heart failure(HF)is a highly morbid syndrome that seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and generates an enormous socio-economic *** addition to cardiac myocyte oxidative stress and apoptosis,which are considered mechanisms for the development of HF,alterations in cardiac energy metabolism and pathological autophagy also contribute to cardiac abnormalities and ultimately *** information regulator 1(Sirt1)and adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)are nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)-dependent deacetylases and phosphorylated kinases,*** play similar roles in regulating some pathological processes of the heart through regulating targets such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγcoactivator 1α(PGC-1α),protein 38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs),and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR).We summarized the synergistic effects of Sirt1 and AMPK in the heart,and listed the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)that exhibit cardioprotective properties by modulating the Sirt1/AMPK pathway,to provide a basis for the development of Sirt1/AMPK activators or inhibitors for the treatment of HF and other cardiovascular diseases(CVDs).

在Aspen Plus对煤热解过程的模拟工作中,多使用经验关联式进行计算或将实验结果直接代入收率反应器,前者有很大的偏差,后者有很大的局限。通过将热解反应器进行分段模拟,不但考虑了热解过程的热效应,而且可以得到煤热解过程中的温度变化情况和热解产物产率,同时可以提高模拟结果的准确性。在本文的研究中,对府谷煤热解过程中操作参数的优化结果表明,将起始物料温度从650℃提高至672℃时,热解反应可以产生更多的焦油产品。

Gas therapy(GT)combined with photodynamic therapy(PDT)is an effective strategy to compensate for the PDT limitation caused by the hypoxic tumor microenvironment,which can greatly improve PDT *** uncontrolled leakage of gas molecules during delivery seriously hinders its practical biological ***,we report a multifunction nanomedicine that enables precise gas therapy(including carbon monoxide(CO)release and H_(2)S depletion)using a multi-parameter-induced activation gas release strategy,enlarging the PDT *** nanomedicine uses a disulfide bond to covalently link a photosensitizer with the CO donor 3-hydroxyflavone(3-HF).The disulfide bond can be specifically consumed in H_(2)S-rich tumor areas,releasing the CO donor(3-HF),and also depleting H_(2)*** importantly,the photo-controlled production of^(1)O_(2)can induce 3-HF precise release of CO in the tumor *** H_(2)S,light,and^(1)O_(2)multi-parameter-induced activation of gas release strategy ensures the accuracy of GT to amplify PDT *** expected,in vitro and in vivo investigations show that GT makes up for the PDT limitation,exhibiting the highest tumor therapeutic *** multi-parameter-activated design strategy provides a new way to improve the precision and efficacy of multimodal synergistic therapy of tumors.

Mycotoxins,which are secondary metabolites produced by toxicogenic fungi,are natural food toxins that cause acute and chronic adverse reactions in humans and *** genus Fusarium is one of three major genera of mycotoxin‐producing ***,fumonisins,and zearalenone are the major Fusarium mycotoxins that occur *** mycotoxins have the potential to infiltrate the human food chain via contamination during crop production and food processing,eventually threatening human *** occurrence and development of Fusarium mycotoxin contamination will change with climate change,especially with variations in temperature,precipitation,and carbon dioxide *** address these challenges,researchers have built a series of effective models to forecast the occurrence of Fusarium mycotoxins and provide guidance for crop *** mycotoxins frequently exist in food products at extremely low levels,thus necessitating the development of highly sensitive and reliable detection *** successful detection methods have been developed to meet the requirements of various situations,and an increasing number of methods are moving toward highthroughput *** Fusarium mycotoxins cannot be completely eliminated,numerous agronomic,chemical,physical,and biological methods can lower Fusarium mycotoxin contamination to safe levels during the preharvest and postharvest *** theoretical innovations and technological advances have the potential to facilitate the development of comprehensive strategies for effectively managing Fusarium mycotoxin contamination in the future.

为了有效地获取分子结构数据库中的分子结构信息,就必须首先解决分子二维子结构检索问题。本文采用了一种通用图同构算法—VF2算法来对2个分子二维结构图进行匹配,程序采用标准C++语言开发,在运行效率和可移植性方面都可以满足要求。同时,还使用了开源化学软件OpenBabel来解决在检索时遇到的芳香环的识别问题。经过与商业软件ISIS/Base对照实验,检索结果正确,检索时间可以满足要求。

Vanadium flow batteries(VFBs)have drawn considerable attention as an emerging technology for largescale energy storage systems(ESSs).One of the pivotal challenges is the availability of eligible ion exchange membranes(ICMs)that provide high ion selectivity,proton conductivity,and stability under rigorous ***,a‘side-chain-type’strategy has been employed to fabricate highly stable phenolphthalein-based cardo poly(arylene ether ketone)s(PAEKs)membrane with low area resistance(0.058Ωcm^(2)),in which flexible alkyl spacers effectively alleviated inductive withdrawing effect from terminal ion exchange groups thus enabling a stable *** assembled VFBs based on PAEKs bearing pendent alkyl chain terminated with quaternary ammonium(Q-PPheK)demonstrated an energy efficiency above 80%over 700 cycles at 160 mA/cm^(2).Such a remarkable results revealed that the side-chain-type strategy contributed to enhancing the ICMs stability in strong oxidizing environment,meanwhile,more interesting backbones would be woken with this design engaging in stable ICMs for VFBs.
