As a popular kind of stylized face,cartoon faces have rich application *** is challenging to create personalized 3D cartoon faces directly from 2D real ***,in order to adapt to more application scenarios,automatic style editing,and animation of cartoon faces is also a crucial problem that is urgently needed to be solved in the industry,but has not yet had a perfect *** solve this problem,we first propose“3D face cartoonizer”,which can generate high-quality 3D cartoon faces with texture when fed into 2D facial *** contribute the first 3D cartoon face hybrid dataset and a new training strategy which first pretrains our network with low-quality triplets in a reconstruction-then-generation manner,and then finetunes it with high-quality triplets in an adversarial manner to fully leverage the hybrid ***,we implement style editing for 3D cartoon faces based on k-means,which can be easily achieved without retrain the neural *** addition,we propose a new cartoon faces'blendshape generation method,and based on this,realize the expression animation of 3D cartoon faces,enabling more practical *** dataset and code will be released for future research.

In this editorial we expand the discussion on the article by Zhang et al published in the recent issue of the World Journal of *** focus on the diagnostic and therapeutic targets identified on the basis of the current understanding of the molecular mechanisms of liver *** growth factor-β(TGF-β)belongs to a structurally related cytokine super *** family members display different time-and tissue-specific expression patterns associated with autoimmunity,inflammation,fibrosis,and tumorigenesis;and,they participate in the pathogenesis of many ***-βand its related signaling pathways have been shown to participate in the progression of liver diseases,such as injury,inflammation,fibrosis,cirrhosis,and *** often studied TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway has been shown to promote or inhibit liver fibrosis under different ***,the early immature TGF-βmolecule functions as a tumor suppressor,inducing apoptosis;but,its interaction with the mitogenic molecule epidermal growth factor alters this effect,activating anti-apoptotic signals that promote liver cancer ***,TGF-βsignaling displays contradictory effects in different liver disease ***,the use of TGF-βand related signaling pathway molecules for diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases remains a challenge and needs further *** this editorial,we aim to review the evidence for the use of TGF-βsignaling pathway molecules as diagnostic or therapeutic targets for different liver disease stages.

The Chinese Bayan Obo deposit is a world-class rare earth element(REE) deposit with considerable niobium(Nb) and iron(Fe) resources. A complete genetic understanding on all metals is fundamental for establishing genetic models at Bayan Obo. With extensive research being focused on REE enrichment, the timing and controls of Nb enrichment remain unresolved at Bayan Obo, which is mainly due to the challenges in dating, i.e. multistage thermal events, fine-grained minerals with complex textures and the rare occurrence of uranium-enriched minerals with mature dating methods. Based on robust geological and petrographic frameworks, here we conducted ion probe uranium-lead(U-Pb) dating of ferrocolumbite to unravel the timing, hence the genesis of Nb mineralization. Three types of hydrothermal ferrocolumbites—key Nb-bearing minerals—are identified based on their textures and mineral assemblages. They yield U-Pb ages of 1312 ± 47 Ma(n = 99), 438 ± 7 Ma(n = 93), and 268 ± 5 Ma(n = 19), respectively. In line with deposit geology, we tentatively link the first, second and third stage Nb mineralization to Mesoproterozoic carbonatite magmatism, ubiquitous early Paleozoic hydrothermal activity, and Permian granitic magmatism, respectively. While quantifying the contribution of metal endowment from each stage requires further investigation, our new dates highlight that multi-stage mineralization is critical for Nb enrichment at Bayan Obo, which may also have implications for the enrichment mechanism of Nb in REE deposits in general.

In this paper, we discuss the long-time behavior of solutions to the nonclassical diffusion equation with fading memory when the nonlinear term f satisfies critical exponential growth and the external force g(x)∈L2(Ω). In the framework of time-dependent spaces, we verify the existence of absorbing sets and the asymptotic compactness of the process, then we obtain the existence of the time-dependent global attractor A={At}t∈Rin Mt. Furthermore, we achieve the regularity of A, that is, Atis bounded in Mt1with a bound independent of t.

Hyperuricemia (HUA) is characterized by elevated levels of uric acid (UA) in the bloodstream， resulting from either excessive production or insufficient excretion of UA within the body. If left untreated， progressive or persistent HUA can lead to gout， causing significant harm to human health. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB)， generally recognized as safe (GRAS) probiotics， have been shown to alleviate symptoms associated with gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease while supporting overall bodily functions and health. Recently， LAB has emerged as a potentially safe， cost-effective and efficient treatment for HUA. This comprehensive review aims to explore the current literature on the mechanisms through which LAB controls HUA. These mechanisms include suppressing purine metabolism， absorbing purine compounds， modulating microbiota to maintain host global purine homeostasis， reducing intestinal permeability， producing metabolites that alleviate HUA symptoms， promoting the expression of urate excretory proteins and inhibiting the expression of urate reabsorption proteins. The findings presented in this review provide a framework for further investigation into how probiotic LAB can alleviate HUA by influencing UA metabolism and elucidating their underlying action mechanisms.
