Effect on serum metabolomics of rats with premature ovarian insufficiency by Zhibian(BL54) through Shuidao(ST28) acupuncture

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the serum metabolic targets of the"Zhibian(BL54)through Shuidao(ST28)"acupuncture technique in cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)model rats and to elucidate the potential molecular mechanism of acupuncture in improving ***:We used an intraperitoneal injection of CTX to establish the POI rat model(POI group)and compared serum hormone levels and ovarian histopathological changes to evaluate the effect of the Zhibian(BL54)through Shuidao(ST28)technique(ZS+POI group)on ovarian ***,nontargeted metabolomics was performed using rat serum by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS).RESULTS:After acupuncture intervention,the serum hormone levels and ovarian pathological morphology of POI rats were effectively ***,UPLC-Q-TOF/MS results showed that the ZS+POI group showed a significant reversal of the levels of 6 differential *** them,the levels of four serum metabolic markers,divanillyltetrahydrofuran ferulate,trans-ferulic acid,tryptamine,and neuraminic acid,increased *** analysis of biological effects showed that all metabolites were involved in the regulation of reproductive hormone levels and antioxidant and antiapoptotic ***:The"Zhibian(BL54)through Shuidao(ST28)"acupuncture method may improve the ovarian function of POI rats by regulating serum metabolite markers to exert antioxidant and antiapoptotic effects,which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of POI.

目的观察卡瑞利珠单抗联合射频消融术治疗肝硬化肝癌患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法纳入2022年1月—2023年2月首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院普外中心收治合并肝硬化的原发性肝癌患者90例,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。2组患者均接受肝癌射频消融术治疗,观察组患者在此基础上于术前及术后联合应用卡瑞利珠单抗治疗。治疗2个月后比较2组患者临床疗效;检测2组患者治疗前后肝功能指标[血清总胆红素(TB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)],肿瘤标志物[甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖蛋白抗原199(CA199)及肝癌高表达基因10(PEG10)],免疫功能指标(CD4^(+)T细胞比例、CD8^(+)T细胞比例及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值)水平变化,计算治疗期间不良事件发生率。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(91.11%vs.84.44%,χ^(2)=0.932,P=0.334);治疗2个月后观察组患者血清TB、ALT及AST水平均低于对照组(t/P=1.993/0.049、3.505/0.001、2.520/0.014),血清AFP、CA199及PEG10水平均低于对照组(t/P=2.410/0.018、3.076/0.003、3.552/0.001),外周血CD4^(+)T细胞比例、CD8^(+)T细胞比例及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值均高于对照组(t/P=5.621/<0.001、3.438/0.001、3.281/0.001);治疗期间观察组与对照组总不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(17.78%vs.13.33%,χ^(2)=0.338,P=0.561)。结论卡瑞利珠单抗联合射频消融术可在一定程度上提高合并肝硬化的肝癌患者临床疗效,可能与降低患者肿瘤标志物水平及提高免疫功能有关,该联合治疗方案具有一定临床应用前景。

In vitro Regeneration of First-generation Inbred Progenies of Cucurbita pepo L. Double Haploids

Using seeds of inbred progenies of Cucurbita pepo L. DH12-11409 double haplolds as experimental materials, the effects of different hormone combinations, explant types and seedling ages on adventitious bud regeneration and rooting of C. pepo L. were investigated. According to the results, inoculating cotyledonary nodes of yellow-green cotyledons from 5-d-old C. pepo L. double haploids to MS ＋ 30 g/L Suc ＋ 8 g/L Agar ＋ 2.0 mg/L 6-BA ＋ 0.1 mg/L NAA led to the best results with the induction frequency of 90.0% and differentiation coefficient of 8.5. MS medium with addition of 0.05 or 0.1 mg/L NAA led to the highest rooting rate. Regenerated seedlings with 5 - 6 true leaves exhibited the highest survival rate of 90.0%, which was the optimal period for domestication and transplanting of regenerated seedlings. This study laid a solid foundation for high-efficiency utilization of heterosis of C. pepo L.

在基于公共仓库元模型(CWM)建立元数据的过程中,参与建立元数据的团体的不同经验以及描述数据的不同视角不可避免地带来元数据的冲突和冗余等问题,然而CWM的图形化特点使之缺乏精确的语义,所以如何在其上进行推理以自动发现这些问题至今没有得到很好的解决.研究了利用描述逻辑——一个一阶谓词逻辑的可判定子集形式化CWM元模型和元数据并进行推理的方法,将一致性检测分为水平一致性和演化一致性分别处理,在处理演化一致性的过程中对CWM元模型进行了扩展,使之支持元数据的版本能力从而能够推理由于演化引起的不一致问题,然后利用推理引擎LOOM对两种情形进行推理检测以发现不一致信息,取得了令人满意的结果,表明提出的方法是可行的.

Coseismic deformation and fault slip distribution of the 2023 M_(W)7.8 and M_(W)7.6 earthquakes in Türkiye

On February 6,2023,a devastating earthquake with a moment magnitude of M_(W)7.8 struck the town of Pazarcik in south-central Türkiye,followed by another powerful earthquake with a moment magnitude of M_(W)7.6 that struck the nearby city of Elbistan 9 h *** study the characteristics of surface deformation caused by this event and the influence of fault rupture,this study calculated the static coseismic deformation of 56 stations and dynamic displacement waveforms of 15 stations using data from the Turkish national fixed global navigation satellite system(GNSS)network.A maximum static coseismic displacement of 0.38 m for the M_(W)7.8 Kahramanmaras earthquake was observed at station ANTE,36 km from the epicenter,and a maximum dynamic coseismic displacement of 4.4 m for the M_(W)7.6 Elbistan earthquake was observed at station EKZ1,5 km from the *** rupture-slip distributions of the two earthquakes were inverted using GNSS coseismic deformation as a *** results showed that the Kahramanmaras earthquake rupture segment was distinct and exposed on the ground,resulting in significant rupture slip along the Amanos and Pazarcik fault segments of the East Anatolian *** maximum slip in the Pazarcik fault segment was 10.7 m,and rupture occurred at depths of 0–15 *** the Cardak fault region,the Elbistan earthquake caused significant ruptures at depths of 0–12 km,with the largest amount of slip reaching 11.6 *** Coulomb stress change caused by the Kahramanmaras earthquake rupture along the Cardak fault segment was approximately 2 bars,and the area of increased Coulomb stress corresponded to the subsequent rupture region of the M_(W)7.6 ***,it is likely that the M_(W)7.8 earthquake triggered or promoted the M_(W)7.6 *** on the cumulative stress impact of the M_(W)7.8 and M_(W)7.6 events,the southwestern segment of the East Anatolian Fault,specifically the Amanos fault segment,experienced a Coulomb rupture stress change exc

全渠道模式下农产品供应链整合本质上体现为以全渠道营销逆向驱动农产品供应链整合的过程。推进全渠道模式下农产品供应链整合,一方面应结合全渠道模式发展对供应链的影响,并针对全渠道模式下农产品供应链整合的运作特点,从组织层面、资源层面、信息层面对农产品供应链进行深度变革与重构,推动形成以消费需求为核心、以全渠道能力为支撑、以信息技术为手段的农产品全渠道供应链网络和生态系统;另一方面还必须建立一套以需求分析与反馈机制、物流配送与追溯机制、信息共享与治理机制、利益协调与分配机制为核心的运营保障机制,以确保农产品供应链整合活动的有效进行。

在战略联盟研究的基础上,本文从交易特征、资源投入、竞争强度和风险感知等方面系统地构建了农产品渠道联盟模式选择与联盟绩效关系的概念模型,并通过问卷调查对概念模型提出的假设进行了实证检验。结果表明,交易特征因素、交易成本和风险感知都显著影响农产品渠道联盟模式选择,但资源依赖和风险感知对农产品联盟模式选择的影响程度最大,这是农产品渠道联盟区别于非农领域的一个显著特点,同时,以上诸因素必须与联盟模式匹配才能够提升联盟绩效。研究还发现,交易成本和风险感知具有对联盟模式选择的中介效应,且风险感知具有完全中介效应,但以上结论的一般性推广还需要进行深入研究和进一步检验。

Flowering time and maturity are crucial agronomic traits that affect the regional adaptability of soybean *** development of soybean cultivars with early maturity adapted to longer days and colder climates of high latitudes is very important for ensuring normal ripening before frost *** belongs to the MADS-box transcription factor family and has several duplicated members in *** this study,we observed that overexpression of GmFULc in the Dongnong 50 cultivar promoted soybean maturity,while GmFULc knockout mutants exhibited late *** immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq)and RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)revealed that GmFULc could bind to the CArG,bHLH and homeobox *** investigation revealed that GmFULc could directly bind to the CArG motif in the promoters of the GmZTL3 and GmZTL4 *** of GmZTL4 promoted soybean maturity,whereas the ztl4 mutants exhibited delayed ***,we found that the cis element box 4 motif of the GmZTL4 promoter,a motif of light response elements,played an important role in controlling the growth *** of this motif shortened the growth period by increasing the expression levels of *** investigations revealed that short-day treatment promoted the binding of GmFULc to the promoter of GmZTL4 and inhibited the expression of E1 and E1Lb,ultimately resulting in the promotion of flowering and early *** together,these findings suggest a novel photoperiod regulatory pathway in which GmFULc directly activates GmZTL4 to promote earlier maturity in soybean.

Objective Parkinson’s disease（PD） is a common neurodegenerative disease characterized by the loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantial nigra pars compacta and the appearance of Lewy bodies（LBs） which consist of fibrillar aggregated α-synuclein（α-syn）. Both iron and α-syn accumulation are one of hallmarks of PD. This work was to investigate iron accumulation and α-syn expression in different brain regions of rotenone induced PD animals. Methods C57 BL/6 male mice were intragastrically administrated rotenone 30 mg/kg for different length of time to perform PD model. Iron positive cells were detected by Perls’ s staining. A-syn expression was observed by immune-histochemistry. Results（1） Iron level increased in the substantial nigra（SN） from 1 week to 2 months progressively, following rotenone treatment. Iron level increased in the striatum（Str） from 2 weeks to 2 months progressively, compared with the control. However, iron levels did not change in the dorsal motor nucleus of vagus（DMV）, raphe nucleus（RP）, locus coeruleus（LC）, ventral tegmental area（VTA）, temporal association cortex（Te A） and visual cortex（V）.（2） The expression of α-syn increased in the SN, VTA and Str from 2 weeks to 2 months following rotenone treatment, while α-syn expression increased in other brain regions such as the DMV, RP, LC, Te A and V from 3 weeks to 2 months compared with the control. Conclusions The results suggest that rotenone can cause selective iron accumulation in nigrostrial system, and induce increased expression of α-syn all over the mice brain. Iron accumulation occurs earlier than α-syn upregulation in SN.
