AIM:To evaluate whether desferrioxamine decreases ischemia and perfusion injury aggravated by cold storage(CS)in a rat liver perfusion model. METHODS:Isolated rat livers were kept in CS in University of Wisconsin Solution for 20 h at 4℃,then exposed to 25 min of warm ischemia(WI)at 37℃ followed by 2 h of warm perfusion(WP)at 37℃with oxygenated(95%oxygen and 5%carbon dioxide) Krebs-Henseleit ***(DFO),an iron chelator,was added at different stages of storage,ischemia and perfusion:in CS only,in WI only,in WP only, in WI and perfusion,or in all *** samples were collected after CS and after *** samples and bile were collected every 30 min(0,0.5,1,1.5 and 2 h)during liver *** injury was assessed by the determination of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the effluent and perfusate *** iron was analysed in the perfusate *** WP,the liver was collected for the determination of liver swelling(wet to dry ratio) and liver morphological examination(hematoxylin and eosin staining). RESULTS:Increased CS time caused increased liver dysfunction during *** 2 h of WP,liver injury was indicated by increased release of AST(0.5 h CS:9.4± 2.2 U/g liver vs 20 h CS:45.9±10.8 U/g liver,Pwas an associated increase in iron release into the perfusate(0.5 h CS:0.11 ±0.03μmoL/g liver vs 20 h CS:0.58±0.10μmoL/g liver,Pwas added during WI and WP following 20 h of CS,release of iron into the perfusate was de- creased(DFO absent 0.58±0.10μmoL/g liver vs DFO present 0.31±0.06μmoL/g liver,P<0.05),and liver function substantially improved with decreased release of AST(DFO absent 45.9±10.8 U/g liver vs DFO present 8.1±0.9 U/g liver,P<0.05)and LDH(DFO absent 297±71 U/g liver vs DFO present 56±7 U/g liver,P<0.05),and inc

Objective:To investigate the protective effects of stir-fried Semen Armeniacae Amarum(SAA)against aristolochic acidⅠ(AAⅠ)-induced nephrotoxicity and DNA adducts and elucidate the underlying mechanism involved for ensuring the safe use of Asari Radix et ***:In vitro,HEK293T cells overexpressing Flag-tagged multidrug resistance-associated protein 3(MRP3)were constructed by Lentiviral transduction,and inhibitory effect of top 10 common pairs of medicinal herbs with Asari Radix et Rhizoma in clinic on MRP3 activity was verified using a self-constructed fluorescence screening *** m RNA,protein expressions,and enzyme activity levels of NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase 1(NQO1)and cytochrome P4501A2(CYP1A2)were measured in differentiated Hepa RG *** toxicity after inhibition of AAⅠmetabolite transport was detected using cell counting kit-8 *** vivo,C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups according to a random number table,including:control(1%sodium bicarbonate),AAⅠ(10 mg/kg),stir-fried SAA(1.75 g/kg)and AAⅠ+stir-fried SAA(1.75 and 8.75 g/kg)groups,6 mice in each *** 7 days of continuous gavage administration,liver and kidney damages were assessed,and the protein expressions and enzyme activity of liver metabolic enzymes NQO1 and CYP1A2 were determined ***:In vivo,combination of 1.75 g/kg SAA and 10 mg/kg AAⅠsuppressed AAⅠ-induced nephrotoxicity and reduced d A-ALI formation by 26.7%,and these detoxification effects in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.01).Mechanistically,SAA inhibited MRP3 transport in vitro,downregulated NQO1 expression in vivo,increased CYP1A2 expression and enzymatic activity in vitro and in vivo,respectively(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Notably,SAA also reduced AAⅠ-induced hepatotoxicity throughout the detoxification process,as indicated by a 41.3%reduction in the number of liver adducts(P<0.01).Conclusions:Stirfried SAA is a novel drug candidate for the suppression of AAⅠ-induced liver and kidney dam

济阳坳陷太古宇已逐渐成为油气勘探重点目标之一,但储层形成机制认识不清,严重制约了勘探发现。本文通过野外地质考察、岩心观察和薄片鉴定,结合阴极发光、XRD、扫描电镜、流体包裹体等分析测试,对济阳坳陷太古宇基岩的成岩作用及其对储层发育的影响进行了系统研究。成岩作用特征通过岩心、铸体薄片、元素分析结果和流体包裹均一温度识别,其对储层发育的影响作用通过铸体薄片面孔率和物性测井数据表征。结果表明:研究区基岩岩性主要为岩浆岩和变质岩两大类,岩浆岩先后经历了冷凝固结、岩浆期后热液、风化剥蚀淋滤和埋藏成岩4个成岩阶段,其中岩浆岩先后经历了冷凝固结作用、压实作用、溶蚀作用、充填胶结作用和蚀变交代作用,最后经变质变形作用形成变质岩。冷凝固结作用可以形成少量原生基质孔隙,溶蚀作用可形成溶蚀孔和溶蚀缝,孔隙度贡献可达80%,对改善储层质量起关键性作用;压实作用和蚀变交代作用破坏孔隙,方解石和黏土矿物等次生矿物充填胶结裂缝,充填度为30%~70%,对储集空间有破坏作用。综合分析得出,片麻岩储层物性特征优于花岗岩,有利于储层主要发育在风化壳和内幕断裂带。风化壳分布于基岩潜山顶部,纵向具有分带性,主要受控于风化作用,多发育Ⅰ和Ⅱ类储层。内幕断裂带分布在潜山腹部,沿断裂发育,主要发育Ⅱ和Ⅲ类储层。该研究成果可为基岩储层成因研究提供参考。

为研究养护方式对掺入聚氯乙烯(PVC)颗粒混凝土性能的影响,通过制备不同掺量的回收聚氯乙烯(RPVC)混凝土试件,设计了水养护、室内养护、室外养护及其组合养护方案,探究了不同养护环境对不同RPVC掺量混凝土工作性、抗压强度及吸水性的影响。试验结果表明,新拌混凝土坍落度随着RPVC颗粒掺量的增加而逐渐降低;RPVC骨料混凝土相较于天然骨料混凝土对养护条件更加敏感;与其余养护方案相比,经连续水养护得到的RPVC骨料混凝土抗压强度最高、吸水性最小。因此,为了获得较理想的力学及耐久性能,在实际工程中推荐RPVC骨料混凝土采用浸水养护方案。

MnCeOx/diatomite catalyst for persulfate activation to degrade organic pollutants

Persulfate(PS)-based oxidation technologies are attracting increasing attentions in water treatment due to their high efficiency and *** this study,a novel diatomite supported MnCeOx composite(MnCeOx/diatomite) was prepared and characterized for activation of PS to degrade organic *** indicated that diatomite not only dispersed MnCeOx and increased the specific surface area of catalyst,but also improved the low-valence metal site(Mn^2+and Ce^3+) and reactive oxygen species site(-OH) of MnCeOx,thus enhancing the activities of ***/diatomite/PS showed high efficiency for multiple dyes and pharmaceutical *** rate(k) of MnCeOx/diatomite(kMnCeOx/diatomite) was three times higher than the sum of constant rate of MnCeOx(kMnCeOx)and constant rate of diatomite(kdiatomite).In addition,MnCeOx/diatomite showed wide pH application(5-9).Cl^- and NO3^2- had no effect while SO4^2- and humid acid had slightly negative effects on MnCeOx/diatomite/PS ***,MnCeOx/diatomite showed good reusability and *** analyses indicated that electron transfer of Mn and Ce attributed to the activation of PS and oxygen to produce free ***4·^-,·OH and O2·^-on the surface of catalyst were the main active free radicals to attack pollutants.

The traditional authentication system is based on the secret key, and is mainly based on public key infrastructure （PKI）. Unfortunately, a key has many disadvantages, for example, the key can be forgotten or stolen, and can be easily cracked. Nowadays, authentication systems using biometric technology have become more prevalent because of the advantages over password-based authentication systems. In this article, several biometfic authentication models are presented, upon which most biometric authentication systems are based. Biometric authentication systems based-on these models provide high security for access control in non-face-to-face environment such as e-commerce, over open network.

Dynamics of Poly(methyl methacrylate)in Ionic Liquids with Different Concentration and Cationic Structures

The dynamic behavior of entangled poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)chains in both the traditional monocationic ionic liquid(MIL)and synthetic dicationic ionic liquid(DIL)with the same anion bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide([TFSI]−)has been examined over the wide composition range using differential scanning calorimetry and rheological ***/DIL and PMMA/MIL systems exhibit two glass transitions in the midrange of composition due to self-concentration *** in DIL shows slower relaxation behavior,however,after the iso-free-volume correction,the terminal relaxation timeτ_(0)of PMMA in both the DIL and MIL presents the power law behaviorτ_(0)∼ϕ^(v)with exponent v conforming to experimental results for conventional polymer solutions(v=2.0±0.2).At high ILs concentration(70%),the entanglement molecular weight M_(e)of PMMA/DIL system is lower than that of PMMA/MIL system owing to the formation of additional physical network in DIL,while the difference of M_(e)is reversed at low ILs *** composition dependence might be related to the fact that the probability of formation of physical cross-linking points in linked double imidazolium ring increases with the increase of DIL *** recovered creep strain of PMMA/DIL is almost 18 times of PMMA/MIL,exhibiting significantly better viscoelastic behavior.

Weaknesses and improvements of a remote user authentication scheme using smart cards

In 2005, Liu et al. proposed an improvement to Chien et al.＇s remote user authentication scheme, using smart cards, to prevent parallel session attack. This article, however, will demonstrate that Liu et al.＇s scheme is vulnerable to masquerading server attack and has the system＇s secret key forward secrecy problem. Therefore, an improved scheme with better security strength, by using counters instead of timestamps, is proposed. The proposed scheme does not only achieve their scheme＇s advantages, but also enhances its security by withstanding the weaknesses just mentioned.

Stability and Determination of Metamizole Sodium by Capillary Electrophoresis Analysis Combined with Infra-red Spectroscopy

Metamizole sodium was chosen as a representative of unstable analytes for investigation by discussing the effects of oxygen and solvent on its degradation reaction using the capillary electmphoresis technique. A possible degradation mechanism was deduced from the observed behavior and was confirmed by infra-red spectroscopic study. The degradation reaction could be inhibited obviously by methanol instead of water as the solvent of analyte. Under the optimized conditions： separation voltage of 20 kV, and 5 mmol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate and 5 mmol/L borax with 10% methanol（pH 9. 12） as the running buffer, the standard curve of metamizole sodium was linear in a range of 3.77- 74. 07 mg/L. A satisfactory result was achieved when the technique was used to detect metamizole sodium in tablet.
