Objective:To study the mechanism of effect of miR-21 via Wnt/ β-catenin signaling pathway in human A549 lung cancer cells and Lewis lung carcinoma in ***:The effect of miR-21 on A549 cells were detected by MTT ***-21 expression levels were overexpressed or inhibited in A549 cells by transfecting with miR-21 mimics or *** among key molecules(Wnt1,β-***1 and miR-21) of mRNA and protein levels in Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway were studied by Real-time PCR and Western blot hybridization *** ability of A549 cells was determined via Transwell chamber cell invasion assay;the role of miR-21 in A549 cells was explored via the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.A Lewis lung carcinoma animal model was established to detect miR-21 expressions in tumor animals and controlled animal tissues,and verify expression changes of the above moleculesin the Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway was determined in the animal ***:MTT assay results showed that miR-21 overexpression could markedly enhance cell absorbance value;that is,miR-21 could increase the ability proliferation of A549 cells.β-catenin and CyclinD1 expression levels were significantly higher in miR-21 mimic transfected cells(P<0.05),and Wnt 1 gene had no significant *** 1,β-catenin and CyclinD1 gene expression showed no significant change when miR-21 expression was suppressed,compared with *** cells were transfected with miR-21 mimics,cell invasion assay revealed that the perforated cells was significantly higher than the perforated cells in the control group(P<0.01).Lewis lung assay revealed that miR-21 expression levels in the Lewis lung carcinoma were significantly higher;and at the same ***1,β-catenin and CyclinD1 gene expression levels were significantly increased,compared to ***:In A549 human lung cancer cells and Lewis lung carcinoma in mice,key molecules β-catenin and CyclinD1 of miR-21 expressions and the Wnt/ β-c

The abundant photometric data collected from multiple large-scale sky surveys give important opportunities for photometric redshift ***,low accuracy is still a serious issue in the current photometric redshift estimation *** this paper,we propose a novel two-stage approach by integration of Self Organizing Map(SOM)and Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)methods *** SOM-CNN method is tested on the dataset of 150000 galaxies from Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 13(SDSS-DR13).Inthe first stage,we apply the SOM algorithm to photometric data clustering and divide the samples into early-type and *** the second stage,the SOM-CNN model is established to estimate the photometric redshifts of ***,the precision rate and recall rate curves(PRC)are given to evaluate the models of SOM-CNN and Back Propagation(BP).It can been seen from the PRC that the SOM-CNN model is better than BP,and the area of SOM-CNN is 0.94,while the BP is ***,we provide two key error indicators:mean square error(MSE)and *** results show that the MSE of early-type is 0.0014 while late-type is 0.0019,which are better than the BP algorithm 22.2%and 26%,*** compared with Outliers,our result is optimally 1.32%,while the K-nearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm has 3.93%.In addition,we also provide the error visualization figures aboutΔZ andδ.According to the statistical calculations,the early-type with an error of less than 0.1 accounts for 98.86%,while the late-type is 99.03%.This result is better than those reported in the literature.

Chemical doping is an effective method to intrinsically modify the chemical and electronic property of graphene. We propose a novel approach to synthesize the nitrogen-doped graphene via thermal annealing graphene with urea, in which the nitrogen source can be controllably released from the urea by varying the annealed temperature and time. The doped N content and the configuration N as well as the thermal stabilities are also evaluated with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectra. Electrical measurements indi- cate that the conductivity of doped graphene can be well regulated with the N content. The method is expected to produce large scale and controllable N-doped graphene sheets for a variety of potential applications.

Hybrid structures of two distinct materials provide an excellent opportunity to optimize *** report the realization of wide quantum Hall plateaus in graphene field-effect devices on the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 ***-defined quantized Hall resistance plateaus at filling factors ν=±2 can be obtained over wide ranges of the magnetic field and gate voltage,e.g.,extending from 2 T to a maximum available magnetic field of 9 *** using a simple band diagram model,it is revealed that these wide plateaus arise from the ultralarge capacitance of the ultra-thin LAO layer acting as the dielectric *** is distinctly different from the case of epitaxial graphene on Si C substrates,where the realization of giant Hall plateaus relies on the charge transfer between the graphene layer and interface states in *** results offer an alternative route towards optimizing the quantum Hall performance of graphene,which may find its applications in the further development of quantum resistance metrology.

In uncertain decision environment, multiple decision makers are always invited to give their preference information on alternatives. Different formats of preference information would be employed because of decision makers’ different culture and education backgrounds. In this study, six types of preference information are used by the decision makers and normalized into utility values. The individual preference information is aggregated into social opinions based on which the best alternative is selected. Group consensus is measured to verify the decision making process.

针对多波长皮秒激光覆盖谱段较窄、近红外波段激光较难生成等问题,基于受激拉曼散射效应,构建了一套实验系统,采用重频1 k Hz、波长532 nm皮秒激光泵浦KGd(WO4)2晶体,运用聚焦激光束泵浦、泵浦能量优化耦合等方法,实现了可见光、近红外波段多波长皮秒激光的生成,生成七阶斯托克斯光和六阶反斯托克斯光,覆盖谱段415~800 nm,输出总功率达到1.76 W.该研究成果可应用于新型皮秒激光源的研发方面.

This study investigates the mechanism of action of representative molecules of basalt fibers on the healing of water-soaked *** parameters,morphological characteristics,interfacial healing energy,and interfacial healing strength were analyzed using molecular dynamics and macroscopic tests under different time,temperature,and water conditions to evaluate the specific states and critical conditions involved in *** results indicate that basalt-fiber molecules can induce rearrangement and a combination of water-soaked asphalt at the healing *** groups with different bonding states increase the interfacial adsorption capacity of water-soaked *** interaction between basalt fiber molecules and water molecules leads to a"hoop"phenomenon,while aromatics-2 molecules exhibit a"ring band aggregation"*** former reduces the miscibility of water and asphalt molecules,while the latter causes slow diffusion of the ***,a micro-macro dual-scale comparison of interfacial healing strength was conducted at temperatures of 297.15 and 312.15 K to identify the strength transition point and critical temperature of 299.4 K during the self-healing process of basalt-fiber modified water-soaked asphalt.

Cells are the fundamental units of biological systems and exhibit unique development trajectories and molecular features. Our exploration of how the genomes orchestrate the formation and maintenance of each cell, and control the cellular phenotypes of various organismsis, is both captivating and intricate. Since the inception of the first single-cell RNA technology, technologies related to single-cell sequencing have experienced rapid advancements in recent years. These technologies have expanded horizontally to include single-cell genome, epigenome,proteome, and metabolome, while vertically, they have progressed to integrate multiple omics data and incorporate additional information such as spatial sc RNA-seq and CRISPR screening. Single-cell omics represent a groundbreaking advancement in the biomedical field,offering profound insights into the understanding of complex diseases, including cancers. Here, we comprehensively summarize recent advances in single-cell omics technologies, with a specific focus on the methodology section. This overview aims to guide researchers in selecting appropriate methods for single-cell sequencing and related data analysis.
