The environmental analysis and site selection of mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas based on high resolution remote sensing

Mussel aquaculture and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas and their environmental characteristics in Zhoushan were analyzed using satellite data and in-situ surveys.A new two-step remote sensing method was proposed and applied to determine the basic environmental characteristics of the best mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture *** methodology includes the first step of extraction of the location distribution and the second step of the extraction of internal environmental *** fishery ranching index(FRI1,FRI2)was established to extract the mussel and the large yellow croaker aquaculture area in Zhoushan,using Gaofen-1(GF-1)and Gaofen-6(GF-6)satellite data with a special resolution of 2 *** the second step,the environmental factors such as sea surface temperature(SST),chlorophyll a(Chl-a)concentration,current and tide,suspended sediment concentration(SSC)in mussel aquaculture area and large yellow croaker aquaculture area were extracted and analyzed in *** results show the following three points.(1)For the extraction of the mussel aquaculture area,FRI1 and FRI2 are complementary,and the combination of FRI1 and FRI2 is suitable to extract the mussel aquaculture *** for the large yellow croaker aquaculture area extraction,FRI2 is suitable.(2)Mussel aquaculture and the large yellow croaker aquaculture area in Zhoushan are mainly located on the side near the islands that are away from the eastern open *** water environment factor template suitable for mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture was determined.(3)This two-step remote sensing method can be used for the preliminary screening of potential site selection for the mussels and large yellow croaker aquaculture area in the *** fishery ranching index(FRI1,FRI2)in this paper can be applied to extract the mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas in coastal waters around the world.

A series of spinel-type Mg_(0.25-x)Al_(2.57)O_(3.79)N_(0.21):xMn^(2+)(MgAlON:xMn^(2+))phosphors were synthesized by the solid-state reaction *** transparent ceramic phosphors were fabricated by pressureless sintering followed by hot-isostatic pressing(HIP).The crystal structure,luminescence and mechanical properties of the samples were systematically *** transparent ceramic phosphors with tetrahedrally coordinated Mn^(2+)show strong green emission centered around 515 nm under blue light *** the Mn^(2+)concentration increases,the crystal lattice expands slightly,resulting in a variation of crystal field and a slight red-shift of green emission *** weak absorption peaks in the transmittance spectra originate from the spin-forbidden ^(4)T_(1)(^(4)G)→^(6)A_(1) transition of Mn^(2+).The decay time was found to decrease from 5.66 to 5.16 ms with the Mn^(2+)*** present study contributes to the systematic understanding of crystal structure and properties of MgAlON:xMn^(2+)green-emitting transparent ceramic phosphor which has a potential application in high-power light-emitting diodes.

Detection in high fidelity of tipping points,the emergence of which is often induced by invisible changes in internal structures or/and external interferences,is paramountly beneficial to understanding and predicting complex dynamical systems(CDSs).Detection approaches,which have been fruitfully developed from several perspectives(e.g.,statistics,dynamics,and machine learning),have their own advantages but still encounter difficulties in the face of high-dimensional,fluctuating ***,using the reservoir computing(RC),a recently notable,resource-conserving machine learning method for reconstructing and predicting CDSs,we articulate a model-free framework to accomplish the detection only using the time series observationally recorded from the underlying unknown CDSs.

Enzymatic hydrolysis of proteins can enhance their emulsifying properties and antioxidant ***,the problem related to the hydrolysis of proteins was the generation of the bitter ***,high hydrostatic pressure(HHP)treatment has attracted much interest and has been used in several studies on protein ***,the study aimed to investigate the effects of enzymatic hydrolysis by Corolase PP under different pressure treatments(0.1,100,200,and 300 MPa for 1-5 h at 50℃)on the emulsifying property,antioxidant activity,and bitterness of soybean protein isolate hydrolysate(SPIH).As observed,the hydrolysate obtained at 200 MPa for 4 h had the highest emulsifying activity index(47.49 m^(2)/g)and emulsifying stability index(92.98%),and it had higher antioxidant activities(44.77%DPPH free radical scavenging activity,31.12%superoxide anion radical scavenging activity,and 61.50%copper ion chelating activity).At the same time,the enhancement of emulsion stability was related to the increase of zeta potential and the decrease of mean particle *** addition,the hydrolysate obtained at 200 MPa for 4 h had a lower bitterness value and showed better *** study has a broad application prospect in developing food ingredients and healthy foods.

Liver metastases(LMs)are common in lung *** substantial advances in diagnosis and treatment,the survival rate of patients with LM remains low as the immune-suppressive microenvironment of the liver allows tumor cells to evade the immune *** impact of LMs on the outcomes of immune checkpoint inhibitors in patients with solid tumors has been the main focus of recent translational and clinical *** evidence indicates that the hepatic microenvironment delivers paracrine and autocrine signals from non-parenchymal and parenchymal ***,these microenvironments create pre-and post-metastatic conditions for the progression of ***,we reviewed the epidemiology,physiology,pathology and immunology,of LMs associated with non-small cell lung cancer and the role and potential targets of the liver microenvironment in LM in each phase of ***,we reviewed the current treatment strategies and challenges that should be overcome in preclinical and clinical *** approaches target liver elements as the basis for future clinical trials,including combinatorial interventions reported to resolve hepatic immune suppression,such as immunotherapy plus chemotherapy,immunotherapy plus radiotherapy,immunotherapy plus anti-angiogenesis therapy,and surgical resection.

The terahertz(THz) absorption spectrum is a powerful method to identify substances. The improvement focuses on sensitivity and recovery ability. Here, we demonstrate enhanced THz vibrational absorption spectroscopy based on an on-chip THz whispering gallery mode resonator(THz-WGMR). A THz-WGMR with high Q can store energy and enhance the interaction between the THz waves and the target substances to capture the unique absorption fingerprint information. Therefore, it possesses significant sensitivity to identify trace amounts of substances. As a proof of concept, lactose powder and glucose powder are applied to demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach in recovering fingerprint absorption spectroscopy. Compared with a straight waveguide, the high sensitivity of the THz-WGMR is illustrated. The change of the transmissivity caused by the lactose reaches 7.8 d B around 532 GHz for the THz-WGMR, while only 1.4 d B for the straight waveguide, demonstrating the state-ofthe-art sensing performance in fingerprint absorption recovery. We believe the proposed integrated THz-WGMR will promote the THz identification of tiny fingerprint substances.

Bladder cancer(BC)is the tenth most prevalent malignancy globally,presenting significant clinical and societal challenges because of its high incidence,rapid progression,and frequent ***,cystoscopy and urine cytology serve as the established diagnostic methods for ***,their efficacy is limited by their invasive nature and low ***,the development of highly specific biomarkers and effective noninvasive detection strategies is imperative for achieving a precise and timely diagnosis of BC,as well as for facilitating an optimal tumor treatment and an improved ***(miRNAs),short noncoding RNA molecules spanning around 20–25 nucleotides,are implicated in the regulation of diverse carcinogenic *** altered miRNAs form robust functional regulatory networks that exert a notable influence on the tumorigenesis and progression of *** into aberrant miRNAs derived from blood,urine,or extracellular vesicles indicate their potential roles as diagnostic biomarkers and prognostic indicators in BC,enabling miRNAs to monitor the progression and predict the recurrence of the ***,the investigation centered on miRNA as a potential therapeutic agent presents a novel approach for the treatment of *** review comprehensively analyzes biological roles of miRNAs in tumorigenesis and progression,and systematically summarizes their potential as diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers,as well as therapeutic targets for ***,we evaluate the progress made in laboratory techniques within this field and discuss the prospects.

The earth-abundant and robust aluminum ferrite,AlFeO_(3)(AFO),is mainly studied in the context of ***,we demonstrate that AFO can be used as a stable solar absorber in photoelectrochemical cells for solar water splitting,exhibiting attractive *** is the first report on the photoelectrochemical activity of *** thin-film photoelectrodes prepared by solution-processing methods are composed of vertically oriented thin nanosheets,featuring the rhombohedral symmetry(R3c)and n-type *** as-prepared AFO photoanodes generate a photocurrent density of+0.78 mA·cm^(-2) at 1.23 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE)with the photocurrent _(onset) potential(U_(onset))close to the flat band potential of 0.5 V *** in the presence of hole ***,the U_(onset) of AFO for solar water splitting coincides with the flat band potential as well,which is rare in n-type inorganic *** also report other properties of AFO associated with photoelectrochemical *** films exhibit a band gap energy of 2.31 eV and positive band edges with low ***,the carrier lifetimes in AFO films are up to millisecond timescales under the mediation of defect *** on the photoelectrochemical behavior and optoelectronic properties,we believe that AFO has great potential for application in photoelectrochemical cells.
