整合山西太谷主要地域景观因子,采用层次分析法和熵权法进行组合赋权,利用模糊综合评价法对14项地域景观指标进行定量评价,引入障碍度模型确定影响太谷地域景观发展的主要障碍因子。结果表明,居民对历史文化名村保护和现代聚落景观建设较为满意;应加强河流水文保护和农田景观建设;保护历史文化名城和传承发扬民间艺术迫在眉睫。

目的观察并探讨上消化道出血患者联合应用云南白药、雷贝拉唑治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年9月就诊于分宜县人民医院80例上消化道出血患者作为临床治疗对象,根据红蓝双色球法,随机设为参照组(n=40)和联合组(n=40)。参照组应用雷贝拉唑治疗,联合组应用雷贝拉唑治疗同时加用云南白药。观察比较两组用药效果、症状缓解时间、凝血功能、胃肠激素、炎性标志物和不良反应。结果联合组用药效果为97.50%,较参照组更高(P0.05)。结论上消化道出血患者应用雷贝拉唑治疗的同时加用云南白药、能够显著地改善凝血功能,调节胃肠激素,改善胃肠功能,抑制炎性标志物表达,促使症状迅速缓解,疗效确切。

Exploring carbon emission effects based on the evolution of residents’ dietary structure to achieve the carbon neutrality goal and mitigate climate change is an important *** study took China as the research object(data excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan) and used the carbon emission coefficient method to quantitatively measure the food carbon emissions from 1987–2020,then analyzed the carbon emission effects under the evolution of dietary *** results showed that during the study period,the Chinese dietary structure gradually changed to a high-carbon consumption *** dietary structure of urban residents developed to a balanced one,while that of rural residents developed to a high-quality *** the study period,the per capita food carbon emissions and total food consumption of Chinese showed an increasing *** per capita food carbon emissions of residents in urban and rural showed an overall upward *** total food carbon emissions in urban increased significantly,while that in rural increased first and then *** influence of beef and mutton on carbon emissions is the highest in dietary *** with the balanced dietary pattern,the food carbon emissions of Chinese residents had not yet reached the peak,but were evolving to a high-carbon consumption pattern.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the major form of primary liver cancer and one of the most prevalent and life-threatening malignancies globally. One of the hallmarks in HCC is the sustained cell survival and proliferative signals, which are determined by the balance between oncogenes and tumor *** growth factor beta(TGF-β) is an effective growth inhibitor of epithelial cells including hepatocytes, through induction of cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, cellular senescence, or autophagy. The antitumorigenic effects of TGF-β are bypassed during liver tumorigenesis via multiple ***, along with malignant progression, TGF-β switches to promote cancer cell survival and proliferation. This dichotomous nature of TGF-β is one of the barriers to therapeutic targeting in liver cancer. Thereafter, understanding the underlying molecular mechanisms is a prerequisite for discovering novel antitumor drugs that may specifically disable the growth-promoting branch of TGF-β signaling or restore its tumor-suppressive arm. This review summarizes how TGF-β inhibits or promotes liver cancer cell survival and proliferation, highlighting the functional switch mechanisms during the process.

Temporal and vertical distribution of microphytobenthos biomass in mangrove sediments of Zhujiang (Pearl River) Estuary

Being a primary producer, Microphytobenthos （MPB） play an important role in the benthic ecosystem of mangrove swamps. The temporal and vertical distribution of MPB biomass, expressed as chlorophyll a （Chl a）, was investigated in mangrove swamps on the Qi＇ao island and the Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve, Guangdong Province, South China. Both locations are situated in the Zhujiang （Pearl River） Estuary. For each location, bi-monthly sampling was carried out at four sites during low tide period. Except one site on the Qi＇ao Island, which was in Phragrnites australis marsh, all sites were in mangrove swamps. The Chl a concentration in surface （0-1 cm） sediment ranged from 0.2/2g/cm3 to 8.3 #g/cm3 in the Qi＇ao Island and from 2.1/zg/cm3 to 15.6/2g/cm3 in the Futian Mangrove Reserve. The peak Chl a concentration occurred in winter or early spring, while the lowest Chl a concentration, with a value of about one quarter of the peak, was observed in summer or early autumn. The vertical distribution of Chl a concentration exhibited an exponential decline with depth, which indicated a muddy sediment with high organic matter, and the slope of the curve was positively related to Chl a concentration in the surface sediment. The MPB biomass of the Qi＇ao Island was significantly lower than that of the Futian Mangrove Reserve. Our results suggest that the overlaying water quality might influence the MPB biomass in surface sediments.

Microwave irradiation has been used in chemical laboratories for moisture analysis and wet asking procedures of biological and geological materials for a number of years [1]. More recently the microwave irradiation also widely used for rapid organic synthesis [2]. However, there have not yet been any reports concerning the ultilisatioin of microwave ovens in the routine organic inclusion complex regularly in chemical research.
