Influence of humanistic care-based operating room nursing on safety,recovery,and satisfaction after radical surgery for colorectal carcinoma

Amorphous Iridium Oxide-Integrated Anode Electrodes with Ultrahigh Material Utilization for Hydrogen Production at Industrial Current Densities

Herein,ionomer-free amorphous iridium oxide(IrO_(x))thin electrodes are first developed as highly active anodes for proton exchange membrane electrolyzer cells(PEMECs)via low-cost,environmentally friendly,and easily scalable electrodeposition at room *** with a Nafion 117 membrane,the IrO_(x)-integrated electrode with an ultralow loading of 0.075 mg cm^(-2)delivers a high cell efficiency of about 90%,achieving more than 96%catalyst savings and 42-fold higher catalyst utilization compared to commercial catalyst-coated membrane(2 mg cm^(-2)).Additionally,the IrO_(x)electrode demonstrates superior performance,higher catalyst utilization and significantly simplified fabrication with easy scalability compared with the most previously reported ***,the remarkable performance could be mainly due to the amorphous phase property,sufficient Ir^(3+)content,and rich surface hydroxide groups in ***,due to the high activity,high cell efficiency,an economical,greatly simplified and easily scalable fabrication process,and ultrahigh material utilization,the IrO_(x)electrode shows great potential to be applied in industry and accelerates the commercialization of PEMECs and renewable energy evolution.

The effect of bladder function on the efficacy of transurethral prostatectomy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia:a retrospective,single-center study

We investigated the impact and predictive value of bladder function in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)on the efficacy of transurethral ***,imaging,and urodynamic data of patients who underwent transurethral prostatectomy at West China Hospital of Sichuan University(Chengdu,China)from July 2019 to December 2021 were ***-up data included the quality of life(QoL),International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),and IPSS storage and voiding(IPSS-s and IPSS-v).Moreover,urinary creatinine(Cr),nerve growth factor(NGF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),and prostaglandin estradiol(PGE2)were measured in 30 patients with BPH and 30 healthy *** indicators were determined by subgroup analyses and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve *** the 313 patients with BPH included,patients with severe micturition problems had more improvements but higher micturition grades postoperatively than those with moderate ***,good bladder sensation,compliance,and detrusor contractility(Dc)were predictors of low postoperative IPSS and *** urinary concentrations of BDNF/Cr,NGF/Cr,and PGE2/Cr in patients were significantly higher than those in healthy participants(all P<***1).After evaluation,only DC was significantly related to both urinary indicators and postoperative recovery of *** with good DC,as predicted by urinary indicators,had lower IPSS and IPSS-v than those with reduced DC at the 1st month postoperatively(both P<0.05).In summary,patients with impaired bladder function had poor *** combined levels of urinary BDNF/Cr,NGF/Cr,and PGE2/Cr in patients with BPH may be valid predictors of preoperative bladderfunction and postoperative recovery.

The diamond-wire sawing silicon waste（DWSSW） from the photovoltaic industry has been widely considered as a low-cost raw material for lithium-ion battery silicon-based electrode,but the effect mechanism of impurities presents in DWSSW on lithium storage performance is still not well understood;meanwhile,it is urgent to develop a strategy for changing DWSSW particles into high-performance electrode *** this work,the occurrence state of impurities presents in DWSSW was carefully analyzed using in situ Ar ion etching technology Then,the novel Si@C@SiOx@PAl-NDC composite was designed through in situ encapsulation *** obtained Si@C@SiOx@PAl-NDC electrode shows a high first capacity of 2343.4 mAh·g-1with an initial Coulombic efficiency （ICE） of 84.4%under current density of 1.0 A·g-1,and can deliver an impressive capacity of 984.9 mAh·g-1after 200 *** numerical simulation modeling calculations,the increase in proportion of Si4+/Si0and Si3+/Si0valence states in SiOxlayer leads to a decrease in von Mises stress,which ultimately improves the cycling structural ***,the porous 2D-3D aluminum/nitrogen （Al/N） co-doped carbon layer and nanowires on SiOxlayer can provide abundant active sites for lithium storage due to its developed hierarchical pores structure,which facilitates ion transport What is more,the performance of Si@C@SiOx@PAl-NDC//LiFePO4full cell shows its great potential in practical application.

This study aims to conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis of three different anesthesia strategies,namely chatting while under local anesthesia(Chat-LA),total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA),and general anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway(GA-LMA),employed in transperineal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)/ultrasound(US)fusion prostate biopsy(TP-MUF-PB).A retrospective study was conducted involving 1202 patients who underwent TP-MUF-PB from June 2016 to April 2023 at The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University(Suzhou,China).Clinical data and outcomes,including total costs,complications,and quality-adjusted life years(QALYs),were *** sensitivity and subgroup analyses were also ***-LA was found to be the most cost-effective option,outperforming both TIVA and ***,subgroup analyses revealed that in younger patients(under 65 years old)and those with smaller prostate volumes(<40 ml),TIVA emerged as a more cost-effective *** Chat-LA may generally be the most cost-effective and safer anesthesia method for TP-MUF-PB,personalization of anesthesia strategies is crucial,considering specific patient demographics such as age and prostate volume.

Performance Characterization of CR/pu Asphalt for Potential Application in Assembled Fast-Repairing Engineering

Conventional repairing methods for asphalt pavement have some inconveniences,such as insufficient strength,and are typically *** address these issues,this study proposes a new technological method to design and prepare a high-performance assembled asphalt concrete block for fast repair of the potholes.A series of composite modified asphalt binders with 10%crumb rubber(CR)and different dosages(0%,1%,3%,5%)of polyurethane(pu)are examined to determine the optimized ***,the corresponding asphalt mixtures are prepared for further comparison and assessment of engineering properties,such as moistureinduced damage,high-temperature deformation,and low-temperature cracking *** test results show that pu can significantly improve the high-temperature performance and hardness of(crumb rubber modified asphalt)CRMA binder;3%pu contributes allowing the resistance of CRMA mixture to moisture-induced damage at higher levels,particularly under water whole immersion;as 3%pu is added,the high-temperature rutting deformation resistance of the CRMA mixture increases significantly,and the low-temperature anti-cracking properties are also improved ***,the innovatively designed high-quality assembled fast-repairing asphalt concrete block is recommended as an appropriate option for highway maintenance.

甲醛(HCHO)和二氧化氮(NO_(2))是重要的臭氧前体物,其比值(FNR)可用于指示臭氧生成敏感性,是臭氧污染防控的主要参考.本研究基于过采样算法提高TROPOMI HCHO和NO_(2)空间分辨率并降低原始数据的不确定性,揭示北京市2021年夏季HCHO和NO_(2)空间分布特征,基于FNR诊断北京地区臭氧生成敏感性.根据Landsat8 OLI数据计算北京地区环境指数及不透水面占比,并分析与HCHO、NO_(2)及FNR的关系,揭示北京城市化程度与O_(3)、VOCs和NOx排放的关系.研究发现,北京市NO_(2)高值主要分布在城市中心区域,非城区NO_(2)柱浓度显著减少.NO_(2)柱浓度均值随着不透水面占比的升高明显增大,但标准差逐渐变小,表明随着北京主城区城市化程度越来越高,城区内部NO_(2)排放差异越来越小.北京市城市中心区域HCHO柱浓度总体上高于非城区,但由于植被排放的异戊二烯的贡献从一定程度上弱化了城市化程度差异造成的VOCs排放差距.北京市主城区及东部廊坊一带的O_(3)表现为受VOCs控制,而北京市北部郊区的O_(3)主要受NOx控制.FNR均值随着不透水面占比的升高,明显减小,表明随着北京地区城市化程度的提高,臭氧生成敏感性逐渐向VOCs控制机制转变.

Correlation and predictive value of pathological complete response and ultrasound characteristic parameters in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast

BACKGROUND Breast cancer ranks as one of the most prevalent malignant tumors among women,significantly endangering their health and *** radical surgery has been a pivotal method for halting disease progression,it alone is insufficient for enhancing the quality of life for *** To investigate the correlation between ultrasound characteristic parameters of breast cancer lesions and clinical efficacy in patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC).METHODS Employing a case-control study design,this research involved 178 breast cancer patients treated with NAC at our hospital from July 2019 to June *** to the Miller-Payne grading system,the pathological response,***,of the NAC in the initial breast lesion after NAC was *** these,59 patients achieved a pathological complete response(PCR),while 119 did not(non-PCR group).Ultrasound characteristics prior to NAC were compared between these groups,and the association of various factors with NAC efficacy was analyzed using univariate and multivariate *** In the PCR group,the incidence of posterior echo attenuation,lesion diameter≥2.0 cm,and Alder blood flow grade≥II were significantly lower compared to the non-PCR group(P<0.05).The area under the curve values for predicting NAC efficacy using posterior echo attenuation,lesion diameter,and Alder grade were 0.604,0.603,and 0.583,***,rates of pathological stage II,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion,and positive Ki-67 expression were significantly lower in the PCR group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis identified posterior echo attenuation,lesion diameter≥2.0 cm,Alder blood flow grade≥II,pathological stage III,vascular invasion,and positive Ki-67 expression as independent predictors of poor response to NAC in breast cancer patients(P<0.05).CONCLUSION While ultrasound characteristics such as posterior echo attenuation,lesion diameter≥2.0 cm,and Alder blood flow grade≥II exhibit limited predictiv
