提出了直接稀释-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定母乳中钒、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、锶、钡、钼、镉、锡、锑、汞、铅等17种元素含量的方法。取母乳0.5 mL,用含2%(体积分数)硝酸和0.01%(体积分数)四甲基氢氧化铵的0.01%(体积分数)曲拉通X-100溶液定容至10 mL,涡旋混匀,以转速4000 r·min^(-1)离心5 min,将上清液用0.45μm水相滤膜过滤,在动能歧视(KED)模式下采用ICP-MS测定滤液中上述17种元素的含量,在线加入含6μg·L^(-1)钪、锗、铑、铋的混合内标使用液。结果表明:各元素的质量浓度在一定范围内与所对应的信号强度与内标元素信号强度比呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为0.019~0.768μg·L^(-1);方法用于分析美国国家标准参考材料,除锌元素外,其他元素的测定值均在认定值的不确定度范围内,并且日内和日间的变异系数均小于13%;按照标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为81.3%~119%。

Impacts of Platform’s Omnichannel Coupons on Multichannel Suppliers

While coupons that can be redeemed only in online channels have been issued by e-commerce platforms for decades, a new type of platform’s coupons, i.e., omnichannel coupons, which can be redeemed in both online and store channels, is gaining popularity with the rise of the omnichannel retail mode. It is interesting to explore the conditions under which omnichannel coupons are more advantageous to platforms and multichannel suppliers that sell products through platforms and physical stores. Two game models are developed in two cases where an e-commerce platform offers single channel coupons or omnichannel coupons for a multichannel supplier. Two scenarios are considered: one in which a consumer’s valuation of a product that fits his or her need is homogeneous and another in which the valuation is heterogeneous. Equilibrium outcomes show that under the homogeneous scenario, the product price and coupon face value in both coupon modes increase with the product’s fit probability when the cross-selling revenue is high, while decrease with the product’s fit probability when the cross-selling revenue is low. However, under the heterogeneous scenario, the price in both modes increases with the product’s fit probability only when the supplier’s loss from returns is low and the cross-selling revenue is high, and the coupon face value always decreases with the product’s fit probability. Compared with single channel coupons, omnichannel coupons may lead to a higher product price under certain conditions. Furthermore, omnichannel coupons can lead to higher total demand and benefit both the platform and the supplier if and only if the product’s fit probability is low and the supplier’s loss from returns is high. An extension shows that the platform’s preference for omnichannel coupons is weakened when the supplier offers a partial refund policy.

Seed dormancy and germination characteristics are important factors determining plant reproductive success, and may be expected to have a major influence on plant distribution. In this study, we aimed to explore the characteristics of seed dormancy and germination in two endemic Rheum species(Rheum nobile and Rheum alexandrae) in the Himalaya-Hengduan Mountains. To determine the type of dormancy,fresh seeds of the two species(one population each) were incubated in light at 25/15 and 15/5℃, and then dry after-ripening(DAR) seeds were incubated on water agar substrate with or without GA_3. To determine the effect of temperature and light on germination, DAR seeds of the two species(two populations each) were incubated both in the light and in the dark at several temperatures, including constant and alternating temperatures. Base temperature(T_b) and thermal times for 50% germination(θ_(50)) were calculated. DAR released physiological dormancy(PD), increasing final germination at 15/5℃ and widening the range of germination temperatures from higher to lower, indicative of type 2 non-deep PD for the two Rheum species. Light had no significant effect on germination of seeds from the two species(two populations each). Seeds of the two species germinated significantly better(>80%) at medium temperatures(10-25℃) than at extreme low(5℃) or high(35℃) temperatures. Alternating temperatures(25/15 and 15/5℃) did not significantly increase the final germination of the two species either in the light and in the dark, but it promoted seed germination more quickly than corresponding constant temperatures in the light in both Rh. alexandrae populations, especially at 15/5℃. Germination in response to temperature was well described by the thermal-time model at suboptimal temperatures. Representation and decomposition of complex decision-making tasks are bottleneck problem of complex task decision. This paper uses multi-agent technology to construct an agent organization-based distributed intelligence decision support system (AOBDIDSS) structure model,applies generalized decision function (GDF) to the decomposition of decision task specifications, and determines decomposition criteria and properties of decision task specifications based on GDF. Because the task decomposition based on GDF is equivalent to the decomposition of Bayesian network, we present the representation and decomposition methods of decision tasks and properties based on Bayesian network. On these bases, the decision task decomposition problems can be entailed basically to construct a multi-sectioned Bayesian network and sub-Bayesian networks related to decision task specifications. The method is used to analyze the representation and decomposition of decision tasks in medical diagnosis. The results show that the model and method is not only feasible, but also effective and novel.

This paper investigates the problem of outlier-resistant distributed fusion filtering(DFF)for a class of multi-sensor nonlinear singular systems(MSNSSs)under a dynamic event-triggered scheme(DETS).To relieve the effect of measurement outliers in data transmission,a self-adaptive saturation function is ***,to further reduce the energy consumption of each sensor node and improve the efficiency of resource utilization,a DETS is adopted to regulate the frequency of data *** the addressed MSNSSs,our purpose is to construct the local outlier-resistant filter under the effects of the measurement outliers and the DETS;the local upper bound(UB)on the filtering error covariance(FEC)is derived by solving the difference equations and minimized by designing proper filter ***,according to the local filters and their UBs,a DFF algorithm is presented in terms of the inverse covariance intersection fusion *** such,the proposed DFF algorithm has the advantages of reducing the frequency of data transmission and the impact of measurement outliers,thereby improving the estimation ***,the uniform boundedness of the filtering error is discussed and a corresponding sufficient condition is ***,the validity of the developed algorithm is checked using a simulation example.

目的探讨床旁健康教育视频联合PDCA循环健康教育在经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)患者中的应用效果及对治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2021年6月至9月行PCNL的46例肾结石患者为参考组,另选择同年10月至12月行PCNL的46例肾结石患者为干预组。参考组予以常规健康教育,干预组予以床旁健康教育视频联合PDCA循环健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预组的首次下床时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间短于参考组,术后不良事件总发生率低于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的术后饮食、术后服药、术后下床活动依从率高于参考组,结石复发率低于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的中文版威斯康星州肾结石生活质量量表(WISQOL)各维度评分均高于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论床旁健康教育视频联合PDCA循环健康教育能够提高PCNL患者的治疗依从性,加速术后康复,降低结石复发率,提高生活质量。

Effect on membrane transport in the erythrocytes by band 3 cross-linking

Band 3 and glucose transport protein (GluTl) are two kinds of important proteins in the human erythro-cyte membranes. Bis(sulfosuccinimidyl)suberate (BS ), an impermeable cross-linker of band 3, inhibited NO2- transport, showing that anion exchange is affected by the association state of band 3 in the intact erythrocyte membranes. At the same time, the rates of glucose transport of both exit and entry declined. The amount of monomers of band 3 was decreased after treatment of the erythrocytes with BS3, but there was no change in GluTl according to the SDS-PAGE patterns. This demonstrates that band 3 and GluTl would be linkaged together in the erythrocyte membranes for the requirement of rapid and cooperative performance of physiological functions of the membrane proteins.

SERIES QUEUING NETWORK SCHEDULING APPROACH TO CO-SCHEDULING MODEL OF THREE GORGES-GEZHOU DAM

This paper provides a mathematical model for Three Gorges-Gezhou dam co-scheduling problem, based on full analysis of Three Corges-Gezhou dam＇s actual needs, to maximize the total throughput of Three Gorges-Cezhou dam and the utilization ratio of shiplock area and minimize the total navigation shiplock waiting time under multiple constraints. This paper proposes a series queuing network （SQN） scheduling algorithm to divide the total ships that intend to pass through the shiplocks into four queues and calculate dynamically the weight of priority for each ship. The SQN scheduling algorithm schedules ships according to their priority weights which is determined by the characteristics of each ship, such as length, width, affiliation, waiting time, and so on. In the process, the operation conditions of Gezhou dam related to the navigable shiplocks and the task balancing among different shiplocks also should be considered. The SQN algorithm schedules ships circularly and optimizes the results step by step. Real operation data from our project shows that our SQN scheduling algorithm outperforms the traditional manual scheduling in which the less computational time is taken, the area utilization ratio of the five shiplocks is increased, the waiting time of high-prioritized ships is shorten, and a better balanced and alternating run-mode is provided for the three shiplocks in the Gezhou dam.

The Application of PBL in Surgery Theory Teaching Research

objective： to study the problem oriented （PBL） teaching method application in surgery theory teaching effect. Methods： according to the student id number of single and double the surgical theory study stage of the 160 cases of medical students divided into two groups, the number into the control group （80 cases）, double number into the experimental group （80 cases）, traditional teaching method and PBL teaching method, respectively with the method of questionnaire survey to evaluate the two teaching methods. Results： after the introduction of PBL method in the experimental teaching, the students＇ classroom situation, knowledge situation, learning efficiency index score significantly higher than the control group, and the ability training all indicators were significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the introduction of PBL in surgery theory teaching method, the feasibility of high, can provide a good decision for surgical theory teaching.
