The degradation mechanism of GaN-based near-ultraviolet(NUV,320-400 nm)light emitting diodes(LEDs)with low-indium content under electrical stress is studied from the aspect of defects.A decrease in the optical power and an increase in the leakage current are observed after electrical *** defect behaviors are characterized using deep level transient spectroscopy(DLTS)measurement under different filling pulse *** stress,the concentration of defects with the energy level of 0.47-0.56 eV increases,accompanied by decrease in the concentration of 0.72-0.84 eV *** the defect energy level with the increased yellow luminescence in photoluminescence spectra,the device degradation can be attributed to the activation of the gallium vacancy and oxygen related complex defect along dislocation,which was previously passivated with *** study reveals the evolution process of defects under electrical stress and their spatial location,laying a foundation for manufacture of GaN-based NUV LEDs with high reliability.

Perfuorinated compounds(PFCs)are toxic and widely present in the environment,and therefore effective adsorbents are required to remove PFCs from environmental *** the present study,a new type of fuorinated biomass materials was synthesized via an ingenious fuorosilanization *** adsorbents were applied for the adsorption of 13typical PFCs,including perfuorocarboxylic acids(PFCAs)and perfuorosulfonic acids(PFSAs).By comparing their adsorption performance,Fluorinated cedar slag(FCS)was discovered to have the best absorption efficiency and enabled highly efficient enrichment of *** adsorption recovery of FCS with the investigated PFCs is greater than 90%under the optimal adsorption *** to the high affinity of F-F sorbent-sorbate interaction,FCS had good adsorption capacities of PFCs from aqueous solution,with the maximum adsorption capacity of 15.80 mg/g for PFOS and 10.71 mg/g for PFOA,***,the adsorption time could be achieved in a short time(8 min).Using the FCS absorbent,an innovative FCS-solid phase extraction assisted with high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray-tandem mass spectrometry(FCS-SPE-HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)method was first developed to sensitively detect PFCs in the environmental water *** intra-day and inter-day recovery rates of the 13 compounds ranged from 90.7%-104.3%,with the RSD of 2.1%-4.7%(intra-day)and 2.5%-8.5%(inter-day),*** research demonstrates the potential of the newly fuoro-functionalized plant biomass to adsorb PFCs from environmental water,with the advantages of high adsorption efficiencies,high antiinterference,easy operation and low economic cost.

Background: Obesity is a common public health issue and is currently deemed a disease. Research has shown that the risk of gallstones in individuals with obesity is elevated. This study aimed to explore the bile proteomics differences between cholelithiasis patients with obesity and normal body weight. Methods: Bile samples from 20 patients(10 with obesity and 10 with normal body weight) who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at our center were subjected to tandem mass tag labeling(TMT) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS), followed by further bioinformatic analysis. Results: Among the differentially expressed proteins, 23 were upregulated and 67 were downregulated. Bioinformatic analysis indicated that these differentially expressed proteins were mainly involved in cell development, inflammatory responses, glycerolipid metabolic processes, and protein activation cascades. In addition, the activity of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR, a subfamily of nuclear receptors) signaling pathway was decreased in the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) enrichment analysis. Two downregulated proteins in the PPAR signaling pathway, APO A-Ⅰ and APO A-Ⅱ, were confirmed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Conclusions: The PPAR signaling pathway may play a crucial role in the development of cholelithiasis among patients with obesity. Furthermore, biliary proteomics profiling of gallstones patients with obesity is revealed, providing a reference for future research.

The V-based body-centered cubic （BCC）-type hydrogen storage alloys have attracted significant attention due to their high theoretical hydrogen storage capacity of3.80 wt%.However,their practical application faces challenges related to low dehydriding capacity and poor activation *** overcome these challenges,a BCC-type Ti–V–Cr–Mn–Mo–Ce high-entropy alloy（HEA） with an effectively dehydriding capacity of 2.5 wt% above 0.1 MPa was *** introduction of Mo and conducting heat treatment,the precipitation of Ti-rich phase in HEA was successfully suppressed,resulting in improved compositional uniformity and dehydriding ***,the effective dehydriding capacity increased significantly from 0.60 wt% to 2.50 wt% a65℃,surpassing that of other types of hydrogen storage alloys under the same ***,the addition of 1 wt%Ce enabled initial hydrogen absorption at 25℃ without the need for activation at 400℃.Furthermore,Ce doping reduced the dehydriding activation energy of the Ti–V–Cr–Mn–Mo–Ce HEA from 52.71 to 42.82 kJ·mol-1Additionally,the enthalpy value of dehydrogenation decreased from 46.89 to 17.96 k J·mol-1,attributed to a decrease in the hysteresis factor from 0.68 to *** findings provide valuable insights for optimizing the hydrogen storage property of HEA.

For the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures （OVCFs）, percutaneous kyphoplasty （PKP）enables rapid pain relief and spinal stabilization, as well as correction of kyphosis. Although serious complications such as pulmonary embolism and spinal cord and nerve damage may occur,1 recurrence of pain after PKP is unlikely to require medical attention. The present study analyzed the causes of post-operative residual pain by reviewing the clinical data of 16 from 121 patients with OVCFs who underwent PKP from August 2005 to April 2009. METHODS

The etch-stop structure including the in-situ SiN and AlGaN/GaN barrier is proposed for high frequency *** etch-stop process is realized by placing an in-situ SiN layer on the top of the thin AlGaN barrier.F-based etching can be self-terminated after removing SiN,leaving the AlGaN barrier in the gate *** this in-situ SiN and thin barrier etch-stop structure,the short channel effect can be suppressed,meanwhile achieving highly precisely controlled and low damage etching *** device shows a maximum drain current of 1022 ma/mm,a peak transconductance of 459 mS/mm,and a maximum oscillation frequency(fmax)of 248 GHz.

A high-zinc composite,12vol%SiC/Al-13.3 Zn-3.27 Mg-1.07Cu(wt%),with an ultra-high-strength of 781 MPa was success-fully fabricated through a powder metallurgy method,followed by an extrusion *** effects of solid-solution and aging heat treat-ments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were extensively *** with a single-stage sol-id-solution treatment,a two-stage solid-solution treatment(470℃/1 h+480℃/1 h)exhibited a more effective solid-solution strengthen-ing owing to the higher degree of solid-solution and a more uniform *** to the aging hardness curves of the com-posite,the optimized aging parameter(100℃/22 h)was *** the aging temperature and time resulted in finer and more uniform nanoscale precipitates but only yielded a marginal increase in tensile *** fractography analysis revealed that intergranu-lar cracking and interface debonding were the main fracture mechanisms in the ultra-high-strength SiC/Al-Zn-Mg-Cu *** regions,such as the SiC/Al interface containing numerous compounds and the precipitate-free zones at the high-angle grain boundaries,were identified as significant factors limiting the strength enhancement of the *** compounds,including MgO,MgZn2,and Cu5Zn8,reduced the interfacial bonding strength,leading to interfacial debonding.

Mesozoic magmatic rocks occur widely in the South China Block and are generally interpreted as the manifestations of the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific oceanic lithosphere beneath *** magmatism in southeast(SE)China continued from the Late Permian through the Late Cretaceous with an inferred lull between 125 ma and 115 ma that is known in the literature as the Cretaceous"magmatic quiescence".We report in-situ zircon U-Pb ages,Hf-O and whole-rock Sr-Nd isotopes,and whole-rock geochemistry of Cretaceous granitoids on Hainan Island and discuss their magmatic evolution within the framework of the Late Mesozoic geodynamics of SE *** recognize two main stages of the emplacement of Cretaceous granitoids on Hainan,first around 120 ma and then around 100-95 ma,displaying high-K calc-alkaline,I-type geochemical *** in both age groups are enriched in LILE and LREE,but depleted in Nb,Ta,Ba,Sr,and *** 120 ma granites have zircon ε_(Hf)(t)values of-2.6 to 2.3 corresponding to Hf crustal model ages,ranging from 0.79 Ga to 1.03 Ga,and δ^(18)O values ranging from 6.9‰to 7.7‰.Zircons from 100-95 ma granites have ε_(Hf)(t)values of-4.2 to 1.1 corresponding to Hf crustal model ages of 1.08 Ga to 1.42 Ga,and δ^(18)O values ranging from 6.7‰to 8.4‰.Increasing ε_(Hf)(t)values of the Cretaceous Hainan granites with younger crystallization ages indicate addition of more juvenile components and reworking of crustal material into their melt *** ε_(Nd)(t)values of the 120 ma and 100-95 ma granitoids range between-4.1 to-0.4 and-7.7 to-4.0,*** calculated two-stage model age of the 100-95 ma granitoids clusters between 1.25 Ga and 1.53 *** isotopic data suggest that magmas of the Cretaceous granitoids were produced by partial melting of Mesoproterozoic metabasaltic rocks,which make up much of the crystalline basement of the southern Cathaysia *** geochemical and isotopic characteristics of the Cretaceous granitoids on H

Motivated by a duopoly game problem,the authors study an optimal control problem where the system is driven by Brownian motion and Poisson point process and has elephant memory for the control variable and the state ***,the authors establish the unique solvability of an anticipated backward stochastic differential equation,derive a stochastic maximum principle,and prove a verification theorem for the aforementioned optimal control ***,the authors generalize these results to nonzero-sum stochastic differential game ***,the authors apply the theoretical results to the duopoly game problem and obtain the corresponding Nash equilibrium solution.
