改性膨润土用于净化地下水中的重金属研究

文章研究了聚合氯化铝改性膨润土去除地下水中重金属的影响因素。实验结果表明:改性剂用量和改性时间对改性膨润土的除重金属效率影响较大,其中改性剂溶液的pH值用量的影响最大。实验的最佳改性条件为:改性剂用量为10 mmol聚合氯化铝/g膨润土、pH值=7、反应温度80℃、反应时间4 h。改性膨润土用于处理铅和锌离子浓度分别为0.093 mg/L和2.367 mg/L的污染地下水时,铅、锌的去除率分别为98.3%和99.2%。净化后水中的铅、锌浓度分别为0.0016 mg/L和0.0189 mg/L,水质达到《地下水质量标准》(GB/T14848-2017)Ⅲ类标准要求(铅≤0.01 mg/L,锌≤1.0 mg/L)。

The six multiimidazole copper（Ⅰ） complexes are utilized to mimic tyrosinase. The main product is 3,5-di-t-butylcatechol from o-hydroxylation of the substrate 2,4-di-t-butylphenol. The highest yield of catechol is up to 82.2% and selectivity 94.8% by [Cu（Ⅰ）2（3b）（MeCN）2]（CIO4）2 and O2 under mild conditions, which are found to be more efficient than that already reported.

An urgent demand for lowering bonding temperature has been put forward by advanced flip-chip integration such as micro-LED packaging and heterogeneous integration of semiconductor *** microbump with low-melting point has attracted attention for its potential use as the interconnection intermediate,and the development of its fabrication process is therefore of great *** reveal the critical process factors for successfully fabricating a high-density In microbump array,this paper investigated a simple process flow of In patterning and reflow and detailed the flux-assisted wet reflow *** process conditions,including the patterned In volume,alignment accuracy,reflow reagent liquidity,and temperature profile,were described,with a particular emphasis on the role of surface tension of molten indium film during the formation of spherical microbumps.A high-density indium ball array with an overall yield greater than 99.7%can be obtained,which suggests that the In patterning and wet-reflow processes are robust and that a high-quality microbump array could be readily formed with low equipment ***,the interfacial reaction characteristics between In microbump and Au adhesion layer were investigated under thermal aging conditions,which revealed lateral intermetallic growth of AuIn2 compound and well-retained interfacial strength even after prolonged aging.

Background The organization and recanalization of thrombi is a dynamic and complex process. The aim of this research was to study the cotherapeutic effect of stem cell transplantation and gene transfection on chronic venous thrombosis. Methods We constructed a recombinant adenoviral vector carrying the vascular endothelial growth factor 165 （VEGF165） gene by using the pAdEasy system, which was subsequently identified and amplified. Simultaneously, endothelial progenitor cells （EPCs） were isolated from rat bone marrow using Ficoll, cultured in EBM-2MV medium, and identified. Then, the cells were transfected with the recombinant Ad-VEGF165. The EPCs were labeled with 1 ,1＇-dioctadecyl-3,3,3＇,3＇-tetramethylindocarbocyanine （Dil） before transplantation. A rat model of chronic vein thrombosis was developed by partial ligation of the inferior vena cava. The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups （n=25, each）： A, Ad-VEGF165/EPC-transplantation group received 1 ml （10^6） of Ad-VEGF165/EPCs; B, EPC-transplantation group received 1 ml （10^6） of EPCs; C, Ad/EPC-transplantation group received 1 ml （10^6） of Ad/EPCs; D, control group received 1 ml of the transplantation medium. The thrombi and adjacent caval walls were harvested 28 days after transplantation; real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） mRNA; and western blotting was used to measure changes in VEGF protein expression. Hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining were performed to detect recanalization. Neovascularization was detected by immunohistochemical staining using the antibody for von Willebrand factor （vWF）, which is a component of endothelial *** capillary density was quantitatively determined by counting the capillaries under a high-power microscope. Studying the system state of coexistence regions will peek into to reveal microscopic interactions between different phases of a thermodynamic ***,there is no effective method to study thermodynamic nature of the coexistence black hole regions for the failure of the equation of *** at these coexistence states,in this work,we develop a general approach by introducing two new ratio *** first one is the ratio of the horizon radii of the saturated coexistence small and large black holes,and the second one measures that of the small black hole molecule number to the total molecule *** demonstrate that the first parameter can serve as an order parameter to characterize the first-order phase *** study also shows that the black hole state in the coexistence region is uniquely determined by these two introduced parameters bounded between 0 and *** results are quite significant in the analytical study of phase transition and the microscopic nature of black hole in the coexistence regions.

Long-lived lunar volcanism sustained by precession-driven core-mantle friction

Core-mantle friction induced by the precession of the Moon's spin axis is a strong heat source in the deep lunar mantle during the early phase of a satellite's evolution, but its influence on the long-term thermal evolution still remains poorly explored. Using a one-dimensional thermal evolution model, we show that core-mantle friction can sustain global-scale partial melting in the upper lunar mantle until ～3.1 Ga, thus accounting for the intense volcanic activity on the Moon before ～3.0 Ga. Besides, core-mantle friction tends to suppress the secular cooling of the lunar core and is unlikely to be an energy source for the long-lived lunar core dynamo. Our model also favours the transition of the Cassini state before the end of the lunar magma ocean phase(～4.2 Ga), which implies a decreasing lunar obliquity over time after the solidification of the lunar magma ocean. Such a trend of lunar obliquity evolution may allow volcanically released water to be buried in the lunar regolith of the polar regions. As a consequence, local water ice could be more abundant than previously thought when considering only its accumulation caused by solar wind and comet spreading.

Liquid hydrogen storage and transportation is an effective method for large-scale transportation and utilization of hydrogen energy. Revealing the flow mechanism of cryogenic working fluid is the key to optimize heat exchanger structure and hydrogen liquefaction process(LH2). The methods of cryogenic visualization experiment, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are conducted to study the falling film flow characteristics with the effect of co-current gas flow in LH2spiral wound heat *** results show that the flow rate of mixed refrigerant has a great influence on liquid film spreading process, falling film flow pattern and heat transfer performance. The liquid film of LH2mixed refrigerant with column flow pattern can not uniformly and completely cover the tube wall surface. As liquid flow rate increases, the falling film flow pattern evolves into sheet-column flow and sheet flow, and liquid film completely covers the surface of tube wall. With the increase of shear effect of gas-phase mixed refrigerant in the same direction, the liquid film gradually becomes unstable, and the flow pattern eventually evolves into a mist flow.
