BACKGROUND Infant hepatitis syndrome(IHS)is a clinical syndrome in infants less than one year of age with generalized skin jaundice,abnormal liver function,and hepato-megaly due to various etiologies such as *** To investigate the effect of IHS patients,after treatment with arsphenamine-based peptides,on patients'liver function damage and immune *** Of 110 patients with IHS treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were grouped according to the randomized residual grouping method,with 5 cases in each group shed due to transfer,***,50 cases remained in each *** control group was treated with reduced glutathione,and the treat-ment group was treated with sesquiterpene peptide based on the control *** and compare the differences in indicators after *** The comparison of serum total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,and serum alanine transferase after treatment was significantly different and lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of CD4+,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+after treatment was significantly different and higher in the treatment group than in the control group,and the comparison was statist-ically significant(P<0.05).The complication of the two groups showed that the rash,cough and sputum,elevated platelets,and gastrointestinal reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant by test(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The comparative study of IHS treated with arsphenamine combined with reduced glutathione is more effective.

Evaluation of reclamation land productivity in mining districts

In order to evaluate the productivity of reclamation lands in mining districts, field investigation and spatial information technique were adopted to investigate influence factors of land. Based on the collected data of each land, membership grade of each factor was obtained based on Fuzzy logic, and combined weight of each factor was got by analytica1 hierarch process and Delphi method. According to membership grades and combined weights of all factors, integrated fertility index (IFI) of every land was calculated to reflect levels of the productivity of reclamation lands in mining districts. Experimental results show that spatial information technique is an efficient method in field data collection, while lack of evaluation data. By means of quantificational analysis of this method, IFI is appropriate to describe the productive capacity level of reclamation lands.

Separation of the ionospheric and thermospheric contributions in the data from the Triple Ionosophere Photo Meter onboard the Feng-Yun 3E satellite

The Triple Ionosphere Photo Meter(TRIPM)is a far ultraviolet nadir-view photometer that is onboard the secondgeneration,polar-orbiting Chinese meteorological satellite Feng-Yun 3E(FY-3E),which was launched on July 5,*** has three channels,and each is used to measure different types of emissions:(1)135.6 nm airglow produced by the recombination of the O+ions and electrons in the absence of sunlight(nighttime channel);(2)135.6 nm airglow from the OI when sunlight is present(daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm channel);and(3)Airglow in the N_(2)LBH of the TRIPM(daytime/dusk-dawn N_(2)LBH channel).FY-3E is a satellite operating in the early morning ***,the data are mostly distributed on the dawndusk side or at times when the solar zenith angle is relatively *** this study,combined with simulation calculations,the data are *** further explore the application value of the data products,a model is used to separate the ionospheric radiative recombination contribution from the thermosphere photoelectron impact excitation contribution in the data from the daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm *** approach not only improves the accuracy of O/N_(2)derived from the 135.6 nm channel and N_(2)LBH channel but also provides the ionospheric 135.6 nm radiance at the same time as the *** results show that the 135.6 nm radiance originating from the combination of O+and electrons extracted from the measurement data exhibits similar equatorial anomaly peak structure characteristics and seasonal variations as the corresponding GPS total electron content(TEC)*** the other hand,the separated 135.6 nm radiance generated from the thermosphere photoelectron collision excitation does not contain radiative recombination contributions;thus,the ionosphere influence is greatly avoided when the O/N_(2)is obtained.

New Insights on Gamma-Ray Burst Radiation Mechanisms from Multiwavelength Observations

The study of high-energy gamma-ray emission from gamma-ray bursts(GRBs) involves complex synchrotron radiation and synchrotron self-Compton(SSC) scattering mechanisms with multiple parameters exhibiting a wide distribution. Recent advancements in GRB research, particularly the observation of very high energy(VHE,>100 Ge V) radiation, have ushered in a new era of multiwavelength exploration, offering fresh perspectives and limitations for understanding GRB radiation mechanisms. This study aimed to leverage VHE observations to refine constraints on synchrotron + SSC radiation from electrons accelerated by forward shocks. By analyzing two external environments—the uniform interstellar medium and stratified stellar wind medium, we conducted spectral and variability fitting for five specific bursts(GRB 180720B, GRB 190114C, GRB 190829A, GRB 201216C, and GRB 221009A) to identify the optimal parameters characterizing these events. A comparative analysis of model parameter distributions with and without VHE radiation observations reveals that the magnetic energy equipartition factor εBis more concentrated with VHE emissions. This suggests that VHE emissions may offer greater constraints on this microphysical parameter. Additionally, we found that the energy budget between VHE and ke V–Me V γ-ray emissions under the SSC radiation exhibits an almost linear relationship, which may serve as a tool to differentiate radiation mechanisms. We anticipate future statistical analyses of additional VHE bursts to validate our findings.

Recurrent atrial tachycardia and atrial fribrillation after circumferential pulmonary vein ablation:What’s the difference?

Background Recurrent atrial tachyarrhythmia （ATa） after circumferential pulmonary vein ablation （CPVA） includes atrial tachycardia （AT） and atrial fribrillation （AF）. However, whether there are some differences in clinical course and mechanisms between the recurrent AT and the recurrent AF remained unclear. This study was conducted to investigate the incidence, mechanism, clinical course of the recurrent AT and AF in patients under *** One hundred and thirty consecutive patients （M/F = 95/35 ） with highly symptomatic ano multiple antiarrhythmic drugs （AADs） refractory paroxysmal （ n = 91 ） or persistent （ n = 39 ） AF were included. The ablation protocol consisted solely of two continuous circular lesions around the ipsilateral pulmonary veins （PV） guided by CARTO system. The endpoint of CPVA is PV isolation. For patients with recurrent ATa within 2 months after the initial procedure, cardioversion with direct current was attempted if the ATa lasted for more than 24 hours. A repeat ablation procedure was performed only for patients with AADs refractory recurrent ATa and at least followed up for 2 months after the initial *** Within 2 months after the initial procedure, 52 patients （40. 0% ） had experienced episodes of symptomatic recurrent ATa. Among them, 23 patients （44.2%） with recurred AT alone （AT group ）, 14 patients （26.9%） with recurred AF alone （AF group）, and 15 patients （28.8%） with recurred AT and AF （AT plus AF group）. The delayed cure rate （65.2%） in AT group was significant higher than that in AF group （21.4%, P〈0.05） and AF plus AT group （26.7%, P 〈0.05）. A repeat ablation was performed in 21 patients, including 6 patients with recurrent AT alone, 8 patients with recurrent AF alone, and 7 patients with recurrent AF plus AT. The mean number of PV gaps was 1.2 ± 0. 4 in AT group, which was significantly lower than that in AF group （2.6 ± 0. 7, P 〈 0.05） and AF plus AT group （2.0 ± 0.6, P 〈 0.05）.
