Green tides caused by the bloom of Ulva prolifera have affected the Yellow Sea annually since *** explore the intrinsic causes of successive blooms,field investigations and indoor simulation experiments were conducted using micro-propagules of *** January to February 2014,micro-propagules of various green algae,including ***,Ulva flexuosa,and Ulva linza,were prevalent in the coastal waters of Rudong,Lianyungang,and ***,in March 2014,micro-propagules of *** were not detected in the coastal waters of Lianyungang and *** the spores nor gametes of *** can germinate at temperatures below 5℃.At 2℃and 5℃,*** spores and gametes could survive for 1-3 months at a light intensity range of 0-30μmol m^(-2)s^(-1)and for less than 1 month if the light intensity exceeded 30μmol m^(-2)s^(-1).By integrating indoor experiments and field investigations,this study found that *** spores and gametes could overwinter in the Rudong coastal area,which is an important factor for the annual emergence of recurring green tides in the Yellow Sea.

In this paper, size-controlled and surface-functionalized RhB-labeled and Cyclosporin A （CsA）-loaded polysty- rene （PS） nanospheres were successfully synthesized via miniemulsion polymerization. The biophysical properties of PEG functionalized PS nanospheres from protein adsorption, blood compatibility, cell compatibility and cell penetrability showed the nanoparticles with high biocompatibility. These results indicated that PEG modified PS nanospheres showed outstanding properties as low size distribution （0.164）, high encapsulation efficiency （98.3%）, long re-calcification time （50% than positive control）, low hemolysis ratio （3.19%） and high cell viability （95.3%）. This work could be used as a good drug delivery system for CsA.

Proteins are the major organic component s of waste activated sludge(WAS);the recovery of sludge proteins is economically *** efficiently recover sludge proteins,WAS should undergo hydrolysis pretreatment to fully release proteins from sludge flocs and microbial cells into aqueous *** of the most widely used chemical methods for that is thermal alkali hydrolysis(TAH).Here,the soluble protein concentration achieved the highest level over 90 min of TAH pretreatment at 80°C;the sludge floc disintegration and microbial cell destruction were maximized according to the content profiles of bound extracellular polymeric substance(EPS)and ribonucleic acid(RNA)of *** less proteins broken down to materials with small molecular weight and less melanoidin generated were *** pretreatment at 80°C for 90 min resulted in the solubilization of 67.59% of sludge proteins.34.64% of solubilized proteins was present in soluble high molecular;1.55% and 4.85% broke down to polypeptides and amino *** lost proteins via being converted to ammonium and nitrate nitrogen accounted for 9.44% of solubilized *** was important to understand the fate of sludge proteins during TAH pretreatment in terms of protein recovery,which would be helpful for designing the downstream protein separation method and its potential application.

This study is to prepare a nanosuspension based on poly（lactic-co-glycolic acid）（PLGA） for delivery, controlled release and enhanced anti-solid tumor effects of As2O3. As2O3-1oaded PLGA nanocapsules （As2O3-PLGANCs） were prepared by double emulsion-solvent evaporation method and were optimized by univariate analysis in combination with orthogonal experimental according to several factors. The optimized As2O3-PLGA NCs presented suitable physical stability, favorable size of （200.2± 10.6） nm （PDI=0.117 ±0.008）, spherical shape, and high encapsulation efficiency （92.48%± 2.14%）. The in vitro suspension stability of the NCs was excellent. The release of As2O3 from the NCs showed pH responsive release characteristics. The NCs can be efficiently taken up by SMMC-7721 cell and showed excellent antitumor efficacy against SMMC-7721 cell line. Then, As2O3-PLGA NCs could be considered as a promising formulation for the pH dependent release of As2O3 in cancer cells and enhance the anti-solid tumor effects of As2O3.

In order to improve the therapeutic index and reduce the side effects of As2O3 so as to expand its clinical utility to solid tumors,As2O3-loaded polylactic acid（PLA）/magnetic nanoparticles（PAMNs） were prepared and the preparation conditions were optimized by the improved double emulsion solvent-evaporation method to obtain as a drug delivery system with a high As2O3 encapsulation efficiency and homogeneous nanosized *** loading of magnetic nanoparticles into the nanoparticles was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared（FTIR） *** drug loading,encapsulation efficiency and releasing properties of As2O3 in PAMNs were investigated by atomic fluorescence spectrometer ***,the in vitro antitumor efficacy of free As2O3 and As2O3-PAMNs against SMMC-7721 cell line was ***,confocal fluorescence microscopy was conducted to reveal the celluar uptake of As2O3-loaded PAMNs by SMMC-7721 cell line.

The synthesis of two series of [3-amino ketones containing a p-aminobenzoic acid moiety （TM.1 and TM-2） using a modified protocol of the Mannich reaction is reported. The molecular structures of a total of tweenty three new target compounds were characterized by ~H NMR, 1~C NMR, ESI-MS and HR-MS. Subsequently, their antidiabetic activities were screened in vitro. The c^-glucodase inhibition （c^-GI） activity of compound le reached a remarkable level of 66.50%. The peroxisome proliferator- activated receptor （PPAR） relative activation activities of six compounds are above 80%, and in particular 2i displays an un- precedentedly high PPAR of 130.91%. The structure-activity relationships of the compounds were established. 2i is also sub- ject to further in-depth investigation.

乳牙融合牙及其继承恒牙的临床研究

目的应用全口牙位曲面体层片技术研究乳牙融合牙的特点及其继承恒牙的表现类型。方法收集2023年1月—2024年7月苏州口腔医院影像数据库中3~6岁乳牙列期儿童的全口牙位曲面体层片,共纳入14404张,观察记录乳牙融合牙的发生情况,同时记录其继承恒牙的表现类型。应用SPSS 24.0统计软件分析所得的数据。结果乳牙融合牙的发生率为3.06%(441/14404),好发牙位从高到低的顺序为:下颌乳侧切牙和乳尖牙融合(58.18%)>下颌乳中切牙和侧切牙融合(30.91%)>上颌乳中切牙和侧切牙融合(8.89%)>乳切牙和多生牙融合(2.02%)。乳牙融合牙发生于男孩226例,女孩215例,性别间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者发生1对乳牙融合牙有387例,2对乳牙融合牙有54例。乳牙融合牙发生于右侧有287对,左侧有208对,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者发生下颌乳牙融合牙有443对,上颌有54对,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者发生单侧乳牙融合牙有387例,双侧有54例,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。乳牙融合牙其继承恒牙有3种表现类型:1)继承恒牙缺失占49.49%(245/495);2)继承恒牙不缺失占46.67%(231/495);3)继承恒牙融合牙占3.84%(19/495)。结论乳牙融合牙发生率为3.06%,好发于下前牙区,无性别差异,融合牙1对多发,右侧多于左侧,下颌多于上颌,单侧多于双侧,乳牙融合牙对继承恒牙有一定影响,儿童口腔医生应重视并密切追踪观察恒牙列是否存在异常,早期发现预防乳牙融合牙产生的危害。

Effect of Al on Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of the Ultrahigh Carbon Steels

In this research, we tried to find a simple processing method to break up the network carbides in ultrahigh carbon steels (UHCS). Our results revealed that Al addition was favorable to the decrease in the proeutectoid carbides, the pearlite-colony size and the pearlitic interlamellar spacing of the forged microstructures, and that a fully-pearlitic structure was obtained in the UHCS containing 1.6 wt pct Al. The quenching-and-tempering process resulted in fine microstructure in those steels. On the other hand, the strength of the UHCSs increased with the increase of the Al content, and the highest strength was obtained at the UHCS with 1.6 wt pct Al. The UHCSs with Al contents higher than 1.3 wt pct showed a high tensile strength of more than δb=1000 MPa and good ductility of higher than δ5=10% at ambient temperature.

Clinical Intervention Effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on Aspirin Resistant Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

[Objectives]To study the clinical intervention effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on aspirin-resistant patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).[Methods]240 patients with coronary heart disease who took Aspirin were selected to measure thrombocytopenia by *** were randomly divided into four groups:group A(n=60),Compound Danshen Dripping Pills and *** B(n=60),aspirin;group C(n=60),high dose aspirin;group D(n=60),Compound Danshen Dripping *** and PF were determined by sonoclot after one *** incidence of angina pectoris,acute myocardial infarction,sudden cardiac death and hemorrhage were observed.[Results]After treatment,the CR and PF levels of group A and C were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there was no significant difference between group B and D and before *** treatment,the levels of CR and PF in group A and C were significantly lower than those in group B and D,and there was a significant *** pectoris and myocardial infarction events in group D were significantly higher than the other four groups;hemorrhage events in group C were significantly higher than the other three groups.[Conclusions]Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with aspirin can be used as an economical,effective,and more dependent alternative to inhibit platelet activity in aspirin resistance,and can further reduce the occurrence of acute coronary events.
