目的了解国内外老年人健康管理领域研究现状及热点,为后续研究提供参考和方向。方法以2012—2022年老年人健康管理的中英文文献作为数据来源,利用CiteSpace6.2.R2软件绘制可视化知识图谱,进行文献定量分析。结果利用NoteExpress软件筛选去重选出中文文献841篇,英文文献1115篇。中英文文献年发文量整体均呈现上升趋势;作者分析显示发文量最多的作者是陈长香和Suzuki,Takao,机构分析显示发文量最高的机构是河北联合大学护理与康复学院和National Center for Geriatrics&Gerontology;发文数量最多的国家是中国,其次是美国;关键词分析显示研究主题集中在“社区”“慢性病”“中医药”“健康管理”“physical activity”“risk”“prevalence”“dementia”等。结论老年人健康管理研究领域被学者持续关注,英文文献研究者团队间、各研究机构间合作较中文文献密切。建议国内学者可重点关注国外顶尖学者与机构,加强国际间的学术交流。未来,探索适合中国老龄化发展的老年人健康管理创新模式是国内学者主要探究方向。

目的:了解五寨县老年慢性病患者中医药健康管理服务获得感现状及影响因素,为政府部门制订相关政策、提升中医药健康管理服务质量提供借鉴和参考。方法:采用文献研究法,编制老年慢性病患者中医药健康管理服务获得感调查问卷;运用典型抽样法、简单随机抽样法,对在五寨县孙家坪卫生院、三岔镇卫生院接受过中医药健康管理服务的480名65岁及以上老年慢性病患者进行问卷调查;使用SPSS 26.0软件对调查数据进行统计分析。结果:老年慢性病患者中医药健康管理服务获得感得分为(3.88±0.62)分,其中五个维度的得分从高到低依次是满意度(4.08±0.60)分、公平度(4.07±0.65)分、可及度(3.96±0.63)分、有效度(3.87±0.66)分、回应度(3.48±0.97)分;老年慢性病患者中医药健康管理服务获得感的显著影响因素是年龄,65~69岁老年慢性病患者中医药健康管理服务获得感明显高于70~74岁、75~79岁老年慢性病患者(P<0.05)。结论:优化有效度、回应度相关内容,促进满意度、有效度、可及度、公平度、回应度协调发展,进一步提升老年慢性病患者中医药健康管理服务获得感。

粳稻资源蛋白质组分及其与稻米品质性状的关联研究

以适应辽宁省熟期且外观与加工品质符合育种目标的92份特异性粳稻资源为试材,分析其蛋白质组分与淀粉组分含量变异特点,以及这些组分与其他胚乳性状的关系。继而选择峰值黏度和崩解值高、回冷值低的16份材料作为食味优良材料,进一步研究了蛋白组分、淀粉组分与稻米食味的关系。结果表明,所研究的粳稻资源在蛋白质组分和淀粉组分变异丰富。其中,清蛋白含量高的品种AAC和Fb_(3)较低,而Fa和Fb_(1)+Fb_(2)较高。清蛋白与峰值黏度、最低黏度、崩解值、终值黏度、回冷值均呈现极显著负相关。对于优良食味品种,谷蛋白含量与食味值、外观、黏度、平衡度呈显著或极显著负相关关系,与硬度呈显著正相关。由此发现,所研究的品种资源中,存在丰富的蛋白质组分及淀粉成分变异,且清蛋白对优良食味有促进作用,而谷蛋白含量则可能增加米饭硬度,降低米饭平衡度,从而劣化米饭食味。此外,崩解值和回冷值可作为预测米饭食味品质的有效指标。

Analysis of parental genetic diversity and its impact on grain yield and quality of japonica hybrid rice in northern China

The relationship between parental genetic differences and the quality and yield of japonica hybrid rice strongly influences japonica hybrid rice *** this study,137 parental lines of japonica hybrid rice were genotyped using 8 K rice SNP-Chips to characterize their genetic diversity,population structure,and indica-genotype *** genetic diversity of total parental lines averaged 0.264,with values of0.287 for restorer lines and 0.148 for the sterile *** introduction of indica lineage increased the genetic diversity of restorer lines relative to that of sterile *** model-based population structure analysis,the 137 lines were divided into 14 *** to the grouping results,eight restorer lines and five sterile lines were selected from different groups for cross breeding,yielding 40 japonica hybrid rice combinations(F1).Investigation of the yield and quality of these combinations showed that highyield combinations could be obtained by increasing parental genetic distance to 0.8–0.9,a result accomplished largely by the introduction of indica genomic components of restorer *** further improve grain quality,the genetic distance between parents should be reduced to 0.4–0.5,suggesting an indicagenotype proportion of 30%–40%for restorer *** study may provide a reference for breeding of japonica hybrid rice.

自然旅游资源是指由地质作用形成的具旅游价值的自然景观和自然环境,其空间分布特征与影响因素的研究是现今研究的热点之一。九龙县位于川滇南北构造带北段西侧,区内自然旅游资源类型丰富、特征明显。选取九龙县为研究对象,利用Arc GIS软件对区内自然旅游资源进行最近邻指数(R)与核密度分析,结合叠加分析与数理统计探讨其分布特征及其与地形地貌、坡度坡向、地质构造等影响因素间的相关性,总结其空间分布特征和影响因素。结果表明:九龙县中自然旅游资源空间分布差异显著,R=0.276<1,表现为聚类特征,自然旅游资源总体呈现“北西部及南部多,东西部少”的分布格局,主要受地形地貌、地质构造、河流分布与交通影响。该成果对国土空间规划及旅游资源开发保护提供了科学依据。

In order to address the challenge of non-destructive detection of tomato fruit ripeness in controlled environments,this study proposed a real-time instance segmentation method based on the edge *** method combined the principles of phenotype robots and machine vision based on deep learning.A compact and remotely controllable phenotype detection robot was employed to acquire precise data on tomato *** video data were then processed by using an efficient backbone and the FeatFlowNet structure for feature extraction and analysis of key-frame to non-key-frame mapping from video *** enhance the diversity of training datasets and the generalization of the model,an innovative approach was chosen by using random enhancement ***,the PolyLoss optimization technique was applied to further improve the accuracy of the ripeness multi-class detection *** validation,the method of this study achieved real-time processing speeds of 90.1 fps(RTX 3070Ti)and 65.5 fps(RTX 2060 S),with an average detection accuracy of 97%compared to manually measured *** is more accurate and efficient than other instance segmentation models according to actual testing in a ***,the results of this research can be deployed in edge devices and provide technical support for unmanned greenhouse monitoring devices or fruit-picking robots in facility environments.

Hybridization between Xian/indica(XI)and Geng/japonica(GJ)rice combined with utilization of plant ideotypes has greatly contributed to yield improvements in modern GJ rice in China over the past 50 *** explore the genomic basis of improved yield and disease resistance in GJ rice,we conducted a large-scale genomic landscape analysis of 816 elite GJ cultivars representing multiple eras of germplasm from *** detected consistently increasing introgressions from three XI subpopulations into GJ cultivars since the 1980s and found that the XI genome introgressions significantly increased the grain number per panicle(GN)and decreased the panicle number per *** contributed to the improvement of plant type during modern breeding,changing multi-tiller plants tomoderate tiller plants with a large panicle size and increasing the blast ***,we found that key gene haplotypes controlling plant architecture,yield components,and pest and disease resistance,including IPA1,SMG1,DEP3,Pib,Pi-d2,and Bph3,were introduced from XI rice by *** GWAS analysis,we detected a GN-related gene Gnd5,which had been consistently introgressed from XI into GJ cultivars since the ***5 is a GRAS transcription factor gene,and Gnd5 knockout mutants showed a significant reduction in *** estimated genetic effects of genes varied among different breeding locations,which explained the distinct introgression levels of XI gene haplotypes,including Gnd5,DEP3,etc.,to these GJ breeding *** findings reveal the genomic contributions of introgressions from XI to the trait improvements of GJ rice cultivars and provide new insights for future rice genomic breeding.

Disturbances in the microbiota-gut-brain axis may contribute to the development of Alzheimer's disease. Magnesium-L-threonate has recently been found to have protective effects on learning and memory in aged and Alzheimer's disease model mice. However, the effects of magnesium-L-threonate on the gut microbiota in Alzheimer's disease remain unknown. Previously, we reported that magnesium-L-threonate treatment improved cognition and reduced oxidative stress and inflammation in a double-transgenic line of Alzheimer's disease model mice expressing the amyloid-β precursor protein and mutant human presenilin 1(APP/PS1). Here, we performed 16S r RNA amplicon sequencing and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to analyze changes in the microbiome and serum metabolome following magnesium-Lthreonate exposure in a similar mouse model. Magnesium-L-threonate modulated the abundance of three genera in the gut microbiota, decreasing Allobaculum and increasing Bifidobacterium and Turicibacter. We also found that differential metabolites in the magnesiumL-threonate-regulated serum were enriched in various pathways associated with neurodegenerative diseases. The western blotting detection on intestinal tight junction proteins(zona occludens 1, occludin, and claudin-5) showed that magnesium-L-threonate repaired the intestinal barrier dysfunction of APP/PS1 mice. These findings suggest that magnesium-L-threonate may reduce the clinical manifestations of Alzheimer's disease through the microbiota-gut-brain axis in model mice, providing an experimental basis for the clinical treatment of Alzheimer's disease.

Prewetting process can reduce the contact angle between the droplet and the leaf blade,so that the droplet can more easily wet and spread,thereby increasing the quantity of *** improve the effectiveness of pesticides on cotton leaves,prewetting by single-rotor electric unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)was studied,focusing on the effects of pesticide deposition on cotton leaves during the flowering *** leaves in 0°–30°,30°–60°,60°–90°leaf blade angle ranges(angle between the leaf blade and the horizontal plane)were *** the first experiment,four different prewetting volumes(0,1.6,3.2 and 4.8 L)were sprayed by a singlerotor electric UAV on four cotton plots(plots A–D)each with an area of 120 m^2,and then each area was sprayed with a 0.8%(w/v)ponceau 2R solution by another singlerotor electric *** results revealed that with no prewetting,droplet deposition quantity decreased with increasing leaf blade *** prewetting,the mean droplet deposition quantity on plots B,C and D increased by 39.8%,9.7%and 24.9%,*** prewetting rate of 1.6 L per 120 m^2 had the most significant effect on improving the deposition of *** was also found that the mean droplet deposition quantity in each leaf blade angle range increased after *** the leaf blade angle range 60°–90°,this increase was the most pronounced,with 0.043,0.062,0.057 and 0.048 μL·cm^(-2)in plots A–D,***,droplet deposition uniformity in the leaf blade angle range 60°–90°was better after *** results should provide a valuable reference for future research and practice to improve the effectiveness of pesticides applied to cotton by aerial applications.
