Heterolytic and homolytic C-D bond dissociation energies of three NADH models:BNAH-4,4-d2,HEH-4,4-d2 and AcrD2 in acetonitrile were first estimated by using an efficient *** results showed that the heterolytic C-D bond dissociation energies are 65.2,70.2,and 81.9 kcal/mol and the homolytic C-D bond dissociation energies are 72.66,70.69,and 74.95 kcal/mol for BNAH-4,4-d2,HEH-4,4-d2,and AcrD2,*** to the bond dissociation energy differences of isotope isomers,an interesting conclusion can be made that the primary kinetic isotope effects are dependent not only on the zero-point energy difference of the isotope isomers,but also on the types of C-D bond dissociations,and the C-D bond homolytic dissociations should have much larger primary kinetic isotope effects(26.9-28.8) than the corresponding C-D bond heterolytic dissociations(3.9-5.4).

Peak compression technique based on the difference of the solute migration velocity in two different mobile phases was described theoretically and confirmed using benzaldehyde and 4-hydroxyquinoline (4-HQ) as model compounds. After peak compression, the peak compression factors (the ratio of peak width at half-height under non-compression and that under compression condition) of benzaldehyde and 4-HQ were 0.19 and 0.13, respectively. By this application of the peak compression technique to the mixture, both enhanced peak height and good separation were obtained in one run cycle. This peak compression technique was introduced to determine benzaldehyde from semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase-catalyzed enzymetic reaction in order to illustrate the applicability of this technique to the real sample. As a result, the peak was compressed effectively, and 4.94-fold, 19.3-fold and 5.74-fold enhancement in peak height, plate number and signal to noise ratio were also achieved, respectively.

Objective:To discuss the effect of Glycyrrhiza uralensis(***) Fisch polysaccharide on growth performance and immunologic function in mice in Ural City,Xinjiang and to provide important data supporting the application of Glycyrrhiza ***:A total of100 Kunming mice aged 3 weeks old were randomly divided into 5 groups with 20 mice in each group(10 were females and 10 were males).About 0.5 mL normal saline was given to the mice of control group every day and 0.5 mL *** Fisch polysaccharide was given to the mice of other groups at the concentration of 1,20,50 and 100 mg/mL *** growth performance(average body weight,average daily feed intake and feed efficiency),immune organ indexes(spleen index and thymus index) and immunologic function(serum IL-2,CD4^+/CD8^+ and the activity of NK cells) of mice in each group were detected ***:The average body weight,feed efficiency,serum IL-2,CD4^+/CD8^+ and the activity of NK cells of mice were increased with the increase of administrated time after administrating *** Fisch polysaccharide and were reached up the largest level on Day *** the same time,each index was proportional to the given dose and was significantly higher than those of control group and reached up the largest level at the administrated dose of 100 mg/*** administrating *** Fisch polysaccharide,the spleen index and thymus index of mice were increased with the increase of administrated dose and the spleen index and thymus index of mice administrated with the dose of 100 mg/mL were maximum which was more than 1.51 times and 1.43 times of that in control group respectively and the comparative differences showed statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusions:*** Fis

The effect of wind environment is becoming increasingly important in analyzing and selecting sites for better naturalventilation of residential buildings, external comfort, and pollution dispersion. The mainpurpose of this study was to develop a setof methods for wind environment assessment in coastal concave terrains. This set of methods can be used to provide quantifiableindicators of preferable wind conditions and help site analysis. Firstly, a total of 20 types of coastal bays with concave terrains inEast Asia were characterized to find ideal locations. The selected areas were divided into five categories according to the mainterrain features. Then a sample database for the concave terrains was compiled for modelling comparisons. Secondly, a number ofkey wind variables were identified. Computational fluid dynamics （CFD） models of the typical coastal concave terrains identifiedas a result of the study were created, and the local wind environments were simulated with input from geographic informationsystem （GIS） and statistic package for social science （SPSS） analysis. A measure of wind suitability was proposed that takes windvelocity and wind direction into account using GIS. Finally, SPSS was used to find the relationship between wind suitability andkey terrain factors. The results showed that wind suitability was significantly associated with terrain factors, especially *** results suggest that residential building sites should be selected such that their bay openings face the direction of the prevailingwind and that the opposite direction should be avoided.

ChatGPT is a powerful artificial intelligence(AI)language model that has demonstrated significant improvements in various natural language processing(NLP) tasks. However, like any technology, it presents potential security risks that need to be carefully evaluated and addressed. In this survey, we provide an overview of the current state of research on security of using ChatGPT, with aspects of bias, disinformation, ethics, misuse,attacks and privacy. We review and discuss the literature on these topics and highlight open research questions and future *** this survey, we aim to contribute to the academic discourse on AI security, enriching the understanding of potential risks and mitigations. We anticipate that this survey will be valuable for various stakeholders involved in AI development and usage, including AI researchers, developers, policy makers, and end-users.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of varying pyrite(Py)content on copper(Cu)in the presence of different regrinding conditions,which were altered using different types of grinding media:iron,ceramic balls,and their mixture,followed by flotation in the cleaner *** flotation performance of rough Cu concentrate can be improved by changing the regrinding conditions based on the Py *** electron microscopy,X-ray spectrometry,ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt extraction,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy studies illustrated that when the Py content was high,the use of iron media in regrinding promoted the generation of hydrophilic Fe OOH on the surface of Py and improved the Cu *** ceramic medium with a low Py content prevented excessive Fe OOH from covering the surface of chalcopyrite(Cpy).Electrochemical studies further showed that the galvanic corrosion current of Cpy-Py increased with the addition of Py and became stronger with the participation of iron media.
