBr_(3) nanoplatelets with strong polarized emission

Controllable anisotropic growth of perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)is challenging since it is difficult to separate the nucleation and growth processes.Here,a two-step nucleation strategy is proposed to control the binding interaction between surface ligands and NCs,resulting in facet-induced coordination competition.Oleic acid as surface activated ligand leads to the formation of defective lead bromine octahedron,and the binding interaction between 4-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid and lead atoms promotes the formation of two kinds of binding interactions.Based on this strategy,the anisotropic growth of CsPbBr_(3) nanoplatelet(NPLs)with adjusted length from 11.4 to 24 nm,and the evolution of NPLs from stacked to tongue-shaped have been realized.Elemental line scan reveals the sulfur atoms mainly distribute at the edge of NPLs.Furthermore,binding energy calculation and experimental results illustrate the coordination competition of different binding interaction on specific facets induces the anisotropic growth of NPLs.Importantly,strong emission anisotropy of highly ordered NPLs with polarization ratio up to 0.58 is illustrated.This work not only deepens our understanding of the controllable synthesis of perovskite NCs,but also provides a reference for the regulation of light emitting diode and soler cells.
