Commwarrior worm propagation model for smart phone networks

Commwarrior worm is capable of spreading through both Bluetooth and multimedia messaging service （MMS） in smart phone networks. According to the propagation characteristics of Bluetooth and MMS, we built the susceptibleexposed-infected-recovered-dormancy （SEIRD） model for the Bluetooth and MMS hybrid spread mode and performed the stability analysis. The simulation results show good correlation with our theoretical analysis and demonstrate the effectiveness of this dynamic propagation model. On the basis of the SEIRD model, we further discuss at length the influence of the propagation parameters such as user gather density in groups, moving velocity of smart phone, the time for worm to replicate itself, and other interrelated parameters on the propagation of the virus. On the basis of these analytical and simulation results, some feasible control strategies will be proposed to restrain the spread of mobile worm such as commwarrior on smart phone network.

FEASIBIliTY OF DIAGNOSING AND STAGING liVER FIBROSIS WITH DIFFUSION weiGHTED IMAGING

Objective To assess the clinical feasibility of diagnosing and staging liver fibrosis by apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC). Methods Totally, 43 patients (mean age 29.3 years) with chronic hepatitis by liver biopsy and 7 healthy controls (mean age 39.9 years) underwent liver diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) with four b values: 0, 200, 500, and 1000 s/mm2 respectively. The liver fibrosis was staged according to Ishak fibrosis stage. The ADC value of liver fibrosis patients and healthy controls was compared. The correlation of ADC value and liver fibrosis staging was analyzed. Result The histological staging showed 8 stage 1 patients, 10 stage 2 patients, 6 stage 3 patients, 9 stage 4 patients, 8 stage 5 patients and 2 stage 6 patients. The mean ADC value of liver fibrosis patients was significantly lower than that of healthy controls except for stage 1 group (P liver fibrosis staging and ADC value (r = -0.697 with b=500 s/mm2, P liver fibrosis (Ishak stage F3 and higher) showed that area under curve = 0.913, 0.825, and 0.794 with b = 500, 1000, and 200 s/mm2, respectively (95% confidence interval: 83.6%-99.0%, 70.7%-94.3%, 66.5%- 92.4%; P liver fibrosis were the highest. Conclusion DWI is proved to be a useful clinical tool in the quantitative evaluation of liver fibrosis and in the prediction of the process of liver fibrosis with the recommendable b value (500 s/mm2).

A Synthesis of Relationship between Trust and Knowledge Transfer-in the View of Organization Cooperation

CoTCPP integrates with BiOBr microspheres for improved solar-driven CO_(2)reduction performance

CO_(2) photoreduction into carbon-based chemicals has been considered as an appropriate way to alleviate the energy issue and greenhouse ***,the 5,10,15,20-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin cobalt(II)(CoTCPP)has been integrated with BiOBr microspheres and formed the CoTCPP/BiOBr *** as-prepared CoTCPP/BiOBr-2 composite shows optimized photocatalytic performance for CO_(2) conversion into CO and CH_(4) upon irradiation with 300 W Xe lamp,which is 2.03 and 2.58 times compared to that of BiOBr,*** introduced CoTCPP significantly enhanced light absorption properties,promoted rapid separation of photogenerated carriers and boosted the chemisorption of CO_(2) *** metal Co^(2+) at the center of the porphyrin molecules also acts as adsorption center for CO_(2) molecules,accelerating the CO_(2) conversion into CO and CH_(4).The possible mechanism of CO_(2) photoreduction was explored by in-situ FT-IR *** work offers a new possibility for the preparation of advanced photocatalysts.

Let(M1×(λ_(1),λ_(2))M_(2),F)be a doubly twisted product complex Finsler manifold of two strongly pseudoconvex complex Finsler manifolds(M_(1),F_(1))and(M_(2),F_(2)).Denote by M the product manifold of M1and M_(2).In this paper,we first give the characterization for(M,F)to be of constant holomorphic curvature,and prove that(M,F)is of constant holomorphic curvature if and only if(M,F),(M_(1),F_(1)),and(M_(2),F_(2))all have vanishing holomorphic curvature under the condition that lnλ_(1)and lnλ_(2)are both pluriharmonic ***,we obtain the classification for(M,F)to be a complex Landsberg ***,we prove that a strongly convex doubly twisted product complex Finsler manifold(M,F)is projectively flat(*** flat)if and only ifλ_(1)F1andλ_(2)F_(2)are both complex Minkowski metrics.

Chromosomal imbalances revealed in primary rhabdomyosarcomas by comparative genomic hybridization

Background Previous cytogenetic studies revealed rhabdomyosarcoma. We profiled chromosomal imbalances aberrations varied among the three subtypes of n the different subtypes and investigated the relationships between clinical parameters and genomic aberrations. Methods Comparative genomic hybridization was used to investigate genomic imbalances in 25 cases of primary rhabdomyosarcomas and two rhabdomyosarcoma cell lines. Specimens were reviewed to determine histological type, pathological grading and clinical staging. Results Changes involving one or more regions of the genome were seen in all rhabdomyosarcomal patients. For rhabdomyosarcoma, DNA sequence gains were most frequently （〉30%） seen in chromosomes 2p, 12q, 6p, 9q, 10q, lp, 2q, 6q, 8q, 15q and 18q; losses from 3p, 11p and 6p. In aggressive alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, frequent gains were seen on chromosomes 12q, 2p, 6p, 2q, 4q, 10q and 15q; losses from 3p, 6p, lq and 5q. For embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma, frequent gains were on 7p, 9q, 2p, 18q, lp and 8q; losses only from 11p. Frequently gained chromosome arms of translocation associated with rhabdomyosarcoma were 12q, 2, 6, 10q, 4q and 15q; losses from 3p, 6p and 5q. The frequently gained chromosome arms of nontranslocation associated with rhabdomyosarcoma were 2p, 9q and 18q, while 11p and 14q were the frequently lost chromosome arms. Gains on chromosome 12q were significantly correlated with translocation type. Gains on chromosome 9q were significantly correlated with clinical staging. Conclusions Gains on chromosomes 2p, 12q, 6p, 9q, 10q, lp, 2q, 6q, 8q, 15q and 18q and losses on chromosomes 3p, 11p and 6p may be related to rhabdomyosarcomal carcinogenesis. Furthermore, gains on chromosome 12q may be correlated with translocation and gains on chromosome 9q with the early stages of rhabdomyosarcoma.

Pharmacokinetic Comparison of Four Major Bio-Active Components of Naoxintong Capsule in Normal and Acute Blood Stasis Rats Using Ultra-Performance liquid Chromatography Coupled with Triple-Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry

Objective: To compare the pharmacokinetic differences of the main components of Naoxintong capsule(NXTC) in normal and acute blood stasis rats. Materials and Methods: Rats were subcutaneously injected with adrenaline hydrochloride twice;during the two subcutaneous injections, the rats were placed in ice water for 4 min to reproduce the model rat of acute blood stasis. The normal and acute blood stasis rats were administrated a 5.04 g/kg dose of NXTC suspension. Then, blood samples were collected from the posterior retinal venous plexus at different time points. Plasma concentrations of four major bio-active components including caffeic acid, ferulic acid, formononetin, and tanshinone IIA in NXTC were measured using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple-quadrupole mass spectrometry. Phoenix Win Nonlin v6.2 software was used to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters. Results: Compared with the normal rats, the acute blood stasis rats showed a significant decrease in C_(max) of ferulic acid and formononetin, AUC_(all) of caffeic acid and ferulic acid, and AUC_(INF_obs) of ferulic acid. Conversely, an increase in the Vz_F_obs and MRT_(last) of ferulic acid and caffeic acid was observed. These findings demonstrate that the absorption of the four NXTC components was weakened in the acute blood stasis rats and that the elimination time was prolonged. Conclusions: The significant difference in some parameters of the four NXTC components between the normal and acute blood stasis rats might be caused by an increase in blood viscosity and the subsequent slowing down of blood flow in the acute blood stasis rats. The pharmacokinetic study conducted in pathological state can provide important information and scientific basis for further rational clinical application of NXTC.
