H9N2 virus has been widely distributed in wild birds and poultry around the world since its first emergence in the United States of America in 1966(Gu et al.2017;Carnaccini and Perez 2020).The virus appeared in chickens in China in the early 1990s,and over the last two decades has gradually become the dominant epidemic subtype(Sun and Liu 2015;Bi et al.2020).Although H9N2 virus infection alone cannot cause severe disease or death in poultry,H9N2 virus-infected birds experience a degree of egg production drop and can be easily infected by other pathogens,thus causing economic losses for poultry industry.

全国重点实验室大范围汇聚创新资源,跨越学科边界和组织边界,承担着国家重大创新使命。双聘人员作为人员主体,其组织认同程度直接决定了全国重点实验室的创新使命达成度,因而这一问题在平台治理中具有根本性。瞄准现有研究缺口,本文运用边界跨越理论和双案例对比分析方法,探究全国重点实验室推动双聘人员形成组织认同的基本过程。研究发现,这一过程可分为目标牵引、边界跨越、使命效价3个阶段,并在制度设计上呈现独立化、宽跨度、集约化的基本特征。其中,基础研究型实验室着力于构建学术社区型组织认同模式,应用基础研究型实验室注重形成创新枢纽型组织认同模式。本研究丰富了边界跨越理论,并对全国重点实验室优化重组与内部建设具有政策参考价值。

传统的楼宇设备管理中,往往存在“重建设,轻维护”的现象,导致楼宇运行及系统维护的效率低下并且监管力度不足,甚至会产生数据共享服务效能缺失等问题。BIM及IoT的介入为智能运维提供了全新的解决工具载体,实现了建筑物及建筑设备的完全可视化与数字化。以BIM模型为切入点,对智慧化的楼宇管理平台展开技术探析。首先分析了基于BIM智慧楼宇管理平台的功能内涵与技术架构,其次依据楼宇实际需求分析了系统实现的技术措施及平台框架,最后根据平台实践的要求探讨了管理平台的设计实现原理,旨在促进楼宇设备的集成化和智慧化管理,为智慧化的楼宇运维提供参考和借鉴。

新型可减小压背感的抬背机构设计与优化

为解决护理床抬背过程中给使用者造成的压背感问题,创新性地设计了一种可联动腰板的新型抬背机构。首先,利用多连杆机构,在抬背过程中实现腰板的联动,填补了抬背过程中腰部的三角悬空区域,从而可为腰部提供支撑、减少压背感;在起背状态时,抬起的腰板充当靠垫,更加符合坐起状态下的人体工程学要求;结合人体尺寸参数,对新型抬背机构与传统抬背机构的背部受力进行分析对比,验证说明新型抬背机构可减少压背感;其次,对抬背机构进行运动学理论分析,并且进行参数化建模,以背板角加速度最大值最小为优化目标进行了尺寸优化设计。然后,对机构进行动力学仿真,得到运动过程中受力最大值,导入Ansys中进行静力学仿真,验证了抬背机构的安全稳定性。最后,进行了样机试验,通过角度传感器验证了背板抬起角度以及抬背过程中的平稳性。

为保障船舶极地航行的安全性和经济性,提出一种综合考虑水深、海冰密集度及海冰厚度等多风险因素的航线规划方法。首先,对于全局航线规划,采用极地操作限制评估风险指数系统(POLARIS)计算北极安全水深区域的风险指数结果(RIO),将风险等级重新分类赋值为风险成本,采用地理信息系统(GIS)最低成本路径分析法生成的安全水深区域最低风险成本航线作为全局推荐航线。其次,提取航线各风险等级的栅格比例进行航线可行性评估。最后,考虑船舶航行时复杂多变冰情条件下船冰碰撞风险,结合国际船级社协会(IACS)极地级船舶操作限制对照表,针对全局航线沿途大于极地操作限制船舶航行最大海冰厚度的区域,采用融合改进A*与动态窗口法(DWA)进行局部航线规划。对采取不同风险因素的全局及局部航线比较分析表明:本文规划的全局航线在避免搁浅的同时航行风险最低;船舶沿局部规划航线航行时能够针对阻塞航道的新生冰进行避碰。

Let G_i be a closed Lie subgroup of U(n), ?_i be a bounded Gi-invariant domain in C^n which contains 0, and O(C^n)^(Gi) = C, for i = 1, 2. If f : ?_1→ ?_2 is a biholomorphism, and f(0) = 0, then f is a polynomial mapping(see Ning et al.(2017)). In this paper, we provide an upper bound for the degree of such polynomial mappings. It is a natural generalization of the well-known Cartan's theorem.

In this paper, we reveal that our solution of Demailly's strong openness conjecture implies a matrix version of the conjecture; our solutions of two conjectures of Demailly-Koll′ar and Jonsson-Mustat?a implies the truth of twisted versions of the strong openness conjecture; our optimal L^2 extension implies Berndtsson's positivity of vector bundles associated to holomorphic fibrations over a unit disc.
