Chiral hybrid metal halides with high photoluminescence quantum yield（PLQY） and superior dissymmetry factor(glum) are promising candidates for circularly polarized luminescence（CPL） emitting ***,it is a great challenge to achieve both high glumand large ***,we report a new supramolecular strategy to fabricate chiral hybrid Cu（Ⅰ）-halides with nearunity quantum yields and intense CPL *** dissymmetry factor can be dramatically modulated by tuning the hostguest *** to the chirality and variable conformations of the host-guest complexes,a series of chiral[G@LR/S]2Cu4I6have been *** incorporation of different cations within the chiral LR/Shosts leads to variations of packing modes along the c-axis and different extent of distortions in the[Cu4I6]*** them,[H3O@LR/S]+cations are stacked based on Van der Waals interactions and hierarchically self-assemble into a right/left-handed helix in[H3O@LR/S]2Cu4I6,which results in a high glumof-7×10-3and a large PLQY of 96.92%.Notably,[G@LR/S]2Cu4I6shows promising applications in single-component white light emitting diodes（WLEDs）,exhibiting a maximum dissymmetry factor of -1.2×*** effective host-guest complexation and oriented hierarchical self-assembly provide an effective strategy for the development of high-performance CPL materials.

Effects of Photodynamic Therapy on Nav1.7 Expression in Spinal Dorsal Root Ganglion Neurons

Objective The aim of this study was to examine the effects of photodynamic therapy(PDT)on the expression of Nav1.7 in spinal dorsal root ganglion(DRG)*** The primary DRG neurons from newborn SD rats were *** cells were identified by neuron-specific enolase immunofluorescence *** neurons were divided into four groups:control group,photosensitizer group,laser group,and PDT *** cell viability was detected by a cell counting kit-8(CCK8)***-PCR and Western blotting were used to determine the mRNA and protein expression levels of Nav1.7 in DRG *** The purity of the cultured primary DRG neurons was greater than 90%.Compared with the control group,no significant change was found in the cell viability of the photosensitizer group,while the viability in the laser group and the PDT group was significantly *** mRNA and protein expression levels of Nav1.7 were significantly greater in the laser group and the PDT group than in the control *** the same time,the mRNA and protein expression levels of Nav1.7 were greater in the laser group than in the PDT *** Both laser and PDT could upregulate the expression of Nav1.7 in DRG neurons,and the promoting effect might be related to the pain induced by clinical *** study provides a research basis for the use of laser and PDT to treat pain.A better understanding of the relationship between Nav1.7 and PDT can help clinicians better manage PDT-related pain.

Reproducibility of RTVue retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and optic nerve head measurements in normal and glaucoma eyes

Background RTVue spectral-domain optical coherence tomography （OCT） is a new, ultra high-speed and high-resolution instrument, potentially to measure the presence of glaucoma or its progression accurately. The objective of this study was to evaluate its reproducibility of retinal nerve fiber layer （RNFL） thickness and optic nerve head （ONH） measurements in normal and glaucoma eyes. Methods This study was an observational clinical study. One eye was selected randomly from each of 89 normal individuals and 63 glaucoma patients in a range of severity. RNFL thickness and ONH were measured 3 times on the same day to determine intrasession variability. The same instrument was used by the same operator for all scans. Intrasession within-subject standard deviation （Sw）, precision （1.96xSw）, coefficient of variation （CVw, 100xSw/overall mean）, and intraclass coefficient （ICC） were calculated to evaluate reproducibility. Results RTVue OCT demonstrated double hump patterns in the RNFL profiles. High reproducibility was observed in all ONH parameters. For normal eyes, the value of ICC ranged between 0.98 and 1.00. For eyes with different extent of glaucoma, it ranged between 0.94 and 1.00. High reproducibility was also observed in RNFL thickness measurements. The values of ICC for averaged RNFL thickness ranged between 0,95 and 1.00 in all cases. For regional parameters, it ranged from 0,94 to 0.98 for normal eyes, 0.94 to 1.00 for mild glaucoma eyes, 0.87 to 1.00 for moderate glaucoma eyes, and 0.77 to 0.97 for severe glaucoma eyes. The nasal regions of severe glaucoma appeared to be most variable, as nasal lower region and inferior nasal region had the ICC values of 0.77 and 0.87. Conclusion Reproducibility of RTVue RNFL and ONH measurements was excellent in normal and glaucoma groups.

Based on our previous pulsed current and internal overvoltage test data and the experience of common commercial high power cables,a 100 kA coaxial pulsed power cable is designed and manufactured to adapt the coaxial electric energy breech transmission between the plasma generator and the pulsed power supply(PPS) in electrothermal-chemical(ETC) *** index parameters are analyzed and ***-conductor layers and a shield stiffener are introduced to prevent the deformation and burst of the pulsed power cable *** semi-conductor layer can eliminate the air gap and balance the electric field in the *** shield stiffener can multiply the mechanical strength to restrain the strong electrodynamic force produced by the core dislocation of the outer *** multi-coupling of electromagnetic field,stress field and thermal field analysis are established to assist in aided design of electrical strength,mechanical strength and temperature rise *** a DC voltage withstand test and pulsed discharge tests are introduced to verify and inspect the performance and dynamic response of the pulsed power *** 25 kV/5 min DC voltage withstand test result shows that the sample leakage current is nearly 3 μA and no abnormal phenomena of the pulsed power cable sample *** pulsed discharge tests show that the sample can sustain the 100 kA peak ***,this 100 kA coaxial pulsed power cable can satisfy the ETC test requirements.

Dehalogenation of Aryl Halides Catalyzed by MontK10 Immobilized PVP-Pd-Sn Catalyst in Aqueous System

A series of PVP-Pd-Sn/MontK10 catalysts were prepared by immobilization of PVP[poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)] supported bimetallic catalyst using MontK10 as carrier. This catalyst has good catalytic activity for hydrogen transfer dehalogenation of aryl halides. The catalytic reaction was carried out in aqueous system in the presence of phase transfer catalyst and sodium formate as hydrogen source. The catalyst with loading Pd 0.19wt% and molar ratio of Pd/Dn 8:1 gives the highest activity and good stability. This catalyst is more reducible with NaBH4. It is also found that the catalyst is easily separated from the reaction system.

Optimal indicator for changing the filter during the continuous renal replacement therapy in intensive care unit patients with acute kidney injury:A crossover randomized trial

BACKGROUND:The study aims to investigate an optimal indicator for changing the filter during the continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in intensive care unit(ICU)patients with acute kidney injury(AKI).METHODS:Patients with AKI requiring CRRT in an ICU were randomly divided into two groups for crossover trial,i.e.,groups A and *** in the group A were firstly treated with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH),followed by continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration(CVVHDF).Patients in the group B were firstly treated with CVVHDF followed by *** doses of solutes with different molecular weights at the indicated time points between groups were compared.A correlation analysis between the delivered dose and pre-filter pressure(P_(PRE))and transmembrane pressure(P_(TM))was *** operating characteristic(ROC)curves were constructed to evaluate the accuracy of P_(TM) as an indicator for filter ***:A total of 50 cases were analyzed,27 in the group A and 23 in the group *** doses of different molecular-weight solutes significantly decreased before changing the filter in both modalities,compared with those at the initiation of treatment(all Plivered dose of medium-molecular-weight solute in both *** threshold for predicting the rebound of serum concentration of medium-molecularweight solute by P_(TM) was 146.5 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa).CONCLUSIONS:The filter can be used as long as possible within the manufacturer’s safe use time limits to remove small-molecular-weight solutes.P_(TM) of 146.5 mm Hg may be an optimal indicator for changing the filter in CRRT therapies to remove medium-molecular-weight solutes.

A Denoiser for Correlated Noise Channel Decoding: Gated-Neural Network

This letter proposes a sliced-gated-convolutional neural network with belief propagation(SGCNN-BP) architecture for decoding long codes under correlated noise. The basic idea of SGCNNBP is using Neural Networks(NN) to transform the correlated noise into white noise, setting up the optimal condition for a standard BP decoder that takes the output from the NN. A gate-controlled neuron is used to regulate information flow and an optional operation—slicing is adopted to reduce parameters and lower training complexity. Simulation results show that SGCNN-BP has much better performance(with the largest gap being 5dB improvement) than a single BP decoder and achieves a nearly 1dB improvement compared to Fully Convolutional Networks(FCN).
