软土地区沉井施工引起地表沉降预测计算方法

沉井已被广泛应用于软土区的地下空间建设,但其下沉过程引起的地表沉降大小及分布不清,缺乏预测方法。本文以上海地区某沉井工程为背景,基于上海典型土层的HSS模型计算参数,采用有限差分法模拟圆形沉井下沉,基于对96个数值结果的系统分析和归一化研究,提出了一套沉井施工引起的地表沉降快速预测方法。该方法能够综合考虑沉井直径B、下沉深度H和井内留土高度h对地表沉降的影响。最后采用该计算方法预测了5个工程的地表沉降并同实测数据进行了对比,结果表明,该方法能够很好地预测软土区的沉井施工引起的地表沉降,可为快速评估沉井施工的环境效应提供有效方法。

A green environmental protection and enhanced leaching process was proposed to recover all elements from spent lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO_(4)) lithium *** order to reduce the influence of Al impurity in the recovery process,NaOH was used to remove *** impurity removal,the spent LiFePO_(4) cathode material was used as raw material under the H_(2)SO_(4) system,and the pressure oxidation leaching process was adopted to achieve the preferential leaching of *** E-pH diagram of the Fe-P-Al-H_(2)O system can determine the stable region of each element in the recovery process of spent LiFePO_(4)*** the optimal conditions(500 r·min^(-1),15 h,363.15 K,0.4 MPa,the liquid-solid ratio was 4:1 ml·g^(-1)and the acid-material ratio was 0.29),the leaching rate of Li was 99.24%,Fe,Al,and Ti were 0.10%,2.07%,and 0.03%,*** Fe and P were precipitated and recovered as FePO_(4)·2H_(2)*** kinetic analysis shows that the process of high-pressure acid leaching of spent LiFePO_(4) materials depends on the surface chemical *** the life cycle assessment(LCA)of the spent LiFePO_(4) whole recovery process,eight midpoint impact categories were selected to assess the impact of recovery *** results can provide basic environmental information on production process for recycling industry.

目的探究联合改良骨髓染色体制备方法和荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术,分析其在恶性血液病特别是在慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)中的临床应用价值。方法收集2019年1月至2022年6月来清远市人民医院就诊的355例恶性血液病患者作为研究对象,首先抽取16例患者的骨髓细胞对骨髓染色体制备的接种浓度、秋水仙碱浓度、时间和低渗等进行改良,优化后对培养时间进行单因素方差分析,按照不同培育时间(16 h、20 h、24 h和28 h)将每例平均分成A、B、C和D 4组;最后用改良方法对所有患者进行骨髓染色体核型分析,同时利用FISH技术对CML患者进行BCR-ABL融合基因检测,并对异常染色体统计分析。结果单因素方差分析发现4组染色体分裂相均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且B组(20 h)显著高于D组(P<0.05);B组的培养成功率同样显著高于D组(P<0.05)。355例恶性血液病患者均一性培养成功率为96.6%(343/355),异常染色体检出率为40.3%(143/355)。CML患者骨髓染色体和FISH阳性检出率一致,在加速期和急变期检出额外异常染色体。结论改良后的骨髓染色体短期培养法成功率高、稳定性好、异常染色体检出率高,培养在16~24 h之间为宜,20 h最为理想,不宜超过28 h;Ph染色体和额外异常染色体与CML病程密切相关,异常染色体核型的检出为临床对白血病的诊断分型、后续治疗及预后判断提供了重要参考依据。

Remote organ injury,which is a common secondary complication of sterile tissue damage,is a major cause of poor prognosis and is difficult to ***,we report the critical role of tissue-resident macrophages in lung injury after trauma or stroke through the inflammatory *** found that depleting tissue-resident macrophages rather than disrupting the recruitment of monocyte-derived macrophages attenuated lung injury after trauma or *** findings revealed that the release of circulating alarmins from sites of distant sterile tissue damage triggered an inflammatory response in lung-resident macrophages by binding to receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE)on the membrane,which activated epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR).Mechanistically,ligand-activated RAGE triggered EGFR activation through an interaction,leading to Rab5-mediated RAGE internalization and EGFR phosphorylation,which subsequently recruited and activated P38;this,in turn,promoted RAGE translation and trafficking to the plasma membrane to increase the cellular response to RAGE ligands,consequently exacerbating *** study also showed that the loss of RAGE or EGFR expression by adoptive transfer of macrophages,blocking the function of RAGE with a neutralizing antibody,or pharmacological inhibition of EGFR activation in macrophages could protect against trauma-or stroke-induced remote lung ***,our study revealed that targeting the RAGE-EGFR signaling pathway in tissue-resident macrophages is a potential therapeutic approach for treating secondary complications of sterile damage.

OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of Lichong Decoction(Lichong Decoction for strengthening anti-pathogenic Qi and eliminating blood stasis) on the expression of insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) mRNA in a rat model of uterine ***:Fifty female Wistar rats were randomized into a normal control group,model group,Lichong Decoction group,Guizhifuling Capsule(Capsule containing Cassia Twig and Poria) group,and Mifepristone *** uterine leiomyoma model was established by peritoneal injections of exogenous estrogen and progesterone *** ultrastructural changes in cells of rat uterine tissues were observed with transmission electron microscopy,and the expression of IGF-I and PCNA mRNA was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative ***:Following treatment,cells in the Lichong Decoction group appeared to be arranged normally,the cellular morphology were almost in a normal state,hyperplasia and hypertrophy of the chondriosome was reduced,collagen fibers were arranged in a regular manner,without obvious hyperplasia,and the expression of IGF-I and PCNA mRNA was significantly decreased compared with the model group(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS:The effect of Lichong Decoction on uterine leiomyoma is related to its function in reducing the expression of IGF-I and PCNA mRNA.

OBJECTIVE:To study on effects of Lichong decoction on expression of apoptosis-controlling genes,Bcl-2 and Bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax) mRNAs in hysteromyoma tissue of the hysteromyoma model ***:Fifty Wistar female rats were randomly divided into a normal group,a model group,a Lichong decoction group,a Guizifuling capsule group and a Mifepristone *** hysteromyoma rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of exogenous estrin and *** examination of uterine tissue,uterine coefficient and uterine transverse diameter were made under optic microscope and expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNAs in uterine tissue in the groups were detected with real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR) ***:After treatment,under microscope it was found that in the Lichong decoction group myometrium thinned,muscle fiber slightly overgrowth or long and thin,regular arrangement,inserting phenomenon of inner circular muscle and external longitudinal muscle was occasionally or not seen in the Lichong decoction *** uterine coefficient and the uterine transverse diameter significantly decreased(P<0.01),and Bcl-2 mRNA expression significantly decreased(P<0.01) and Bax mRNA expression significantly increased in hysteromyoma tissue(P<0.01) in the Lichong decoction group as compared with the model ***:Therapeutic effects of Lichong decoction on hysteromyoma is related with decrease of Bcl-2 mRNA expression and increase of Bax mRNA expression.

Noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium(NVM),the third most diagnosed cardiomyopathy,is characterized by prominent trabeculae and intratrabecular ***,the genetic etiology of 40%–60%of NVM cases remains ***,we identify two infants with NVM,in a nonconsanguineous family,with a typical clinical presentation of persistent bradycardia since the prenatal period.A homozygous missense variant(R223L)of RCAN family member 3(RCAN3)is detected in both infants using whole-exome *** the zebrafish model,marked cardiac dysfunction is detected in rcan3 deficiency(MO-rcan3^(ATG)-injected)and rcan^(−/−) *** dysplasia of both endocardial and myocardial layers is also detected in rcan3-deficient ***3 R223L variant mRNAs can not rescue heart defects caused by rcan3 knockdown or knockout;however,hRCAN3 mRNAs rescue these ***-seq experiments show that several genes involved in cardiomyopathies are significantly regulated through multiple signaling pathways in the rcan3-knockdown zebrafish *** human cardiomyocytes,RCAN3 deficiency results in reduced proliferation and increased apoptosis,together with an abnormal mitochondrial ***,we suggest that RCAN3 is a susceptibility gene for cardiomyopathies,especially NVM and that the R223L mutation is a potential loss-of-function variant.
