AIM:To evaluate and compare the anatomical and functional outcomes and negative effects of the three anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)drugs in the treatment of macular edema(ME)due to retinal vein occlusion(RVO)based on the evidence pooled from current clinical trials and observational ***:A systematic literature search was conducted on nine online databases from inception until April 30,*** main endpoints were best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT),and adverse events(AEs).Cumulative Meta-analysis was conducted to synthesize the outcomes of the *** retrieved data were analyzed using Stata software(version 12.0).RESULTS:A total of 20 studies comprising 1674 eyes met the inclusion criteria to the *** was observed that conbercept and aflibercept had better visual acuity effects compared with ranibizumab at 1mo[weight mean difference(WMD)=-0.03,P=0.001;WMD=-0.05,P=0.019],but the effects were not different from that of ranibizumab at ***,there was not statistically significant dif ference in the propor tion of patients gaining≥15 letters at 12-24mo between aflibercept and ranibizumab[odds ratio(OR)=1.16,P=0.427].Conbercept had higher mean CMT change effects at 1mo(WMD=-14.43,P=0.014)and 6mo(WMD=-35.63,P≤0.001)compared with ***,the mean CMT change effects at 1mo(WMD=-10.14,P=0.170),6mo(WMD=-26.98,P=0.140)and 12-24mo(WMD=-12.34,P=0.071)were comparable among the ***,AEs were not significantly different among the treatments(OR=0.75,P=0.305;OR=1.04,P=0.89).The stability of effect size of mean BCVA and CMT improved with the increase in sample *** and conbercept required fewer injections compared with ***:This is the first study to evaluate the efficacy and AEs of intravitreal administration of conbercept,ranibizumab,and aflibercept in the treatment of *** aflibercept or conbercept results in better mean change in visi

This paper presents a method for simulating Wolter type Ⅰ grazing incidence telescope imaging of an X-ray region. The imaging quality of a soft X-ray telescope is mainly affected by geometric aberrations,surface scatter and alignment errors. Using a Legendre-Fourier polynomial to fit the figure errors in the cylindrical coordinate system, the geometry of the mirror barrel with the figure errors can be modeled by the User Defined Object in ZEMAX. Based on the Harvey-Shack surface scatter theory, surface scatter is achieved by the Bidirectional Scatter Distribution Function(BSDF) scattering model. The alignment errors are calculated by a combination of experiment and simulation according to the shape of the spot resulting from the finite distance imaging experiment. By combining these factors that affect image quality,the telescope imaging of an infinity point is simulated by ZEMAX. According to the simulation results, the angular resolution of the telescope is calculated to be less than or equal to 1.86′ at a wavelength of 1.33 *** simulation method improves the ability of ZEMAX to simulate grazing incidence telescope *** is of great significance for the research and manufacture of X-ray grazing incidence telescopes.

BACKGROUND Left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)is prevalent in obese ***,both of LVH and obesity is as-sociated with subclinical LV *** study aims to investigate the interplay between body fat and LVH in relation to all-cause death in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD).METHODS In this retrospective cohort study,a total of 2243 patients with angiographically proven CAD were *** fat and LV mass were calculated using established *** were grouped according to body fat percentage and pres-ence or absence of ***-proportional hazard models were used to observe the interaction effect of body fat and LVH on all-cause *** Of 2243 patients enrolled,560(25%)had a higher body fat percentage,and 1045(46.6%)had *** a median follow-up of 2.2 years,the cumulative mortality rate was 8.2%in the group with higher body fat and LVH,2.5%in those with lower body fat and no LVH,5.4%in those with higher body fat and no LVH,and 7.8%in those with lower body fat and LVH(log-rank Pbody fat percentage and LVH(P interaction was 0.003).After correcting for confounding factors,patients with higher body fat and LVH had the highest risk of all-cause death(HR=3.49,95%CI:1.40-8.69,P=0.007)compared with those with lower body fat and no LVH;in contrast,patients with higher body fat and no LVH had no statistically significant difference in risk of death compared with those with lower body fat and no LVH(HR=2.03,95%CI:0.70-5.92,P=0.195).CONCLUSION A higher body fat percentage was associated with a different risk of all-cause death in patients with CAD,strat-ified by coexistence of LVH or *** body fat was significantly associated with a greater risk of mortality among patients with LVH but not among those without LVH.

Two-dimensional ferromagnetic van der Waals(2D vdW)heterostructures have opened new avenues for creating artificial materials with unprecedented electrical and optical functions beyond the reach of isolated 2D atomic layered materials,and for manipulating spin degree of freedom at the limit of few atomic layers,which empower next-generation spintronic and memory ***,to date,the electronic properties of 2D ferromagnetic heterostructures still remain ***,we report an unambiguous magnetoresistance behavior in CrI_(3)/graphene heterostructures,with a maximum magnetoresistance ratio of 2.8%.The magnetoresistance increases with increasing magnetic field,which leads to decreasing carrier densities through Lorentz force,and decreases with the increase of the bias *** work highlights the feasibilities of applying two-dimensional ferromagnetic vdW heterostructures in spintronic and memory devices.

BACKGROUND The relationship between autoimmune gastritis(AIG)and gastric polyps(GPs)is not well *** To explore the clinical characteristics and risk factors of AIG with GPs in *** This double center retrospective study included 530 patients diagnosed with AIG from July 2019 to July *** collected clinical,biochemical,serological,and demographic data were of each *** regression analyses,both multivariate and univariate,were conducted to pinpoint independent risk factors for GPs in patients with AIG *** operating characteristic curves were utilized to establish the optimal cutoff values,sensitivity,and specificity of these risk factors for predicting GPs in patients with *** Patients with GPs had a higher median age than those without GPs[61(52.25-69)years vs 58(47-66)years,P=0.006].The gastrin-17 levels were significantly elevated in patients with GPs compared with those without GPs[91.9(34.2-138.9)pmol/mL vs 60.9(12.6-98.4)pmol/mL,Pbody(PCA)antibody was higher in these patients than in those without GPs(88.6%vs 73.6%,P<0.001).Multivariate and univariate analyses revealed that PCA positivity[odds ratio(OR)=2.003,P=0.017],pepsinogen II(OR=1.053,P=0.015),and enterochromaffin like cells hyperplasia(OR=3.116,P<0.001)were significant risk factors for GPs,while pepsinogen I was identified as a protective *** PCA positivity and enterochromaffin like cells hyperplasia are significant risk factor for the development of GPs in patients with *** gastrin-17 levels may also play a role in this *** findings suggest potential targets for further research and therapeutic intervention in managing GPs in patients with AIG.

Hydrogen is expected to play an important role in future transportation as a promising alternative clean energy source to carbon-based fuels. One of the key challenges to commercialize hydrogen energy is to develop appropriate onboard hydrogen storage systems, capable of charging and discharging large quantities of hydrogen with fast enough kinetics to meet commercial requirements. Metal organic framework （MOF） is a new type of inorganic and organic hybrid nanoporous particulate materials. Its diverse networks can enhance hydrogen storage through tuning the structure and property of MOFs. The MOF materials so far developed adsorb hydrogen through weak dispersion interactions, which allow significant quantity of hydrogen to be stored at cryogenic temperatures with fast kinetics. Novel MOFs are being developed to strengthen the interactions between hydrogen and MOFs in order to store hydrogen under ambient conditions. This review surveys the development of such candidate materials, their performance and future research needs.

The coarsening behavior of(Ni,Co)2Si particles in Cu-Ni-Co-Si alloy was investigated by experimental observations and coarsening kinetics calculations when aged at 450,500,550 and 600℃ for different *** results show that the critical particle radius for coherence mismatch is found to be 10.3 nm,and particles larger than 25 nm are generally *** relationship of(Ni,Co)2Si particles size and aging time follows Lifshitz,Slyosov and Wagner(LSW) *** particle size distributions fit well to the LSW theoretical *** activation energy for(Ni,Co)2Si coarsening is accurately determined to be(216.21 ± 5.18)kJ mol-1 when considering the effect of temperature on the solution concentrations in *** coarsening of(Ni,Co)2Si particles in Cu-Ni-Co-Si alloy is controlled by diffusion of Ni,Co and Si in Cu *** growth of particles for long durations suggests that vacancies can be trapped within the structure for long time despite their mobility.
