Surgical quality is critical in cancer treatment,as it not only determines the radical resection of the primary tumor but also allows expedited postoperative recovery and early continuation of adjuvant *** complications are valuable met-rics for assessing surgical *** gastric and colorectal cancer surgeries,postoperative complications substantially postpone patients'recovery and,in extreme cases,pose life-threatening risks[1].

In this paper, the glass microsphere co-doped Er3+/Yb3+ was fabricated. Many regularly spaced, sharp peaks appeared in the emission spectra of the glass microspere. We report the laser power induce the spectral shift of the whispering-gallery-modes [WGMs] of a glass sphere. The laser power dependence of the WGMs spectral position is about 0.0252nm/mW under 976nm excitation. Maybe, the glass microsphere can be used as a temperature sensor.

Dendroctonus valens LeConte, an invasive forestry pest, is highly dependent on its olfactory system for vector-related activities such as host seeking, oviposition and population aggregation. The antennae are the primary olfactory organs in bark beetles. We describe 4 morphological types of sensilla on the antenna of D. valens: 1) 3 types of sensilla trichodea located at the apex and lateral surface of the club and innervated by 5, 0, 13 dendrites, respectively. 2) sensilla chaetica found on the the scape and funicle and innervated by 7 dendrites. 3) a pair of sensilla basiconica distributed almost on the three sensory bands innervated by 2 dendrites at the base, and 4) one flunted cone type of grooved peg dispersed throughout the sensory bands, but its ultrastructure was not investigated. The possible functions of these sensilla were discussed in relation to their morphology and the ultrastructure of four types of antennal sensilla.

Protection of Salvianolate Lyophilized Injection combined with Xueshuantong Injection (Lyophilized) against focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats through suppression of inflammatory response

Objective： Inflammatory reactions induced by microglia in the brain play an important part in the pathogenesis of focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion （I/R） injury, resulting in neuronal death. Salvianolate Lyophilized Injection （SLI） and Xueshuantong Injection （Lyophilized）（XST）, which have been widely used in the treatment of acutely cerebral infarction clinically in China, exhibit various biological activities. In this study, the neuroprotective properties of SLI combined with XST in a rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion- reperfusion （MCAO/R） were investigated. Methods： In this study, male Wistar rats were subjected to 1.5h of middle cerebral artery occlusion followed by reperfusion for 24 h. The rats were randomly divided into the following six groups： normal group （NOR）, model group （MOD）, SLI group （21 mg/kg, SLI）, ）（ST group （100 mg/kg, ）（ST）, SLI combined with XST （XST 100 mg/kg ＋ SLI 21 mg/kg, 1X1S）, and Edaravone （as a positive control drug, 6 mL/kg, EDI）, once a day for 3 d. The neuronal injury, the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein （GFAP） and ionized calcium binding adaptor molecule 1 （IBA-1）, and the changes of pro-inflammatory mediators interleukin- 6 （IL-6）, tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-α） and anti-inflammatory mediator interleukin-10 （IL-10） were observed. Results： 1X1S treatment significantly increased the number of neuron, compared with the MOD group, SH group and XST group. Gliosis （GFAP and IBA-1） and expression of pro-inflammatory mediators IL-6 and TNF-a were significantly reduced. Meanwhile, 1XIS significantly increased the expression of anti- inflammatory mediator IL-10 in the brains of MCAO/R rats, compared with the MOD group, SLI and XST groups. SLI and XST also remarkably down-regulated the expression of IL-6 and TNF-α compared with the MOD group. Conclusions： This study shows that SLI combined with XST （1X1S） can protect cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury due to its anti-inflammatory property, and may provide

基于生态环保与和谐发展的观点与理念,并且考虑到和谐矿区具有多维性的特点,构建以矿区的经济发展、生活质量、生态环境、资源利用、绿色生产以及社会进步等6个指标为基础的和谐矿区评价体系,选取20家我国主要的生产矿区,以2010—2014年数据为例,在该评价体系形成的基础上,使用层次分析法(AHP)进行和谐矿区评价,结果显示所选矿区在和谐矿区建设方面总体呈现持续发展的态势,但还存在矿区生态环境破坏严重及居民生活质量有待提高等问题,针对上述问题,提出了相应的对策建议。
