A nondestructive X-ray analysis technique combining transmission tomography, fluorescence tomography and Compton tomography based on synchrotron radiation is described. This novel technique will be an optional experimental technique at SSRF's hard X-ray micro-focusing beamline under construction at present. An experimental result of combined X-ray tomography is obtained in NE-5A station of PF. The reconstructed images of test objects are given.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the neuroprotective effect of puerarin on rat hippocampal neurons cultured in high glucose medium, and to examine the role of the p38 mitogen activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK) and c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK) signaling pathways in this ***: Primary cultures of hippocampal neurons were prepared from newborn Sprague Dawley rats. Neuron-specific enolase immunocytochemistry was used to identify neurons. The neurons were cultured with normal medium(control group) or with high-glucose medium(high-glucose group),and puerarin(puerarin group), a p38 MAPK inhibitor(SB239063; p38 MAPK inhibitor group) or a JNK inhibitor(SP600125; JNK inhibitor group) were added. After 72 h of treatment, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated d UTP nick end labeling assay was performed to detect apoptosis, and western blotting was used to assess protein levels of p-p38, p38, p-JNK and ***: In the high-glucose group, the neuronal apoptosis rate and the p-p38/p38 and p-JNK/JNK ratios were higher than in the control group. The p38 MAPK and JNK inhibitors prevented this increase in the apoptosis rate. The apoptosis rates in the puerarin group, the p38 MAPK inhibitor group and the JNK inhibitor group were significantly decreased compared with the high-glucose ***, protein levels of p-p38 and p-JNK were significantly reduced, and the p-p38/p38 and p-JNK/JNK ratios were decreased in the puerarin group compared with the high-glucose group. In addition, compared with the high-glucose group,p-p38 levels and the p-p38/p38 ratio were reduced in the p38 MAPK inhibitor group, and p-JNK levels and the p-JNK/JNK ratio were decreased in the JNK inhibitor ***: Puerarin attenuates neuronal apoptosis induced by high glucose by reducing the phosphorylation of p38 and JNK.

A variety of prosthetic ankles have been successfully developed to reproduce the locomotor ability for lower limb amputees in daily lives. However, they have not been shown to sufficiently improve the natural gait mechanics commonly observed in comparison to the able-bodied, perhaps due to over-simplified designs of functional musculoskeletal structures in prostheses. In this study, a flexible bionic ankle prosthesis with joints covered by soft material inclusions is developed on the basis of the human musculoskeletal system. First, the healthy side ankle–foot bones of a below-knee amputee were reconstructed by CT imaging. Three types of polyurethane rubber material configurations were then designed to mimic the soft tissues around the human ankle, providing stability and flexibility. Finite element simulations were conducted to determine the proper design of the rubber materials, evaluate the ankle stiffness under different external conditions, and calculate the rotation axes of the ankle during walking. The results showed that the bionic ankle had variable stiffness properties and could adapt to various road surfaces. It also had rotation axes similar to that of the human ankle, thus restoring the function of the talocrural and subtalar joints. The inclination and deviation angles of the talocrural axis, 86.2° and 75.1°, respectively, as well as the angles of the subtalar axis, 40.1° and 29.9°, were consistent with the literature. Finally, dynamic characteristics were investigated by gait measurements on the same subject, and the flexible bionic ankle prosthesis demonstrated natural gait mechanics during walking in terms of ankle angles and moments.

S-dimethylarsino-glutathione(ZIO-101,darinaparsin®)exhibits broader antitumor activity and less toxicity than arsenic trioxide(ATO),a clinically used drug for acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)***,the mechanisms of action underlying antileukemia activities of ZIO-101 remain largely ***,by integrating dynamic transcriptomic analysis and biochemical characterizations,we for the first time delineated that ZIO-101 exerted antiproliferative effects against leukemia cells via activating ferroptosis pathway,a newly discovered iron-dependent programmed cell death,at the early stage,as evidenced by abnormally elevated intracellular iron contents and lipid *** further demonstrated that silencing heme oxygenase 1(HMOX1),an important iron homeostasis-related gene,effectively attenuated ferroptosis induced by ZIO-101,with iron accumulation and lipid peroxidation being significantly ***,we discovered that ZIO-101 and kinase inhibitors(Dasatinib/Dactolisib)could synergistically kill leukemia cells,with a combination index of<1.0 under all the tested drug *** findings regarding the ferroptosis-mediated antileukemia activity of ZIO-101,based on the dynamic and temporal transcriptomic analysis,provide promising approaches to combat drug-resistant leukemia by combining ZIO-101 with kinase *** methodology may be further exploited for uncovering the modes of action of other drugs.

With the increase of China’s bond issuance and slowdown of the economic growth,the potential credit risks such as bond default in the bond market are gradually *** frequent occurrence of bond defaults and the problem of false credit ratings make bond investors and market participants more cautious about the credit ratings issued by rating *** on the default bonds from 2016 to 2019,this paper analyzes the adjustment of rating of defaulted bonds by rating agencies before *** also compares the impact of both the regulatory events and the entrance of international agencies on timeless of credit ratings on default *** the same time,the divergence of rating timeliness between different rating agencies is *** research shows that after the unified supervision of regulators and the punishment of Dagong Global Credit Rating *** in 2018,the timeliness of rating agencies'downgrading of defaulted bonds has increased significantly;Compared with other rating agencies,the timeliness of rating agencies owned by international rating agencies are better.

Non-alcohol-associated fatty liver/steatohepatitis(NAFL/NASH)has become the leading cause of liver disease ***,an advanced form of NAFL,can be progressive and more susceptible to developing cirrhosis and hepatocellular ***,lifestyle interventions are the most essential and effective strategies for preventing and controlling NAFL without the development of *** there are stll limited appropriate drugs specifically to treat NAFL/NASH,growing progress is being seen in elucidating the pathogenesis and identifying therapeutic *** this review,we discussed recent developments in etiology and prospective therapeutic targets,as well as pharmacological candidates in pre/clinical trials and patents,with a focus on diabetes,hepatic lipid metabolism,inflammation,and ***,growing evidence elucidates that the disruption of the gut-liver axis and microbederived metabolites drive the pathogenesis of NAFL/*** vesicles(EVs)act as a signaling mediator,resulting in lipid accumulation,macrophage and hepatic stellate cell activation,further promoting inflammation and liver fibrosis progression during the development of NAFL/*** gut microbiota or EVs may serve as new strategies for the treatment of NAFL/***,other mechanisms,such as cell therapy and genetic approaches,also have enormous therapeutic *** drugs with different mechanisms and personalized medicine may improve the efficacy to better benefit patients with NAFL/NASH.

对与常规政治相对的"对抗性政治"的研究分为以西方世界为对象的社会运动研究和以第三世界为对象的革命/抵抗研究。斯科特与底层研究学派同属后一种,均关注第三世界底层,从葛兰西承继颇多,以"书写未被书写的反抗史"为学术使命,拒绝"底层无政治"的偏见,分别以"公开政治vs.底层政治"、"公民社会vs.政治社会"两分法划出与精英政治不同的独特"底层政治",同时提升了政治的复杂性与底层的复杂性。在研究意识形态支配时,二者都回应葛兰西关于底层被"霸权"、没有独立统一的意识形态的论断,强调底层意识的独立性;在对底层抵抗行为的研究上,都意在克服关于底层的理论中"成长史"和"悲剧史"两种偏颇。但两派理论的区别在于,前者视底层为有统一意识形态而无公开行动,后者视底层为有公开行动而无统一意识形态,即对两种偏颇采取了不同的克服方向。

目的探讨西维来司他钠治疗时机对脓毒症急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2024年2月徐州医科大学附属徐州市立医院收治的52例脓毒症急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者,根据西维来司他钠治疗时机将患者分为A组(n=32)、B组(n=9)、C组(n=11)。患者入院后均给予抗感染、营养支持、维持电解质平衡、抗凝等常规治疗,在此基础上给予注射用西维来司他钠治疗,A组于发病24 h内使用,B组于发病24~48 h使用,C组于发病48 h后使用,三组均治疗5 d。治疗5 d后评估三组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗5 d后检测血气分析指标[氧合指数、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))],治疗前、治疗5 d后评估序贯器官衰竭评估(SOFA)评分、急性生理学和慢性健康状况评价Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分,并记录患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗5 d后A组治疗总有效率高于B组、C组(P0.05)。结论发病24 h内使用西维来司他钠可提高脓毒症急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的临床疗效,改善血气分析指标及疾病严重程度,且安全性尚可。
