真菌毒素是由丝状真菌产生的有毒次级代谢产物,可通过食物链累积传递,由于其稳定性强,难以消减,对消费者造成了极高的暴露风险,严重影响婴幼儿等人群的成长发育。因此,真菌毒素毒理学已从实质性靶器官的毒性研究扩展到长期高暴露对生命早期人群的毒性研究。秀丽隐杆线虫因其具有发育快、基因与人类高度同源、遗传背景清晰等优点,已成为评估外源性毒素发育毒性的首选模式生物。从生长发育毒性、生殖发育毒性和神经发育毒性3个角度综述了秀丽隐杆线虫在真菌毒素毒理学研究中的应用,重点分析了真菌毒素对幼虫期秀丽隐杆线虫的发育毒性效应,探究了真菌毒素的发育毒性分子机制,有助于建立标准化的真菌毒素毒理学评价模型,为真菌毒素食源性干预剂的筛选提供科学依据。

Relationships between nonoptimal temperatures and cardiovascular disease(CVD)mortality have been well ***,evidence of the association between temperature variability(TV)and CVD morbidity is *** study aimed to quantify the risk and burden of CVD-related hospitalization associated with the magnitude and direction of *** on meteorology and population-based hospitalizations for myocardial infarction(MI)and stroke were collected in Guangzhou,China,from 2013 to *** temperature variability(HTV)was measured as the standard deviation of hourly temperature records over specific exposure *** direction(upward or downward)of HTV was defined as the average daily mean temperature change relative to that of the previous day during the exposure ***-Poisson regression was applied to assess the impact of HTV after adjusting for the daily mean temperature,and the hospitalization fractions attributable to HTV were calculated.A 1℃-increase in HTV was significantly associated with a 2.24%and 1.72%increase in hospitalizations for MI and hemorrhagic stroke(HS)at lag 0–1 d,respectively,and a 1.55%increase in hospitalizations for ischemic stroke(IS)at lag 0–3 *** the study period,5.99%,4.64%,and 4.53%of MI,HS,and IS hospitalizations,respectively,were attributable to *** upward TV exerts acute effects on CVD hospital admissions,whereas the impact of downward TV generally *** findings highlight the importance of the magnitude and direction of temperature fluctuations,in addition to the mean level,in assessing the adverse health impacts of temperature variations.

Most literature on market competition in the banking industry neglects to address strategic interaction among *** paper studies interaction among Chinese banks by dividing banks into two groups:dominant banks(the"Big 5f,state-owned banks)and small-and medium-sized banks(joint-stock banks and large city commercial banks).We test an oligopolistic model with conjectural variation developed by Spiller and Favaro(1984).Using data from 2007 to 2016,we find that banking competition is not in the form of Stackelberg competition per *** strategic interactions exist between small-and medium-sized banks and the largest state-owned *** also study the effect of interest rate deregulation on oligopolies'strategic *** results show that interest rate deregulation stimulates banking competition by reducing collusiveness among the dominant state-owned banks and enhancing the market power of small and medium banks.

Utilizing the theory of ultrasonic acoustic elasticity,a field-test method for evaluating the tightening characteristics of wheel bolts was *** designing specific testing items,the axial force degradation pattern during wheel bolt tightening was discerned,and the impact of various dynamic driving conditions on axial force degradation was *** such as test part temperature and environmental temperature on the results were *** these insights,an equivalent axial force calculation formula tailored for field-testing of wheel bolt tightening was derived.A streamlined segmented operating condition testing approach was devised,and its axial force measurement consistency was verified against the traditional *** evaluating axial force alterations across different road conditions for average users,a comparative relationship between the wheel bolt tightening field-test and routine road conditions was *** results indicated that the segmented wheel bolt tightening force field-test,using the ultrasonic method,is compliant with standard assessment criteria.

Catalytic enantioselective alkenylation is an efficient method to construct chiral alkene molecules,but the asymmetric alkenylation of simple alkenes catalyzed by metal-free catalysts remains an elusive ***,we reported an asymmetric alkenylation of benzoxazinones with diarylethylenes by utilizing a B(C_(6)F_(5))_(3)/chiral phosphoric acid catalyst.A broad of benzoxazinones and diarylethylenes with electron-withdrawing and electron-donating groups were tolerated(up to 95%yield and 97.5:2.5 e.r.)in the methodology under mild reaction ***,the synthetic utility was confirmed by the scaled-up reaction and transformations of the *** mechanism was preliminarily explored by control reactions,nonlinear effect experiment and DFT calculations.

The automatic collection of power grid situation information, along with real-time multimedia interaction between the front and back ends during the accident handling process, has generated a massive amount of power grid data. While wireless communication offers a convenient channel for grid terminal access and data transmission, it is important to note that the bandwidth of wireless communication is limited. Additionally, the broadcast nature of wireless transmission raises concerns about the potential for unauthorized eavesdropping during data transmission. To address these challenges and achieve reliable, secure, and real-time transmission of power grid data, an intelligent security transmission strategy with sensor-transmission-computing linkage is proposed in this paper. The primary objective of this strategy is to maximize the confidentiality capacity of the system. To tackle this, an optimization problem is formulated, taking into consideration interruption probability and interception probability as constraints. To efficiently solve this optimization problem, a low-complexity algorithm rooted in deep reinforcement learning is designed, which aims to derive a suboptimal solution for the problem at hand. Ultimately, through simulation results, the validity of the proposed strategy in guaranteed communication security, stability, and timeliness is substantiated. The results confirm that the proposed intelligent security transmission strategy significantly contributes to the safeguarding of communication integrity, system stability, and timely data delivery.

Threshold of climate extremes that impact vegetation productivity over the Tibetan Plateau

Vegetation growth is adversely impacted by multiple climate extremes related to the water and thermal stress over the Tibetan Plateau(TP).However,it remains unknown at which stress level these climate extremes can trigger the abrupt shifts of vegetation response to climate extremes and result in the maximum vegetation response across *** fill this knowledge gap,we combined the hydrometeorological data and the satellite-derived vegetation index to detect two critical thresholds that determine the response of vegetation productivity to droughts,high-temperature extremes,and low-temperature extremes,respectively,during *** results show that the response of vegetation productivity to droughts rapidly increases once crossing -1.41±0.6 standard deviation(σ)below the normal conditions of soil *** crossing-2.98σ±0.9σ,vegetation productivity is maximum damaged by ***-temperature extremes,which have the two thresholds of 1.34σ±0.4σand 2.31σ±0.4σover TP,are suggested to trigger the strong response of vegetation productivity at a milder stress level than low-temperature extremes(two thresholds:-1.44σ±0.5σand-2.53σ±0.8σ).Moreover,we found the compounded effects of soil moisture deficit in reducing the threshold values of both high-and low-temperature *** on the derived thresholds of climate extremes that impact vegetation productivity,Earth System Models project that southwestern TP and part of the northeastern TP will become the hotspots with a high exposure risk to climate extremes by *** study deciphers the high-impact extreme climates using two important thresholds across TP,which advances the understanding of the vegetation response to different climate extremes and provides a paradigm for assessing the impacts of climate extremes on regional ecosystems.

本文利用2008—2018年润灵环球中国上市企业的社会责任评价、企业财务和股票交易数据,实证检验了股票流动性对上市企业社会责任评分的影响。本文发现,股票流动性的改善,能够显著提升上市企业的社会责任评分。使用“去杠杆”事件作为准自然实验的外生冲击,结合倾向得分匹配的倍差估计法(PSM-DID)、工具变量估计法等一系列稳健性检验后,该结论依然成立。异质性分析则表明,在按照相关规定必须披露社会责任报告的企业、国有企业和地处市场化程度更高的中东部地区的企业中,股票流动性对企业社会责任评分的提升作用更加显著。进一步的机制分析结果表明,股票流动性既提高了非控股股东的退出威胁程度,又提高了企业高管的薪酬激励水平,还在一定程度上减少了短期机构投资者的持股比例,通过改善公司治理促进了企业社会责任表现。本文丰富了股票市场微观结构影响企业社会责任表现的相关文献,对推动企业积极履行社会责任具有一定借鉴意义。
