liquid hydrogen storage and transportation is an effective method for large-scale transportation and utilization of hydrogen energy. Revealing the flow mechanism of cryogenic working fluid is the key to optimize heat exchanger structure and hydrogen liquefaction process(LH2). The methods of cryogenic visualization experiment, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are conducted to study the falling film flow characteristics with the effect of co-current gas flow in LH2spiral wound heat *** results show that the flow rate of mixed refrigerant has a great influence on liquid film spreading process, falling film flow pattern and heat transfer performance. The liquid film of LH2mixed refrigerant with column flow pattern can not uniformly and completely cover the tube wall surface. As liquid flow rate increases, the falling film flow pattern evolves into sheet-column flow and sheet flow, and liquid film completely covers the surface of tube wall. With the increase of shear effect of gas-phase mixed refrigerant in the same direction, the liquid film gradually becomes unstable, and the flow pattern eventually evolves into a mist flow.

目的：探讨血清酞酸酯类化学物（PAEs）、糖类抗原125（CA125）及视黄醇结合蛋白-4（RBP-4）与卵巢囊肿患者卵巢储备功能的相关性及其诊断价值。方法：选取我院2020年1月到2022年12月收治的150例卵巢囊肿患者，为观察组，另选取同期体检的150名健康志愿者作为对照组。对比两组受检者血清PAEs{邻苯二甲酸二乙酯（DEP）、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯（DBP）、邻苯二甲酸（2-乙基己基）酯[di-（2-ethylheyl）]（DEHP）}、CA125、RBP-4及卵巢储备功能相关指标表达水平，采用Pearson检验分析血清PAEs、CA125及RBP-4与卵巢囊肿患者卵巢储备功能的相关性，并建立受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线分析血清PAEs、CA125及RBP-4对卵巢囊肿的诊断价值。结果：观察组血清PAEs、CA125及DEP、DBP、DEHP和PAEs总水平明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组卵巢储备功能相关指标卵泡雌激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）水平明显高于对照组，雌二醇（E2）水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;PAEs、CA125及RBP-4分别与FSH、LH呈正相关，与E2呈负相关（P<0.05）；曲线下面积（AUC）从高到低依次为联合诊断（0.864）、RBP-4（0.721）、CA125（0.698）、PAEs（0.641）。PAEs、CA125及RBP-4三者联合对卵巢囊肿的诊断灵敏度、特异度高于三者单一诊断。结论：血清PAEs、CA125及RBP-4与卵巢囊肿患者卵巢储备功能具有显著关系，三者水平越高代表卵巢囊肿患者卵巢储备功能越差，另外PAEs、CA125及RBP-4联合对于卵巢囊肿具有较高的诊断灵敏度与特异性，可为卵巢囊肿的临床诊断及病情判断提供可靠依据。

BACKGROUND Esophageal adenoid cystic carcinoma(EACC)is an exceedingly rare malignant tumor of the esophagus,posing significant challenges in the *** SUMMARY This report detailed the case of a 72-year-old male whose diagnosis of EACC was confirmed through postoperative histopathological *** patient underwent thoracoscopy-assisted radical resection of the esophageal tumor,coupled with lymph node *** findings revealed an adenoid cystic carcinoma infiltrating the entire layer of the muscularis propria,locally extending into the outer membrane of the esophageal fiber,involving the cardia and exhibiting no lymph node *** patient’s condition was classified as primary EACC,T3N0M0,per the American Joint Committee on Cancer(2017;8th edition).One month after surgery,the patient received postoperative adjuvant radiation *** In addressing the rarity and high potential for biopsy misdiagnosis of EACC,this study delved into its diagnostic methods and treatment.

AIM: To investigate whether autologous transplantation of adult stem cells could improve post-infarcted heart function. METHODS: Bone marrow mononuclear cells (MNCs) were isolated from adult rabbits’ tibias after coronary ligation. These cells were exposed to 5-azacytidine 10 μmol/L for 24 h on the third day of culture. After being labeled with bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU), the cells were auto-transplanted into bordering zone of the infarcted area at 2 weeks after injury. The animals were killed at 3 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, and 2 months after transplantation, respectively. The left ventricular functions, capillary density, and cardiac nerve density were measured and the differentiation of the engrafted cells was determined by immunostaining. RESULTS: BrdU-labeled MNCs were well aligned with the host cardiomyocytes. Parts of them were incorporated into capillary and arteriolar vessel walls. In addition to inducing angiogenic ligands (basic fibroblast growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor) and imflammation cytokines (interleukin 1-β) during the early period of MNCs implantation, MNCs induced 2.0-fold increase in capillary density as well. Moreover, GAP43-positive and TH-positive nerve density were markedly higher in the MNCs-treated groups than that in the non-treated hearts. Left ventricular ejection fraction, LV+dp/dtmax, and LV-dp/dtmax were 47 %, 67 %, and 55 % in MNCs-treated heart respectively, which was higher than that of the control heart, whereas left ventricular end-diastolic volume, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure were 45 %, 22 %, and 50 % respectively in MNCs-treated heart, which was lower than that of the control heart at 2 months after cell transplantation. CONCLUSION: Autologous transplantation of MNCs induced angiogenesis and nerve sprouting and improved left ventricular diastolic function.

Biological structural materials not only exhibit remarkable mechanical properties but also often embody dynamic characteristics such as environmental responsiveness,autonomy,and self-healing,which are difficult to achieve in conventional engineering *** merging materials science,synthetic biology,and other disciplines,engineered living materials(ELMs)provide a promising solution to combine living organisms with abiotic components,thus facilitating the construction of functional“living”*** natural materials,ELMs possess vitality and hold immense application potential in areas such as medicine,electronics,and construction,captivating increasing research attention *** an emerging branch of ELMs,structural ELMs aim to mimic living biological structural materials by achieving desired mechanical performance while maintaining important“living”*** we summarize the recent progress and provide our perspectives for this emerging research *** first summarize the superiority of structural ELMs by reviewing biological structural materials and biomimetic material design ***,we provide a systematic discussion on the definition and classifications of structural ELMs,their mechanical performance,and physiological ***,we summarize some critical challenges faced by structural ELMs and highlight directions of future *** hope this review article can provide a timely summary of the state of the art and relevant perspectives for future development of structural ELMs.

A new filamentous cyanobacterial strain(CHAB 4127)was successfully isolated from the algal mat during the field investigation of the open channel from Luanhe River to Tianjin,*** polyphasic approach combining morphological,ultrastructural,ecological,and molecular features was used to characterize this studied *** strain is morphologically similar to the Microcoleus-like cyanobacterial taxa under light microscopy,and the radial arrangement of thylakoids is also consistent with that of Microcoleus-like *** phylogenetic position of CHAB 4127 based on 16S rRNA gene sequences,is shown to be clearly clustered into an independent clade with the newly established genus *** maximum similarity of 16S r RNA gene of the studied strain with other existing related cyanobacterial taxa is 93.97%,and the ITS secondary structures is also obviously different from other members of *** on all the above evidence,we proposed the establishment of this novel cyanobacterial genus as Neomicrocoleus,with its type species,Neomicrocoleus tianjinensis.

A 3D finite element model was established to investigate the temperature and stress fields during the selective laser melting process of Al−Mg−Sc−Zr *** considering the powder−solid transformation,temperaturedependent thermal properties,latent heat of phase transformations and molten pool convection,the effects of laser power,point distance and hatch spacing on the temperature distribution,molten pool dimensions and residual stress distribution were ***,the effects of laser power,point distance and hatch spacing on the microstructure,density and hardness of the alloy were studied by the experimental *** results show that the molten pool size gradually increases as the laser power increases and the point distance and hatch spacing *** residual stress mainly concentrates in the middle of the first scanning track and the beginning and end of each scanning *** results demonstrate the accuracy of the *** density of the samples tends to increase and then decrease with increasing laser power and decreasing point distance and hatch *** optimum process parameters are laser power of 325−375 W,point distance of 80−100μm and hatch spacing of 80μm.

The electrolyte directly contacts the essential parts of a lithium-ion battery,and as a result,the electrochemical properties of the electrolyte have a significant impact on the voltage platform,charge discharge capacity,energy density,service life,and rate discharge *** raising the voltage at the charge/discharge plateau,the energy density of the battery is ***,this causes transition metal dissolution,irreversible phase changes of the cathode active material,and parasitic electrolyte oxidation *** article presents an overview of these concerns to provide a clear explanation of the issues involved in the development of electrolytes for high-voltage lithium-ion ***,solidstate electrolytes enable various applications and will likely have an impact on the development of batteries with high energy *** is necessary to improve the high-voltage performance of electrolytes by creating solvents with high thermal stabilities and high voltage resistance and additives with superior film forming performance,multifunctional capabilities,and stable lithium *** offer suggestions for the future development of high-energy lithium-ion batteries,we conclude by offering our own opinions and insights on the current development of lithium-ion batteries.
