In this paper, Si coatings were sprayed onto C/Si C composite substrates by atmospheric plasma spraying(APS). The high-temperature oxidation behavior of the substrate and coating at temperatures of 1100 and 1300 °C was also studied. The C/Si C ceramic matrix composite will be damaged seriously and even failed due to the oxidation of carbon fibers in matrix. The Si coating effectively improved the oxidation resistance of the C/Si C substrate in the high-temperature oxidation test. The effect of the thickness of the Si coatings on the oxidation resistance was investigated. The 150-μm coating is proved to enable the substrate to have the lowest oxidation weight loss and the best oxidation resistance after static oxidation for 5 h.

Background:The incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC)has been increasing in recent ***,the discovery of factors that can assist in alleviating CRC is urgently ***:To identify a potential factor involved in the development of CRC,we screened the upregulated genes in tumor tissues through four datasets from an online *** expression of reticulocalbin 1(RCN1),a Ca2+-binding protein,was upregulated in the four *** on loss-offunction experiments,the effect of RCN1 on cell viability was assessed by Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)*** regulatory effect of RCN1 on apoptosis was evaluated through Annexin V-fluorescein 5-isothiocyanate(FITC)/propidium iodide(PI)staining assay and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling(TUNEL)assay in RKO and SW480 *** of endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress signaling pathways was confirmed by estimating the phosphorylation and expression of PRKR-like ER kinase(PERK),inositol-requiring kinase-1(IRE1),transcription factor 6(ACT6),and CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein-homologous protein(CHOP).The intracellular Ca2+homeostasis regulated by RCN1 was determined through the detection of Ca2+concentration and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)***,whether inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor type 1(IP3R1)was involved in the regulation of RCN1 in CRC was verified through the depletion of IP3R1 in RKO ***:Knockdown of RCN1 reduced cell viability and facilitated apoptosis in RKO and SW480 *** of PERK and IRE1,activation of ATF6,and upregulation of CHOP were induced by the absence of RCN1,suggesting that the unfolded protein response(UPR)was activated in CRC *** concentration of Ca2+in mitochondria was increased after RCN1 depletion,followed by reduction in the MMP and release of cytochrome c from mitochondria to the cytoplasm in RKO and SW480 ***,it was demonstrated that IP3R1 mediates the effect of RCN1 on apoptosis i

目的分析儿童结缔组织病相关间质性肺病(CTD-ILD)临床资料,提高对儿童CTD-ILD的认识。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2021年12月53例CTD-ILD住院患儿临床资料,包括临床表现、胸部HRCT、肺功能、治疗及转归等。结果 53例CTD-ILD患儿中,23例诊断CTD的同时经HRCT评估诊断为ILD,4例以ILD起病,26例CTD诊断ILD的时间跨度为15天~7年余。呼吸系统常见的症状为咳嗽(47.2%)、气促(28.3%)和啰音(26.4%),但有21例患儿无呼吸道症状,依据HRCT诊断ILD。胸部HRCT显示斑片影(64.2%)、条絮/条片影(55.6%)、条索影(37.7%)、网格/蜂窝影(24.5%)、囊状低密度影(24.5%)、磨玻璃影(22.6%)等。肺功能异常以弥散功能下降(46.5%)、限制性通气功能障碍(39.5%)和小气道功能障碍(32.6%)为主。经糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、生物制剂治疗后,48例患儿临床症状有好转。胸部HRCT:20例有好转,21例无明显变化,6例进展;肺功能:17例有好转,11例无明显变化,3例进展,8例正常。结论儿童CTD-ILD临床症状缺乏特异性,胸部HRCT及肺功能检查有助于早期发现肺部病变,需积极完善检查并定期随访;治疗方案主要是糖皮质激素联合免疫抑制剂和/或生物制剂,但生物制剂在儿童中的应用需进一步研究。

The energy saving of hydraulic excavators is always an essential *** energy recovery system can effectively recover the boom potential energy and rotational kinetic *** on the standard working cycle of hydraulic excavators,a dynamic programming(DP)control strategy for hybrid hydraulic excavators was proposed to recover the boom potential energy and rotational kinetic *** hybrid hydraulic excavator simulation model was built by Simulink *** simulation results indicated that the fuel consumption of hybrid hydraulic excavators using the DP control strategy was about 21.3%lower than that of the conventional hydraulic *** order to experimentally verify the simulation results,an experimental platform for hybrid hydraulic excavators was *** experimental results indicated that the fuel consumption of hybrid hydraulic excavators using the DP control strategy was about 18.9%lower than that of the conventional hydraulic *** paper shows that the DP control strategy applied to hybrid hydraulic excavators can recycle the boom potential energy and rotational kinetic energy,and reduce the fuel consumption of hybrid hydraulic excavators.

The high mortality of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC)results from metastasis rather than primary tumors,1 whereas the molecular pathogenesis of cancer metastasis remains poorly *** encodes urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)which is closely related to tumor diagnosis,treatment target,and prognosis of patients.2.3 We previously predicted that PLAU is a key gene negatively associated with overall survival by integrated multidimensional analyses of The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)datasets from 504 samples of LUSC tumor tissues and 46 samples of adjacent non-tumorous lung tissues.4 However,whether the role of PLAU contributes to the metastasis of LUC remains ***,we analyzed the association between uPA levels and LUSC and found that uPA levels were associated with pathological variations in LUSC patients.

Electrocatalysis plays a vital role in advancing energy conversion and storage *** addition to the prominent strategies of advanced electrocatalysts,the exploration of the ion effects on electrocatalytic processes constitutes an emerging *** significant progress,challenges persist in understanding the controversial mechanisms and addressing the universality of these ion *** this feature article,we summarize our recent advances in exploring the ion effects on electrocatalytic oxidation reactions,mainly involving three systems:(1) hierarchical borate and fluoride anions synergize neutral water oxidation;(2) cation-intermediate interactions steer the glycerol oxidation selectivity;(3) cation coordination delays catechol polymerization and promotes selective ring C–C *** findings not only enrich our understanding of the ion effects through specific non-covalent interactions but also shed light on the potential of finely-tuned electrode–electrolyte interfaces toward the improved electrocatalytic performance for various electrocatalytic *** the summary,we outline the current challenges and opportunities within the ionic effect studies and offer insights into prospective research directions.

Human pose estimation is a basic and critical task in the field of computer vision that involves determining the position(or spatial coordinates)of the joints of the human body in a given image or *** is widely used in motion analysis,medical evaluation,and behavior *** this paper,the authors propose a method for multi-view human pose *** image sensors were placed orthogonally with respect to each other to capture the pose of the subject as they moved,and this yielded accurate and comprehensive results of three-dimensional(3D)motion reconstruction that helped capture their multi-directional *** this,we propose a method based on 3D pose estimation to assess the similarity of the features of motion of patients with motor dysfunction by comparing differences between their range of motion and that of normal *** converted these differences into Fugl–Meyer assessment(FMA)scores in order to quantify ***,we implemented the proposed method in the Unity framework,and built a Virtual Reality platform that provides users with human–computer interaction to make the task more enjoyable for them and ensure their active participation in the assessment *** goal is to provide a suitable means of assessing movement disorders without requiring the immediate supervision of a physician.

研究了一类微生物连续发酵过程的数学建模与参数辨识问题.提出了微生物连续发酵过程的GMA系统数学模型,并论述了该系统的数学性质.以状态变量的稳态实验数据与计算数据的误差平方和最小为性能指标构建了参数辨识模型.基于等价对数变换和SQP算法提出了一种参数辨识模型的求解方法,通过计算获得了最优参数值.与已有文献误差结果相比,取得了更小的浓度误差值.
