N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)RNA modification is a conserved mechanism that regulates the fate of RNA across eukaryotic *** its significance,a comprehensive analysis of m^(6)A-related genes in non-model plants,such as kiwifruit,is ***,we identified 36 m^(6)A-related genes in the kiwifruit genome according to homology and phylogenetic *** performed bioinformatics and evolutionary analyses of the writer,eraser,and reader families of m^(6)A *** of public RNA-seq data collected from samples under various biotic and abiotic stresses indicated that most m^(6)A-related genes were remarkably expressed under different *** construction of gene co-expression networks,we found significant correlations between several m^(6)A-related genes and transcription factors(TFs)as well as receptor-like genes during the development and ripening of ***,we performed ATAC-seq assays on diverse kiwifruit tissues to investigate the regulatory mechanisms of m^(6)A-related *** identified 10 common open chromatin regions that were present in at least two tissues,and these regions might serve as potential binding sites for MADS protein,C2H2 protein,and other predicted *** study offers comprehensive insights into the gene family of m^(6)A-related components in kiwifruit,which will lay foundation for exploring mechanisms of post-transcriptional regulation involved in development and adaptation of kiwifruit.

The chlorine evolution reaction(CER)is a crucial step in the production of chlorine gas and active chlorine by chlor-alkali ***,the endeavor to fabricate electrodes capable of yielding high current density at minimal overpotential remains a central challenge in advancing the realm of chlorine evolution ***,we grow TiO_(2)and RuO_(2)on MXene@carbon cloth(CC)through the favorable affinity and induced deposition effect between the surface functional groups of MXene and the metal.A self-supported electrode(RuTiO_(2)/MXene@CC)with strong binding at the electrocatalyst-support interface and weak adhesion at electrocatalyst-bubble interface is *** RuTiO_(2)/MXene@CC can reduce the electron density of RuO_(2)by regulating the electron redistribution at the heterogeneous interface,thus enhancing the adsorption of Cl−.RuTiO_(2)/MXene@CC could achieve a high current density of 1000 mA·cm^(−2)at a small overpotential of 220 mV,superior to commercial dimensionally stable anodes(DSA).This study provides a new strategy for constructing efficient CER catalysts at high current density.

The tireless pursuit of supercapacitors with high energy density entails the parallel advancement of wellsuited electrode materials and elaborately engineered ***(PPy)emerges as an exceedingly conductive polymer and a prospective pseudocapacitive materials for supercapacitors,yet the inferior cyclic stability and unpredictable polymerization patterns severely impede its real-world ***,for the first time,an innovative seed-induced in-situ polymerization assisted 3D printing strategy is proposed to fabricate PPy-reduced graphene oxide/poly(vinylidene difluoride-cohexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)(PPy-rGO/PH)electrodes with controllable polymerization behavior and exceptional areal mass *** preferred active sites uniformly pre-planted on the 3D-printed graphene substrates serve as reliable seeds to induce efficient polypyrrole deposition,achieving an impressive mass loading of 185.6 mg cm^(-2)(particularly 79.2 mg cm^(-2)for polypyrrole)and a superior areal capacitance of 25.2 F cm^(-2)at 2 mA cm^(-2)for a 12-layer *** agreement with theses appealing features,an unprecedented areal energy density of 1.47 mW h cm^(-2)for a symmetrical device is registered,a rarely achieved value for other PPy/rGO-based *** work highlights a promising route to preparing high energy density energy storage modules for real-world applications.

The phenotypic diversity resulting from artificial or natural selection of sheep has made a significant contribution to human *** sheep are a local sheep breed unique to China with high reproductive rates and rapid *** selection signatures have been widely used to investigate the genetic mechanisms underlying phenotypic variation in ***,we conduct whole-genome sequencing of 207 Hu sheep and compare them with the wild ancestors of domestic sheep(Asiatic mouflon)to investigate the genetic characteristics and selection signatures of Hu *** on six signatures of selection approaches,we detect genomic regions containing genes related to reproduction(BMPR1B,BMP2,PGFS,CYP19,CAMK4,GGT5,and GNAQ),vision(ALDH1A2,SAG,and PDE6B),nervous system(NAV1),and immune response(GPR35,SH2B2,PIK3R3,and HRAS).Association analysis with a population of 1299 Hu sheep reveals that those missense mutations in the GPR35(GPR35 g.952651 A>G;GPR35 g.952496 C>T)and NAV1(NAV1 g.84216190 C>T;NAV1 g.84227412 G>A)genes are significantly associated(Plitates further genetic improvement and molecular investigations.

A sediment core(YJK19-02)collected from the southern outlet of Hangzhou Bay near the Yongjiang River estuary in East China was analyzed for grain size,lignin,bulk elemental composition,stable carbon isotope,and rare earth elements(REEs)to determine the sources and diagenesis of sedimentary organic matter(OM)of the estuary and adjacent areas since the Late Pleistocene.δ^(13)C values(-24.80‰–-23.60‰),total organic carbon/total nitrogen(TOC/TN)molar ratios(8.00–12.14),and light rare earth element/heavy rare earth element ratios(LREE/HREE=8.34–8.91)revealed the predominance of terrestrial sources of OM,mainly from the Changjiang(Yangtze)*** lignin parameters of syringyl/vanillyl(S/V=0.20–0.73)and cinnamyl/vanillyl(C/V=0.03–0.19)ratios indicate the predominance of nonwoody angiosperms,and the vanillic acid/vanillin ratios[(Ad/Al)_(V)=0.32–1.57]indicate medium to high degrees of lignin *** increasing trend ofΛ(total lignin in mg/100-mg OC)values from ca.14500 a BP to ca.11000 a BP reflected the increase in temperature during the Late ***,a time lag effect of temperature on vegetation abundance was also *** relatively higher and stableΛvalues correspond to the higher temperature during the mid-Holocene from ca.8500 a BP to ca.4500 a BP.Λvalues decreased from ca.4000 a BP to the present,corresponding to historical temperature fluctuations during this *** results show that the vegetation abundance in the Yongjiang River Basin since the Late Pleistocene was related to the temperature fluctuation duo to climate change.

中西小说文体有着深刻的差异,其一是小说人物与真实人物的关系。中国古代小说研究对原型人物的索隐即是这一差异在研究策略上的体现。唐传奇《李娃传》的人物原型向来众说纷纭,恰可作为此类研究的样例。作品在细节上透露了原型的痕迹,却又在行文中尽量避免提及男主人公名字甚至姓氏,这正是作品掩盖原型的策略。据杜德桥的看法,其原型当为郑方逵兄弟。将传文中的主要时间节点与郑方逵家族比照,也若合符契。同时,元稹也是讨论相关问题的关键人物,甚至作品奇异的开端及其中提及白行简从未任职的“监察御史”很可能就是指元稹;结尾中的“伯祖”也可以确指其人。这些由原型延伸出来的考辨都指向作者、作品与其时代环境的互相映射。

GFRP-轻木夹芯梁弯曲蠕变试验及预测

以玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)为面层,轻木(Balsa)为芯材的GFRP-balsa夹芯结构在基础设施领域的应用范围不断扩大,但GFRP-balsa夹芯结构具有粘弹性,易于发生蠕变变形。为此,在温度为(25±1)℃,相对湿度为55%±5%的环境下,利用自主设计的弯曲蠕变加载装置对GFRP-balsa夹芯梁在20%、25%和30%荷载等级下的三点弯曲蠕变性能进行了3000~8760 h的测试,并利用多种模型对GFRP-balsa夹芯梁的蠕变响应进行了模拟和预测。结果表明:在试验荷载等级下,GFRP-balsa夹芯梁表现出线性粘弹性;弯曲蠕变对GFRP-balsa夹芯梁的跨中挠度具有重要影响,所有试件在3000 h的蠕变系数均不小于0.35;Findley模型适用于单一荷载等级下GFRP-balsa夹芯梁时变总挠度的拟合,在3000 h的拟合值与试验值之间的最大相对误差仅为0.7%;Bailey-Norton模型和通用幂次律模型分别适用于荷载等级不超过30%的GFRPbalsa夹芯梁蠕变挠度和时变总挠度的预测,在一年时,Bailey-Norton模型和通用幂次律模型预测值与试验值之间的最大相对误差分别为8.3%和5.9%。

基于像素值排序(pixel-value-ordering,PVO)的可逆隐藏方法借助像素块内的最值关系进行有效预测和可逆嵌入,具有显著优势。然而,现有基于PVO的方法大多在单一序列中进行预测和修改,导致每个像素块内参与生成直方图的像素数量相对固定。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种基于双层像素值排序的可逆信息隐藏方法,它在像素块中分层得到两个有序序列,并在两个序列之间进行跨序列预测,因此能够自适应地确定生成直方图的像素数量。同时,为双层嵌入所生成的直方图设计了不同的修改规则,以减少嵌入失真。实验结果表明,本方法具有较好的可逆嵌入性能。

清代乾隆时期长芦盐商借还官帑的演变与引岸权问题

清朝的长芦盐商很大程度上通过借还官帮和朝廷保持紧密的联系。在朝廷与盐商的资金互动中,引岸权成为多方用于博奔并寻求获利的重要媒介,并在具体运作过程中不断被修定。在通过借帮可以获得盐利以外的可观收入的情况下,盐商获取引岸权并不在经营盐业而在借此获借官牟利,同时还通过吸收附在引岸权上的欠帮来扩大引窝价,以套借更多官帮。但乾隆中后期朝廷改变了官帮政策,减少现银投入和加强欠帮管理,使得盐商出现资金危机,借帮变成只是账面上的移东补西,盐商债务越滚越大乃至破产抄家。官帮的借还政策影响着盐商的资本和经营策略并直接反映在引岸权上。为借官帮而被不断抬高的引窝价导致了清代中后期盐业实际经营成本的增涨,而一旦官帮这一资金链中断,长芦盐业经济也就陷入危机。
