Fertility-preserving treatment and pregnancy outcomes in the early stage of endometrial carcinoma

Objective This study aimed to review the available literature on fertility-preserving treatment and pregnancy outcomes in patients with early-stage endometrial carcinoma who desired to preserve their fertility. Data sources The PubMed database （1992-2012） was searched for the words ＂conservative ＂OR＂ fertility sparing ＂OR＂ fertility preserving＂ AND ＂endometrial neoplasms＂（MESH）. All relevant articles in English and the relevant references were collected. Study selection Data from published articles about fertility-preserving treatment of endometrial cancer, including the response and recurrence rate of conservative treatment, strategies of infertility treatment, pregnancy, and obstetric outcomes, were selected. Data were mainly extracted from 41 studies, which are listed in the reference section of this review. Results Hormone therapy was the most common method used for early-stage endometrial carcinoma in patients who wished to preserve fertility. Sixty percent of the patients became pregnant after remission of the carcinoma. The percentage of patients who conceived in the assisted reproductive technology group was higher than that of the natural pregnancy group （80.0% vs. 43.2%, P〈0.01）. A higher rate of preterm labor and multiple pregnancies was observed in the assisted reproductive technology group than that in the natural pregnancy group. The majority of pregnancies （71.4%） in the assisted reproductive technology group were achieved by in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer. The clinical pregnancy rate of transfer cycles in patients with endometrial carcinoma was 34.1%. Conclusions Assisted reproductive technology is a good option in well-selected patients with early-stage endometrial carcinoma who have completed conservative treatment. In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer offers an opportunity to achieve an immediate pregnancy.

Delayed greening of young leaves is an unusual phenomenon of plants in *** are mostly evergreen tree ***,a natural mutant of“Guanxi”pummelo(Citrus maxima),which shows yellow leaves at the young stage,was characterized to identify the genes underlying the trait of delayed leaf greening in plants.A segregating population with this mutant as the seed parent and a normal genotype as the pollen parent was *** DNA pools respectively from the leaves of segregating seedlings with extreme phenotypes of normal leaf greening and delayed leaf greening were collected for *** segregant analysis(BSA)and In Del marker analysis demonstrated that the delayed leaf greening trait is governed by a 0.3 Mb candidate region on chromosome *** expression analysis further identified a key candidate gene(Citrus Delayed Greening gene 1,CDG1)in the 0.3 Mb region,which showed significantly differential expression between the genotypes with delayed and normal leaf greening *** was a 67 bp In Del region difference in the CDG1 promoter and the In Del region contains a TATA-box *** laser-scanning microscopy revealed that the CDG1-GFP fusion protein signals were co-localized with the chloroplast signals in the *** of CDG1 in tobacco and Arabidopsis led to the phenotype of delayed leaf *** results suggest that the CDG1 gene is involved in controlling the delayed leaf greening phenotype with important functions in chloroplast development.

Background The capsule associated protein 10 gene （caplO） is indispensible for the formation of the polysaccharide capsule, and is important in maintaining virulence of the Cryptococcus （C.） neoformans. In this study, we aimed to construct an short hairpin RNA （shRNA） expression vector targeting C. neoformans caplO gene expression and confirm its biologic relevance. Methods A pair of oligonucleotides targeting the cap10 cDNA sequence was designed and synthesized. It was cloned into the plasmid psilencer4.1-CMV neo to construct an eukaryotic shRNA expression vector. The vector was transfected into C. neoformans cells using the LiAc method. The expression of cap10 was assessed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Groups of C. neoformans cells were incubated with murine macrophage-like J774A.1 cells, and the phagocytic indexes and ratios were determined by the microscopic observation method. Results The expression of cap10 in C. neoformans cells transfected with ps4.1 nee-cap10 （（175 535.00±47 004.00） copies/μl） was lower than that of cells transfected with the empty vector （（512 698.89±32 318.02） copies/μl） and mock transfected cells （（562 931.66±65 928.41） copies/μl）. The average phagocytic ratio and phagocytic index of J774A.1 cells following incubation with C. neoformans were higher for cells transfected with ps4.1 neo-capl0 （0.21±0.02, （19.06±1.66）%） than for the control experimental group （0.08±0.02, （6.57±1.23）%） and the blank experimental group （（0.07±0.01）, （5.89±1.07）%）（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The cap10 shRNA vector was successfully prepared and transfected into C. neoformans cells. The effect of RNA interference on the expression of the C. neoformans caplO gene is effective, and it can induce phagocytosis of C. neoformans.

Objective:To study the clinical effect of under the diaphragm by stasis soup combinated with point thread-embedding on infertility patients with obesity-type polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and evaluate the the rate of ovulation and ***:Selecting 100 infertility patients with obesity-type PCOS, then they were randomly divided into control group (n=80) and observation group (n=80). The control group patients were given metformin+ under the diaphragm by stasis soup, the observation group were given metformin + exenatide + point thread-embedding, they were treated 3 months. Before and after treatment, we observed the changes of body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hipratio (WHR), fasting plasma glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglycerides (TG), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), fasting plasma insulin (FINS), follicule-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), LH/FSH, estrogen (E2), and testosterone (T). At last, we assessed the rate of ovulation and ***: After the treatment, the FBG, 2hPBG, TC, LDL-C, TG, BMI, WHR, HOMA-IR, FINS, LH, LH/FSH, E2, and T were lower than before treatment in both groups, and the difference had statistical significance, and the observation group were lower than control group, and the difference had statistical significance;the HDL-C and FSH were higher than before treatment in both groups, and the difference had statistical significance, and the observation group were higher than control group, and the difference had statistical significance. In this study, effects of humic acids (HA) and microorganisms on the migration of hydrophobic organic contaminants (HOCs), decabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-209), 4,4′-dibromodiphenyl ether (BDE-15) and anthracene, in soils were examined. More soil particles were dispersed into the colloidal phase (0.22-1 μm) in the presence of HA and/or microorganisms as a result of increased erosion and friction. The study suggested that PBDEs (BDE-209 and BDE-15) and anthracene in soils would be transported to other places by soil colloids with surface and underground water flow given the high concentrations of HA and microorganisms in the natural environment.

The burgeoning market for lithium-ion batteries has stimulated a growing need for more reliable battery performance monitoring. Accurate state-of-health(SOH) estimation is critical for ensuring battery operational performance. Despite numerous data-driven methods reported in existing research for battery SOH estimation, these methods often exhibit inconsistent performance across different application scenarios. To address this issue and overcome the performance limitations of individual data-driven models,integrating multiple models for SOH estimation has received considerable attention. Ensemble learning(EL) typically leverages the strengths of multiple base models to achieve more robust and accurate outputs. However, the lack of a clear review of current research hinders the further development of ensemble methods in SOH estimation. Therefore, this paper comprehensively reviews multi-model ensemble learning methods for battery SOH estimation. First, existing ensemble methods are systematically categorized into 6 classes based on their combination strategies. Different realizations and underlying connections are meticulously analyzed for each category of EL methods, highlighting distinctions, innovations, and typical applications. Subsequently, these ensemble methods are comprehensively compared in terms of base models, combination strategies, and publication trends. Evaluations across 6 dimensions underscore the outstanding performance of stacking-based ensemble methods. Following this, these ensemble methods are further inspected from the perspectives of weighted ensemble and diversity, aiming to inspire potential approaches for enhancing ensemble performance. Moreover, addressing challenges such as base model selection, measuring model robustness and uncertainty, and interpretability of ensemble models in practical applications is emphasized. Transition metal-carbonate interfaces often act as active sites in heterogeneous catalytic *** interface between transition metal and metal carbonate exhibits a dynamic equilibrium during the CO2hydrogenation reaction,involving surface carbonate hydrogenation and ***,there have been few reports on engineering the activity of the interface between transition metal and alkaline earth metal carbonate for catalytic *** work demonstrated that the incorporation of CaH2in Ni/CaCO3enhances the CO2methanation activity of the *** CO2conversion for Ni/CaH2-CaCO3reached 68.5%at 400°C,which was much higher than that of the Ni/CaCO3（31.6%） and Ni/CaH2-CaO （42.4%） ***,the Ni/CaH2-CaCO3catalysts remained stable during the stability test for 24 h at 400°C and 8 *** research revealed that CaH2played a crucial role in promoting the activity of the Ni-carbonate interface for ***2could modify the electronic structure of Ni and tune the structural properties of CaCO3to generate medium basic sites （OH groups）,which are favorable for the activation of H2and ***-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） analysis combined with density functional theory calculations demonstrated that CO2activation occurs at the hydroxyl group （OH） on the CaH2-modified Ni-carbonate surface,leading to the formation of CO3H****,our study has confirmed that CO2methanation over the Ni/CaH2-CaCO3catalysts proceeds via the formate pathway.
