Background Available evidence suggests that our country bear great burden of severe ***,the causes have not been explored recently in different regions of China to guide necessary clinical and public health *** This was a prospective,observational study conducted from March 1,2018,to February 28,*** hospitals in three regions of China participated in the *** from infants with a gestational age≥35 weeks,birth weight>2000 g,and total serum bilirubin(TSB)level≥17 mg/dL(342μmol/L)were prospectively *** A total of 783 cases were *** were identified in 259 *** major causes were ABO incompatibility(n=101),glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency(n=76),and intracranial hemorrhage(n=70).All infants with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency were from the central south *** from the central south region had much higher peak total bilirubin levels[mean,404μmol/L;standard deviation(SD),75μmol/L]than those from the other regions(mean,373μmol/L;SD,35μmol/L)(Pfants in this region had a much higher peak total bilirubin *** hemorrhage may be another common *** thorough assessments and rigorous bilirubin follow-up strategies are needed in the central south region.

Background Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy （ARVC） is a heritable cardiac disease predominantly caused by mutations in desmosomal protein genes. Previous genetic analyses of the Chinese ARVC population are limited to small size and restriction to a single gene. This study was aimed to investigate the genotype in a large series of Chinese patients with ARVC through comprehensively screening nine ARVC-causing genes. Methods A total of 100 unrelated ARVC patients and 300 age, gender and ethnicity matched healthy controls were genetically tested with multiplexing targeted resequencing for nine previously reported ARVC-causing genes, including plakophilin-2, desmoplakin, desmoglein-2, desmocollin-2, plakoglobin, transforming growth factor beta-3, transmembrane protein 43, desmin and Lamin A/C. Results Fifty-nine mutations were identified in 64% of the patients, among which, 93% were located in desmosomal protein genes. Plakophilin-2 mutations accounted for 54% of the total and 58% of the desmosomal mutations, with a truncating mutation type making up about 2/3 of the plakophilin-2 mutations. Only four mutations were found in nondesmosomal genes; two in transmembrane protein 43 and two in transforming growth factor beta-3. Two of them （one of each gene） appeared as single missense mutations. No mutation was identified in desmin or Lamin A/C. Multiple mutations were found in 23% of the patients, with plakophilin-2 being found in 57% of the multi-mutation carriers. Conclusions Plakophilin-2 was the most common gene mutation that was identified in Chinese ARVC patients. Nondesmosomal genes should be added to desmosomal protein genes when performing molecular genetic screening in patients with suspected ARVC.

Cells are the fundamental units of biological systems and exhibit unique development trajectories and molecular features. Our exploration of how the genomes orchestrate the formation and maintenance of each cell, and control the cellular phenotypes of various organismsis, is both captivating and intricate. Since the inception of the first single-cell RNA technology, technologies related to single-cell sequencing have experienced rapid advancements in recent years. These technologies have expanded horizontally to include single-cell genome, epigenome,proteome, and metabolome, while vertically, they have progressed to integrate multiple omics data and incorporate additional information such as spatial sc RNA-seq and CRISPR screening. Single-cell omics represent a groundbreaking advancement in the biomedical field,offering profound insights into the understanding of complex diseases, including cancers. Here, we comprehensively summarize recent advances in single-cell omics technologies, with a specific focus on the methodology section. This overview aims to guide researchers in selecting appropriate methods for single-cell sequencing and related data analysis.

为准确提取轧辊偏心信号,进而实现偏心补偿控制,提高冷轧机的厚度控制,提出了将一种改进小波阈值去噪和EEMD相结合的偏心信号提取方法。该方法结合了小波的强去噪性以及EEMD的抗模态混叠的优点,采用一种含参数的可变阈值函数,在阈值选择时通过人工蜂群优化算法自适应确定最优阈值。利用改进的小波阈值法对轧辊偏心扰动信号进行去噪预处理,然后经过EEMD将信号分解,提取表征偏心信号的特征模态函数,将重构的偏心信号补偿到冷轧机系统中。最后,通过仿真实验表明,此方法能有效补偿轧辊偏心,且所得补偿效果明显优于小波算法的补偿效果。

目的探讨胫骨平行定位法置人下胫腓螺钉治疗下胫腓联合分离的踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2014年5月至2015年12月治疗并获得随访的59例下胫腓联合分离合并踝关节骨折患者资料。根据置人下胫腓螺钉的方向分为平行置钉组（置钉方向从腓骨侧向胫骨侧并与胫骨前后缘的平行克氏针平行且等距）和传统置钉组（经腓骨后外向胫骨前内与水平面成30°方向钻孔置钉）。平行置钉组27例，男18例，女9例；年龄（42．00±11．35）岁；Lauge-Han-sen分型的旋后外旋型Ⅲ度6例、Ⅳ度9例，旋前外旋型Ⅲ度3例、Ⅳ度7例，旋前外展型Ⅲ度2例。传统置钉组32例，男20例，女12例；年龄（44．00±13．34）岁；Lauge-Hansen分型的旋后外旋型Ⅲ度5例、Ⅳ度12例，旋前外旋型Ⅲ度4例、Ⅳ度8例，旋前外展型Ⅲ度3例。术后比较两组患者的踝关节屈伸角度及Baird-Jackson踝关节功能评分。结果59例患者均获得随访，随访时间均超过18个月。平行置钉组骨折愈合时间为2．5-5个月，平均3．4个月；传统置钉组骨折愈合时间2．5-6个月，平均3．8个月。置钉优良率，平行置钉组为100％（优24例，良3例），传统置钉组为53．13％（优5例，良12例），两组比较差异有统计学意义（X2=16．97，P=0.0001）。术后6周、12周踝关节的屈伸活动度，平行置钉组为25．00°±6．33°和31．00°±7．75°，传统置钉组为17．00°±4．46°和19．000±5．580，两组分别比较差异均有统计学意义（t=5．82、7．54，P=0．0002、0．0008）。Baird-Jackson踝关节功能优良率，术后6、12个月平行置钉组分别为44．44％（优2例，良10例）、77．78％（优6例，良15例），传统置钉组分别为12．50％（良4例）、34．38％（优2例，良9例），两组比较差异均有统计学意义（r=7．56、11．11，P=0．007、0．001）；术后18个月平行置钉组为88．89％（优17例，良7例），传统置钉组为78．13％（优10例，良15例），两组比较差异无统计学意义（r=0．56，P=0．23）。术后18个月，比较两组Baird-Jackson踝关节功能为优的比例，即“优异率”，平行置钉组为59．26％（16／27），传统置钉组为34．38％（11／32），两组比较差异有统计学意义（r=3．65，P=-0．049）。结论胫骨平行定位法置入下胫腓螺钉时置钉位置准确，早期、中期踝关节功能恢复好。

This study presents a novel method to fabricate metal-decorated,sulfur-doped layered double hydroxides （M/SLDH） through spontaneous redox and sulfurization *** developed Ag/SLDH and Pt/SLDH catalysts with abundant heterogeneous interfaces and hierarchical nanostructures demonstrated outstanding oxygen evolution reaction （OER） and hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） performance,achieving low overpotentials of 212 and 35 mV at 10 mA cm-2in 1 M KOH,*** both anode and cathode in water splitting,they required only 1.47 V to reach 10 mA cm-2and exhibited high structural robustness,maintaining stability at 1000 mA cm-2for 300 ***-situ Raman analysis revealed that the synergistic effects of metal nanoparticles and S doping significantly promote the transformation into the S-Co1-xFexOOH layer,which serves as the active phase for water ***,ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy （UPS） and density functional theory （DFT） analyses indicated that incorporating metal nanoparticles and S doping increase electron density near the Fermi level and reduce reaction energy barriers,thus enhancing intrinsic OER and HER *** study provides a scalable strategy for synthesizing high-performance electrocatalysts for water splitting,with promising potential for broader applications.
